Abstract
A cover device and a container are disclosed. The cover device includes: a cover provided with a feeding port; and an opening/closing assembly arranged at the feeding port, where the opening/closing assembly includes a partition plate, a first magnet, and a second magnet, the partition plate is configured to close the feeding port, one end of the partition plate is hinged to the cover, the first magnet is arranged at the end of the partition plate hinged to the cover, the second magnet is arranged on the cover, and the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application is filed on the basis of Chinese patent application No. 2023111422472 filed Sep. 5, 2023, and claims priority of the Chinese patent application, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of barrel covers, and in particular to a cover device and a container.


BACKGROUND

When being contained with odorous objects, the container is usually closed with a cover in order to prevent odor diffusion. However, it can be cumbersome to repeatedly open and close the cover whenever you want to place objects into the container.


SUMMARY

The present disclosure aims to at least solve one of the technical problems in the existing technology. Therefore, the present disclosure provides a cover device and a container that can automatically open the container when an object is placed and automatically close the container after the placing is accomplished, which is convenient and practical.


A cover device according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a cover provided with a feeding port; and an opening/closing assembly arranged at the feeding port, wherein the opening/closing assembly comprises a partition plate, a first magnet, and a second magnet, the partition plate is configured to close the feeding port, one end of the partition plate is hinged to the cover, the first magnet is arranged at the end of the partition plate hinged to the cover, the second magnet is arranged on the cover, and the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.


The cover device according to the embodiments of the present disclosure at least has the following beneficial effects. When an object is placed through the feeding port, the object contacts the partition plate and drives the partition plate to rotate, such that the first magnet moves away from the second magnet to open the feeding port, and the object passes through the feeding port into the container, and then the first magnet is attracted by the second magnet through a magnetic force, such that the partition plate is reset and the feeding port is closed again, thereby preventing odor diffusion and realizing automatic opening and closing of the feeding port, which is convenient and fast.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the cover is provided with a third magnet, the third magnet and the first magnet repulse each other, and the first magnet is arranged between the third magnet and the second magnet along a rotating direction of the first magnet.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the cover is provided with a connecting member, the connecting member is provided with two first connecting portions, the partition plate is provided with a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is arranged between the two first connecting portions, and the second connecting portion is rotatably connected to the two first connecting portions.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the connecting member is provided with a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft passes through the second connecting portion and the two first connecting portions.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first connecting portion is formed with a protruding block, the second connecting portion is formed with a plug hole, and the protruding block is in plug-in engagement with the plug hole.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second connecting portion is formed with an elongated hole, the connecting member is provided with a second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft passes through the second connecting portion and the two first connecting portions, and the second rotating shaft passes through the elongated hole.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the connecting member is provided with a third connecting portion, and the third connecting portion is provided with a connecting screw, and the connecting screw passes through the third connecting portion and is in threaded connection with the cover.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first magnet and the second magnet are arranged at an interval.


According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the partition plate is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs.


A container according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present disclosure comprises the cover device according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure.


The container according to the embodiments of the present disclosure at least has the following beneficial effects. When an object is placed through the feeding port, the object contacts the partition plate and drives the partition plate to rotate, such that the first magnet moves away from the second magnet to open the feeding port, and the object passes through the feeding port into the container, and then the first magnet is attracted by the second magnet through a magnetic force, such that the partition plate is reset and the feeding port is closed again, thereby preventing odor diffusion and realizing automatic opening and closing of the feeding port, which is convenient and fast.

Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are intended only to explain the present disclosure instead of being construed as limiting the present disclosure.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a cover device according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a cover 110 provided with a feeding port 111; and an opening/closing assembly arranged at the feeding port 111, wherein the opening/closing assembly comprises a partition plate 210, a first magnet 221, and a second magnet 222, the partition plate 210 is configured to close the feeding port 111, one end of the partition plate 210 is hinged to the cover 110, the first magnet 221 is arranged at the end of the partition plate 210 hinged to the cover 110, the second magnet 222 is arranged on the cover 110, and the first magnet 221 and the second magnet 222 attract each other.


