The present invention relates to a weaving tool, and more particularly to an anti-slip structure applied to a crochet, and the crochet includes a crochet shaft and the anti-slip sleeve which are made of different elastic and non-elastic materials respectively and then combined with each other to produce the crochet, and achieve the advantages of good structural strength and uneasiness of being loosened or slipped.
Crochet is an important tool for crochet weaving. A thread can be woven into a piece of fabric by the crochet, and then a multiple pieces of fabric can be combined to produce clothing or home accessories.
The conventional crochet structure includes a crochet shaft, and a hook portion disposed on at least one end of crochet shaft, and the slender body of the crochet shaft has a grip area provided for users to grip by a hand, and the hook portion is provided for hooking the thread in all kinds of weaving. The hook portion and grip area have different functions, and the hook portion is smooth enough to facilitate the users to hook the thread, and thus the hook portion is preferably made of a non-elastic material including but not limited to aluminum and plastic. The grip area should be able to provide an anti-slip effect for the user’s hand and it should be soft enough to avoid pains or injuries to the user’s hand caused by a long time use of the crochet, and thus the grip area is preferably made of an elastic material including but not limited to rubber or Silicone.
Most of the conventional crochet hooks are integrally formed single bodies, so that it is difficult to manufacture the hook portion and the grip area with different materials respectively, and a number of patents have disclosed that the hook portion and grip area are manufactured with different materials respectively, and then combined with each other to form the crochet structure.
U.S. Pat. Application No. 20160047074A1 entitled “Crochet hook and grip body for crochet hook” includes: a rod-like crochet-hook shaft which has a tip formed with a hook portion; and a grip body covers a base-end side of the crochet-hook shaft with a tip of the shaft protruding therefrom. The grip body includes a base-end portion which has substantially uniform in its section taken in a vertical direction to a longitudinal axis of the grip body, and a grip portion which is formed on a tip-end side of the base-end portion and formed with a recess on a side of its outer circumference.
In the aforementioned prior art, although an anti-slip structure is installed between the crochet-hook shaft and the grip body, the crochet-hook shaft and the grip body may be loosened or slipped from each other easily after the crochet hook has been used for a period of time. The users are prone to hand and finger pain, joint damage, premature fatigue, numbness, etc. due to the repetitive motion inherent in the crochet knitting activity after a long time of crocheting with this loosely combined crochet.

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a crochet anti-slip structure, wherein a crochet shaft and an anti-slip sleeve are manufactured separately and then combined to each other to produce a combined crochet, and at least one arc-shaped convex body having an expanded diameter is disposed on the crochet shaft to increase its frictional resistance with a contact surface of the anti-slip sleeve, so that the two can be in a tight-fit state to prevent the anti-slip sleeve and the crochet shaft from being deflected with respect to each other, and achieve the advantages of strong structural strength and uneasiness of being loosened or slipped.
A secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a crochet anti-slip structure, wherein an elastic material is selected for making the anti-slip sleeve, so that the anti-slip sleeve can provide an anti-slip effect for the user’s hand and can be soft enough to prevent pains and injuries to the user’s hand after a long time use of the crochet. Alternatively, a non-elastic material is selected for making the crochet shaft, such that the crochet shaft has a sufficient smooth surface to facilitate hooking the thread.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a crochet anti-slip structure that allows the user to hold the crochet comfortably, crochet faster and longer, and reduce the risk of hand fatigue, numbness or pain from repetitive movements inherent in crochet activity.
To achieve the aforementioned and other objectives, the present invention provides a crochet anti-slip structure including a crochet shaft and an anti-slip sleeve, and the crochet shaft is rod-shaped and has a crochet section and a binding section integrally formed, a hook portion disposed at an end opposite to the crochet section, and at least one arc-shaped convex body having an expanded diameter and disposed at an outer periphery of the binding section; and the anti-slip sleeve having a binding hole formed at a position opposite to the binding section and configured to be corresponsive to the binding section, and the binding hole not penetrating through the anti-slip sleeve, but having an inlet for allowing the binding section of the crochet shaft to be inserted from the inlet into the binding hole, and a tight-fit state being defined between the arc-shaped convex body of the crochet shaft and a contact surface of the binding hole of the anti-slip sleeve.
In an embodiment, the binding section of the crochet shaft has a neck portion having a reduced diameter relative to the arc-shaped convex body and disposed at a junction with the crochet section, such that the crochet section has an external diameter greater than the external diameter of the neck portion of the binding section, and a vertical braking surface is formed between the crochet section and an adjacent connected surface of the binding section for limiting the depth for the binding section to be inserted into the binding hole.
In an embodiment, the arc-shaped convex body of the crochet shaft is disposed adjacent to a position of the neck portion opposite to the vertical braking surface.
In an embodiment, the binding hole of the anti-slip sleeve has an exhaust hole formed at a position opposite to the inlet of the binding hole and communicating with the outside.
In an embodiment, the anti-slip sleeve has a flat thumb rest disposed on an outer surface of the anti-slip sleeve.
In an embodiment, the thumb rest of the anti-slip sleeve is configured to be corresponsive to the arc-shaped convex body of the crochet shaft.
In an embodiment, the arc-shaped convex body of the crochet shaft has a flat plane configured to be corresponsive to the thumb rest of the anti-slip sleeve, and allowing the thumb rest to be cladded on the outside of the plane for preventing the crochet shaft and the anti-slip sleeve from being deflected with respect to each other.
The technical characteristics of the present invention will become apparent with the detailed description of preferred embodiments accompanied with the illustration of related drawings.

The anti-slip sleeve 20 has a binding hole 21 formed thereon and configured to be corresponsive to the binding section 12 of the crochet shaft 10, and the binding hole 21 does not penetrate through the anti-slip sleeve 20 and has an inlet 22 to allow the binding section 12 of the crochet shaft 10 to be inserted from the inlet 22 into the binding hole 21, and a tight-fit state is defined between the arc-shaped convex body 14 of the crochet shaft 10 and a contact surface of the binding hole 21 of the anti-slip sleeve 20 to increase its frictional resistance with the contact surface of the anti-slip sleeve 20, and produce a joint anti-slip mechanism with the arc-shaped convex body 14 and the binding hole 21 in order to effectively prevent the crochet shaft 10 and the anti-slip sleeve 20 from being loosened or slipped from each other, and thus the invention has the advantages of strong structural strength and uneasiness of being loosened or slipped.
Due to the advantages of the strong structural strength and uneasiness of being loosened or slipped the present invention, the crochet provides better comfort, faster and longer crocheting, and reducing the risk of hand fatigue, numbness or pain from repetitive movements inherent in crochet activity.
A neck portion 15 having a reduced diameter relative to the arc-shaped convex body 14 is disposed adjacent to the junction of the binding section 12 and the crochet section 11 of the crochet shaft 10, such that the crochet section 11 has an external diameter greater than the external diameter of the neck portion 15 of the binding section 12, and a vertical braking surface 16 is formed between the crochet section 11 and the adjacent connected surface of the binding section 12 for limiting the depth of the binding section 12 to be inserted into the binding hole 21 of the anti-slip sleeve 20, such that the binding hole 21 cooperating with the vertical braking surface 16 jointly wrap the binding section 12. The arc-shaped convex body 14 is adjacent to a position of the neck portion 15 opposite to the vertical braking surface 16.
