BACKGROUND
Field of Invention
The present application refers to a protective helmet for cyclists, motorcyclists or in any type of sport, work or activity in general who have big, kinky, coily, afro-textured type 4 or 3 hair that does not lay flat, and that requires protection of the head with the helmet.
Background of the Art
While a user wears a helmet, the hair is often disheveled. At the same time, in sports such as cycling, climbing and other similar ones, as well as in motor sports, caving and other professional activities it is necessary to wear a helmet adapted to the contour of the head for protection in case of accidents. It is essential in all speed sports such as cycling, skateboarding, longboarding, mountainboarding and inline skating, among many others the protection of the head of the user is required.
There are many models, depending on the level of protection required, but all are based on surrounding the head with a rigid shell that can absorb the shock energy, breaking if necessary. These helmets are usually uncomfortable, for the head and especial for the hair and can be hot, so, users take them off as soon as possible and are disheveled and sweaty. While there are many helmets designed to protect the head, there are hardly any helmets designed for big, kinky, coily, hair. Most helmets are adapted to contour to the head and for people with flat hair, however, there are hardly any helmets that are contoured or catered to big, kinky, coily, afro-textured hair types. There are four hair types, type 1, is straight hair, type 2, is wavy hair, type 3, is curly hair, and type 4 is coily, big, afro-textured, inky hair. Most helmets are designed to contour to the heads of people that have type 1 and 2 hair types. Those people who have type 3 and type 4 hair types, which is hair that is coily, big, afro-textured, kinky, that does not lay flat, is not straight, that wear ponytails or similar big hairstyles, find themselves with an added discomfort. since most helmets are designed to adapt to the heads of people with type 1 and 2, straight, wavy, and flat hair and does not consider the hair types 3 and 4. Therefore, those with type 3 and 4 hair types are often uncomfortable wearing a helmet and/or avoid wearing a helmet altogether. With that said, the specular utility of this helmet can solve these problems and ensure that those with type 3 and type 4 hair types can wear a helmet that contours to their head, and hair, which protects them from severe injury and protects their hair SUMMARY
This technical scheme is a kind of safety helmet. The Crown Gravity Helix is a helmet that protects hair that defies gravity, such hair types 3 and 4, which are kinky, afro-textured curly, coily, and big hair, while also protecting your head while biking or engaging in other activities that require protection of the head. The invention consists of a helmet according to the first claim. It has different variants to solve the problems outlined. The helmet is designed to support those that have big, kinky, coily, curly, afro-textured, big hair and allows the use of hair in ponytails while in use, thus maintaining safety without creating unnecessary discomfort. It is of the type that protects the head of a user, with a front and a rear part, and comprises a vertical slot in the rear part up to the border between the occipital bone and the parietal bone. The slot has in its opening a practicable, stiffening, security closure. The contour of the groove will preferably have a reinforcement to absorb the behavior modification.

As shown in the FIG. 1, the top center of the front of the helmet 5 has an opening 10, and the around of the opening has a hair protection elastic band which is made of silk 20. The opening 10 can be expandable and retractable hair so the user can keep his/her hair in the desirable shape while wearing the helmet 5 and to have the option of closing the opening, if the user does not want to protrude, their hair through the opening. The opening 10 can be an oval shape. The user's hair can comb through the opening 10. The hair protection elastic bands 20 provide a less heavy and stronger protection to the user's head than conventional helmets. The front of the helmet has a ventilation opening 30. The ventilation 30 helps the air circulation through the openings. The peculiar helmet designs 11 are formed on the front of the helmet. The design 11 has V shape or curved shape to provide comfortable wearing for the user. An outer shell 90 to protect the head of the user is formed above the helmet 5. The outer shell 90 embraces the silk 20 and the opening 10. There are three layers underneath the outer shell 90 and the helmet 5 that protect the head and hair. The third layer is an impact absorbing liner 300 is attached to the helmet 5 to absorb the impact on a user's head, to prevent injury and from the helmet 5. The first layer is an elastic hair protecting silk band 50 that only goes around the edges of the hair line of the user, which protects the edges of the hair and head, and prevents slippage, of the second layer, which is a silk liner 50A, and is made of silk material, and is attached to the bottom of the helmet 5 and the impact absorbing liner 300 to provide protection to the hair and to smoothly wear the helmet to the user. The elastic hair protecting silk band 50 provides protection of the user's hair edges and the head of the user. The user can wear the helmet 5 more comfortably with a support for their hair edges, edge of their heads, and to provide a cushion. The second layer 50 A is a silk protective liner that covers the entire head and complements the size of the absorbing liner 300, the helmet, 5, and the outer shell 90. The silk protective liner 50 A provides protection for all the hair, not just the edges, and provides additional cushion and protection for the user's head.
