FIG. 2 is an enlarged top, front and right side view of the portion 2 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged top view of the portion 4 of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken across line 5-5 of FIG. 4.
