Abstract
A cup disposed with a push button switch using connecting rod mechanism for lateral pulling of a water sealing T-rod, wherein a push button switch (2) and a water sealing T-rod (3) are disposed on the cup; the push button switch (2) and the water sealing T-rod (3) are connected with each other via a connecting rod (1); the push button switch (2) drives the water sealing T-rod (3) to move via the connecting rod (1) to actualize sealing and unsealing of water. Since the push button switch uses a connecting rod mechanism to pull the water sealing T-rod laterally and therefore breaks with the traditional mechanism of using a lever to drive a water sealing T-rod vertically, different operation modes and different outer appearances and shapes are made possible, and demands from different consumers could be satisfied.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a kind of cup, and specifically relates to a cup disposed with a push button switch using connecting rod mechanism for lateral pulling of a water sealing T-rod.

Nowadays, a cup according to the existing prior arts is usually configured with a water sealing T-rod and a push button switch. Relative movements between the water sealing T-rod and the push button switch are driven vertically by a lever mechanism, so that the push button switch drives the water sealing T-rod to move and thereby actualizing sealing and unsealing of water. The lever mechanism of the cup according to the existing prior arts is relatively mono-style. Also, the cup does not have any other variations. Therefore, demands from different consumers could be hardly satisfied. Although the lever mechanism of this kind of cup is relatively simple, the lever mechanism requires a number of operating steps, in which users are first required to switch on the push button switch for unsealing of water before they can pick up the cup to drink water, and after that required to put down the cup and switch off the push button switch for sealing of water. The complicated operating steps of this kind of cup and the absence of its design and structural variations can hardly meet the ever demanding requirements of consumers.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-assemble, safe, practical, and structurally simple cup disposed with a water sealing T-rod pulled by a connecting rod. Use of the present invention requires only a series of smoothly connected procedures: when holding the cup of the present invention using a single hand, slide a finger upward to push a lock key to an unlocked position and then press down a push button switch to drink water; release the push button switch to seal the water.

The present invention adopts the following technical proposal: A cup disposed with a push button switch using connecting rod mechanism for lateral pulling of a water sealing T-rod, wherein a push button switch and a water sealing T-rod are disposed on the cup; the push button switch and the water sealing T-rod are connected with each other via a connecting rod; the push button switch drives the water sealing T-rod to move laterally along fixed guiding slots via the connecting rod to actualize sealing and unsealing of water.

A lock key is disposed on the cup, and the lock key is disposed for locking and unlocking the push button switch.

Slide-guiding slots that coordinate with the water sealing T-rod are disposed on the cup.

A spring is disposed on the cup, and the spring acts on the sealing T-rod so that it slides along the slide-guiding slots to reach a water sealing position.

The present invention has the following advantages: Since the push button switch of the present invention uses a connecting rod mechanism to pull the water sealing T-rod laterally and therefore breaks with the traditional mechanism of using a lever to drive a water sealing T-rod vertically, different operation modes and different outer appearances and shapes are made possible, and demands from different consumers could be satisfied. Also, since the present invention is disposed with a lock key for locking and unlocking rotation of the push button switch disposed for sealing water, the present invention can prevent the push button switch from being pressed down accidentally, and thereby preventing water from being unsealed and discharged. Hence, the present invention provides a safer and more reliable operating condition for consumers.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

A detailed description of the present invention will be further given in detail below with reference to an accompanying drawing.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view illustrating partially an assembling structure of the present invention according to the first embodiment.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view illustrating partially an assembling structure of the present invention according to the second embodiment under a condition in which a lock key is in a locked position.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view illustrating partially an assembling structure of the present invention according to the second embodiment under a condition in which a lock key is in an unlocked position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First Embodiment

As shown in FIG. 1, a cup disposed with a push button switch using connecting rod mechanism for lateral pulling of a water sealing T-rod according to the present invention has a push button switch 2 and a water sealing T-rod 3 disposed on the cup; slide-guiding slots 5 and 6 that coordinate with the water sealing T-rod 3 are disposed on the cup; the push button switch 2 and the water sealing T-rod 3 are connected with each other via a connecting rod 1; the push button switch 2 drives the water sealing T-rod 3 to move laterally along the slide- guiding slots 5 and 6 via the connecting rod 1 to actualize sealing and unsealing of water.

When using the present invention, press the push button switch 2 laterally whereupon the push button switch 2 will rotate on a pivot 4; the connecting rod 1 will then be pulled whereupon the water sealing T-rod 3 will be driven to overcome resilience and friction of a spring 7 and move upward or downward along the fixed guiding slots 5 and 6 to actualize sealing and unsealing of water of the cup.

Second Embodiment

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the present invention is substantially the same as what has been described in the first embodiment except for the structural differences which will be described below. In this embodiment, the present invention is also disposed with a lock key 8 for locking and unlocking the push button switch 2. A spring 7 is also disposed on the cup, and the spring acts on the sealing T-rod 3 so that it slides along the slide-guiding slots to reach a water sealing position.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view illustrating partially an assembling structure of the present invention according to the present embodiment under a condition in which the lock key is in a locked position.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the lock key 8 is moved downward to the locked position, the lock key 8 blocks against the push button switch 2 and the push button switch 2 is then unable to rotate on the pivot 4. Accordingly, the push button switch 2 is unable to pull the connecting rod 1 and drives the sealing T-rod 3 to actualize sealing and unsealing of water.

FIG. 3 is a sectional view illustrating partially an assembling structure of the present invention according to the present embodiment under a condition in which the lock key is in an unlocked position.

As shown in FIG. 3, when using the present invention, push the lock key 8 upwardly to an unlocked position, and then press the push button switch 2 laterally at its lower portion. As such, the push button switch 2 will rotate on its pivot 4, and the connecting rod 1 will then be pulled whereupon the water sealing T-rod 3 will be driven to overcome resilience and friction of the spring 7 and move upward or downward along the fixed guiding slots 5 and 6 to actualize sealing and unsealing of water of the cup.

Although a preferred description of the present invention is given above, different changes and modifications of the present invention could be made by a person skilled in the art and those changes and modifications should also fall within the scope of protection of the present invention unless they deviate from the scope of the present invention.
