The present disclosure relates to the field of swing beds, in particular to a cradle.
There are roughly three kinds of baby beds with swing mechanisms on the current market:
1) a baby bed that is driven by electromagnetism, wherein its swing amplitude is hard to control, and it is uncertain from the study whether magnetic driving has an influence on the growth of the baby;
2) a baby bed that is driven by crank-link mechanisms (hard connection), wherein the human body may be clamped, thus damaging the human body greatly and the motor; and
3) a baby bed that enables a bed frame to swing inside by means of tracks, wherein the baby bed has a complex structure, a great weight and high costs.
In view of the above defects of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a cradle capable of protecting a motor and preventing the human body from being clamped.
To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure provides a cradle, including a base, a support, a movable bed compartment, a wire-winding barrel, a first wire body and a second wire body, the movable bed compartment is movably connected with the support disposed on the base in a suspended manner;
a first fixed end and a second fixed end are arranged on a bottom face of the movable bed compartment in a moving direction of the movable bed compartment, the wire-winding barrel is located between the first fixed end and the second fixed end, and the wire-winding barrel is rotationally fixed to a face of the base facing to the movable bed compartment; and
the first wire body and the second wire body are respectively wound on the wire-winding barrel, a winding direction of the first wire body is opposite to a winding direction of the second wire body, a free end of the first wire body is connected with the first fixed end, and a free end of the second wire body is connected with the second fixed end.
Further, the wire-winding barrel includes a first V-shaped opening and a second V-shaped opening, opening directions of the first V-shaped opening and the second V-shaped opening are consistent with a rotation direction of the wire-winding barrel, the first wire body is wound on the first V-shaped opening, and the second wire body is wound on the second V-shaped opening.
Further, a V-shaped included angle between the first V-shaped opening and the second V-shaped opening is 30° to 120°.
Further, the wire-winding barrel is driven by a motor.
Further, side faces of the movable bed compartment are connected with the movable bed compartment by means of hinges to serve as bed compartment flaps.
Further, plug pins are provided on the bed compartment flaps, the plug pins penetrate through the bed compartment flaps in a direction parallel to the bed compartment flaps to enter pin grooves disposed in the movable bed compartment.
Further, the cradle further includes support connection members and rolling wheels, the support connection members are disposed on connection corners of the base, and the rolling wheels are fixedly connected with the support connection members and face towards a ground.
Further, the cradle is characterized in that, the first free end and the first fixed end as well as the second free end and the second fixed end are both connected by means of elastic members.
The present disclosure has the technical effects that
1) the cradle is not affected by an electromagnetic field, thus damage is reduced, the motor is protected, and user security is ensured by means of the flexibly connected elastic members; even if a motor clamps an object in the running process, the object can be easily taken out when the motor stops running or rotates backward, so as to avoid a situation that the motor is jammed like other structures;
2) driving by a motor is more convenient than driving by a hand crank; and
3) the structure is simple, and the swing amplitude can be adjusted.
The conception, specific structure and technical effect produced of the present disclosure will be further explained below in combination with the drawings to fully understand the objective, features and effects of the present disclosure.

A plurality of preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are introduced below with reference to the drawings of the description, making its technical contents clearer and convenient to understand. The present disclosure can be reflected by various embodiments of different forms, and the protection scope of the present disclosure is not only limited to the embodiments mentioned herein.
In the drawings, elements of the same structure are denoted by same numerals, and components similar in structures or functions are denoted by similar numerals. The size and thickness of each component shown in the drawings are shown randomly, and the present disclosure does not limit the size and thickness of each component. In order to make the illustration clearer, the thicknesses of some parts in the drawings are appropriately exaggerated.
As shown in
A first fixed end 203 and a second fixed end 206 are disposed on the bottom face of the movable bed compartment 2 in the moving direction of the movable bed compartment 2. A wire-winding barrel 201 is located between the first fixed end 203 and the second fixed end 206, and is rotationally fixed to the face of the base 1 facing to the movable bed compartment 2, and the rotation axis of the wire-winding barrel 201 is perpendicular to the base 1. A first wire body 202 and a second wire body 205 are wound on the wire-winding barrel 201, and the winding direction of the first wire body 202 is opposite to that the winding direction of the second wire body 205. A free end of the first wire body 202 is connected with the first fixed end 203, and a free end of the second wire body 205 is connected with the second fixed end 206.
Thus, when the wire-winding barrel 201 rotates, the first wire body 202 and the second wire body 203 can drive the movable bed compartment 2 to horizontally move back and forth according to the rotation degree of the wire-winding barrel 201. In addition, the swing amplitude of horizontal to-and-fro motion can be adjusted according to the lengths of the wire bodies that are wound on the wire-winding barrel 201, namely the number of wire-winding circles.
As shown in
Further, since there is a height difference when the movable bed compartment 2 is horizontally moving back and forth, the V-shaped included angle between the first V-shaped opening 2011 and the second V-shaped opening 2012 is set to be 30° to 120° to compensate the height difference and prevent the wire bodies from disengaging in the rotation process of the wire-winding barrel 201.
Further, the wire-winding barrel 201 is driven by a motor 5. The motor 5 is configured to rotate forward and backward to drive the wire-winding barrel 201, which makes the cradle swing automatically. The motor 5 may also be driven by a remote control device to achieve remote control.
Further, the cradle further includes elastic members 204. The free end of the first wire body 202 is connected with the first fixed end 203 by means of the corresponding elastic member 204, and the free end of the second wire body 205 is connected with the second fixed end 206 by means of the corresponding elastic member 204. In the embodiment, the elastic members 204 are springs. Thus, even if the motor 5 clamps an object in the swing process of the movable bed compartment 2, the motor 5 is not jammed and can still pull the elastic members 204 to rotate. The motor 5 can rotate backward to make the clamped object disengaged after rotating to a preset rotation limit, so as to avoid a situation that the motor 5 is jammed after the motor 5 does not reach its preset rotation limit for a long period of time. By adjusting the winding number of the first wire body 202 and the second wire body 205 that are wound on the wire-winding barrel 201, the tightness of the elastic members 204 can also be adjusted, which can not only reduce damage when hitting or clamping an object, but also play a role in buffering.
Further, the plug pins 209 are provided on the bed compartment flaps 207. The plug pins 209 include pin tops 2091, first rod parts 2092 and second rod parts 2093. The plug pins 209 penetrate through parts of the bed compartment flaps 207 in the direction parallel to the bed compartment flaps 207, making the second rod parts 2093 exposed. The pin grooves 211 are provided in the positions, corresponding to the second rod parts 2093, on the movable bed compartment 2, and the second rod parts 2093 are inserted into the pin grooves 211 to make the bed compartment flaps 207 fixed to the movable bed compartment 2. The diameters of the first rod parts 2092 are smaller than those of the pin tops 2091 and second rod parts 2093. The springs 210 are sleeved on the first rod parts 2092, and the springs 210 can only move in through holes formed by the plug pins 209 penetrating through the bed compartment flaps 207. When the pin tops 2091 are pulled, the springs 210 are compressed, and the second rod parts 2093 leave from the pin grooves 211, making the bed compartment flaps 207 flipped down by means of the hinges 208; and when the pin tops 2091 are released, the plug pins 209 are returned by means of the springs 210.