When an object is placed through the feeding port, the object contacts the partition plate 210 and drives the partition plate 210 to rotate, such that the first magnet 221 moves away from the second magnet 222 to open the feeding port 111, and the object passes through the feeding port 111 into the container. After the object passes through the feeding port 111, the first magnet 221 is attracted by the second magnet 222 through a magnetic force, such that the partition plate 210 is reset and the feeding port 111 is closed again, thereby preventing odor diffusion and realizing automatic opening and closing of the feeding port 111, which is convenient and fast. It should be noted that, one or more partition plates 210 may be provided, and in this embodiment, two partition plates 210 are provided.


It may be understood that, referring to FIG. 2, the cover 110 is provided with a third magnet 130, the third magnet 130 and the first magnet 221 repulse each other, and the first magnet 221 is arranged between the third magnet 130 and the second magnet 222 along a rotating direction of the first magnet 221. When the partition plate 210 is rotated to open the feeding port 111, the first magnet 221 moves away from the second magnet 222 and gradually approaches the third magnet 130, and the repulsive force between the first magnet 221 and the third magnet 130 is gradually increased. After the object passes through the feeding port 111, the first magnet 221 approaches the second magnet 222 under the repulsive force of the third magnet 130, and meanwhile, the attractive force between the first magnet 221 and the second magnet 222 is increased, such that the first magnet 221 rapidly approaches the second magnet 222, and the partition plate 210 is accelerated to reset to close the feeding port 111, and meanwhile, the stability of the partition plate 210 is enhanced, such that the partition plate 210 can be stably reset to automatically close the feeding port 111.


It may be understood that, referring to FIG. 4, the cover 110 is provided with a connecting member 120, the connecting member 120 is provided with two first connecting portions 122, the partition plate 210 is provided with a second connecting portion 211, the second connecting portion 211 is arranged between the two first connecting portions 122, and the second connecting portion 211 is rotatably connected to the two first connecting portions 122. The first connecting portions 122 are rotatably connected to the second connecting portion 211, such that the partition plate 210 can be rotated around the hinge point.


It may be understood that, referring to FIG. 4, in the first implementation, the connecting member 120 is provided with a first rotating shaft 123, and the first rotating shaft 123 passes through the second connecting portion 211 and the two first connecting portions 122, such that the partition plate 210 can be rotated around the first rotating shaft 123, which is stable and reliable.


It may be understood that, in the second implementation, the first connecting portion 122 is formed with a protruding block (not shown in the figures), the second connecting portion 211 is formed with a plug hole (not shown in the figures), and the protruding block is in plug-in engagement with the plug hole. The protruding block has a cylindrical shape or a tapered shape as a whole, and the plug hole is adapted to the protruding block. The protruding block is in plug-in engagement with the plug hole, such that the partition plate 210 can be rotated around an axis of the plug hole. In addition, the partition plate 210 can be separated from the connecting member 120 by pulling the protruding block out of the plug hole, which is convenient and fast.


It may be understood that, referring to FIG. 5, in the third implementation, the second connecting portion 211 is formed with an elongated hole 212, and the connecting member 120 is provided with a second rotating shaft 124, the second rotating shaft 124 passes through the second connecting portion 211 and the two first connecting portions 122, and the second rotating shaft 124 passes through the elongated hole 212. By providing the elongated hole 212, the second rotating shaft 124 can pass through the elongated hole 212, such that the partition plate 210 can be translated along the elongated hole 212 when the partition plate 210 is rotated around the second rotating shaft 124, which results in a smoother rotation of the partition plate 210.


It may be understood that, referring to FIGS. 1 and 4, the connecting member 120 is provided with a third connecting portion 121, the third connecting portion 121 is provided with a connecting screw, and the connecting screw passes through the third connecting portion 121 and is in threaded connection with the cover 110. The connecting member 120 is mounted on the cover 110 with the connecting screw, such that the connecting member 120 is convenient to be dismounted during maintenance.


It may be understood that, referring to FIG. 2, the first magnet 221 and the second magnet 222 are arranged at an interval, so as to avoid the first magnet 221 and the second magnet 222 from being attached to each other, and prevent the partition plate 210 from failing to be rotated due to excessive attractive force between the first magnet 221 and the second magnet 222.


It may be understood that, referring to FIG. 4, the partition plate 210 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs to enhance the structural strength of the partition plate 210 and increase the service life of the partition plate 210.


A container according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present disclosure comprises the cover device according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present disclosure, and the cover device may be mounted to the container by means of magnetic attraction or by means of snap-fitting. When an object is placed through the feeding port, the object contacts the partition plate 210 and drives the partition plate 210 to rotate, such that the first magnet 221 moves away from the second magnet 222 to open the feeding port 111, and the object passes through the feeding port 111 into the container. After the object passes through the feeding port 111, the first magnet 221 is attracted by the second magnet 222 through a magnetic force, such that the partition plate 210 is reset and the feeding port 111 is closed again, thereby preventing odor diffusion and realizing automatic opening and closing of the feeding port 111, which has no influence on placing the object into the container, prevents odors from escaping from the container as well, and is convenient and practical.


The embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the foregoing embodiments. Various changes can be made within the knowledge of those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the gist of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. A cover device, comprising: a cover provided with a feeding port; andan opening/closing assembly arranged at the feeding port, wherein the opening/closing assembly comprises a partition plate, a first magnet, and a second magnet, the partition plate is configured to close the feeding port, one end of the partition plate is hinged to the cover, the first magnet is arranged at the end of the partition plate hinged to the cover, the second magnet is arranged on the cover, and the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.
  • 2. The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the cover is provided with a third magnet, the third magnet and the first magnet repulse each other, and the first magnet is arranged between the third magnet and the second magnet along a rotating direction of the first magnet.
  • 3. The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the cover is provided with a connecting member, the connecting member is provided with two first connecting portions, the partition plate is provided with a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is arranged between the two first connecting portions, and the second connecting portion is rotatably connected to the two first connecting portions.
  • 4. The cover device according to claim 3, wherein the connecting member is provided with a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft passes through the second connecting portion and the two first connecting portions.
  • 5. The cover device according to claim 3, wherein the first connecting portion is formed with a protruding block, the second connecting portion is formed with a plug hole, and the protruding block is in plug-in engagement with the plug hole.
  • 6. The cover device according to claim 3, wherein the second connecting portion is formed with an elongated hole, the connecting member is provided with a second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft passes through the second connecting portion and the two first connecting portions, and the second rotating shaft passes through the elongated hole.
  • 7. The cover device according to claim 3, wherein the connecting member is provided with a third connecting portion, and the third connecting portion is provided with a connecting screw, and the connecting screw passes through the third connecting portion and is in threaded connection with the cover.
  • 8. The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are arranged at an interval.
  • 9. The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the partition plate is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs.
  • 10. A container, comprising a cover device comprising: a cover provided with a feeding port; andan opening/closing assembly arranged at the feeding port, wherein the opening/closing assembly comprises a partition plate, a first magnet, and a second magnet, the partition plate is configured to close the feeding port, one end of the partition plate is hinged to the cover, the first magnet is arranged at the end of the partition plate hinged to the cover, the second magnet is arranged on the cover, and the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other.
  • 11. The container according to claim 10, wherein the cover is provided with a third magnet, the third magnet and the first magnet repulse each other, and the first magnet is arranged between the third magnet and the second magnet along a rotating direction of the first magnet.
  • 12. The container according to claim 10, wherein the cover is provided with a connecting member, the connecting member is provided with two first connecting portions, the partition plate is provided with a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is arranged between the two first connecting portions, and the second connecting portion is rotatably connected to the two first connecting portions.
  • 13. The container according to claim 12, wherein the connecting member is provided with a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft passes through the second connecting portion and the two first connecting portions.
  • 14. The container according to claim 12, wherein the first connecting portion is formed with a protruding block, the second connecting portion is formed with a plug hole, and the protruding block is in plug-in engagement with the plug hole.
  • 15. The container according to claim 12, wherein the second connecting portion is formed with an elongated hole, the connecting member is provided with a second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft passes through the second connecting portion and the two first connecting portions, and the second rotating shaft passes through the elongated hole.
  • 16. The container according to claim 12, wherein the connecting member is provided with a third connecting portion, and the third connecting portion is provided with a connecting screw, and the connecting screw passes through the third connecting portion and is in threaded connection with the cover.
  • 17. The container according to claim 10, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are arranged at an interval.
  • 18. The container according to claim 10, wherein the partition plate is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs.
