Abstract
The present invention provides a cup holder, which comprises an upper supporting ring and a lower supporting seat. The upper supporting ring and the lower supporting seat are connected through connecting rods and enclosed in the middle to form a containing cavity; and both ends of the connecting rod are respectively pivoted on the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting seat. Thus, the connecting rods drive the lower supporting seat to pivot towards to realize folding for convenience of storage when rotating around pivot joints. The present invention is wide in application range, may be installed on a handle bar of a beach chair or other positions of a frame of the beach chair and may also be installed on various leisure decks or table tops.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of household goods, in particular to a cup holder structure.

BACKGROUND

A cup holder that can hold a beverage container is widely applied to some leisure tables and chairs, such as some beach tables or beach chairs. In the past, a hole for placing a cup or a beverage bottle is formed in a table top of a table or an armrest of a chair; the hole formed in the table top occupies the limited use area of the table top; the size of the hole formed in the armrest of the chair needs to be matched with the width of the armrest; the size of the formed hole is small correspondingly if the width of the armrest is small, and thus a cup seat performs practically no function; and the armrest needs to be wide if the size of the hole is large, so that materials are relatively wasted, the manufacturing cost is high, and the beauty of the whole appearance of the chair is influenced.

SUMMARY

In view of this, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a cup holder with novel structure, which is applicable to cups or beverage bottles of various types and different heights, convenient to fold and capable of saving space.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the present invention is: the cup holder comprises an upper supporting ring and a lower supporting seat; the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting seat are connected through connecting rods and enclosed at the middle part to form a containing cavity; and both ends of the connecting rods are pivoted to the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting seat respectively, and thus the connecting rods drive the lower supporting seat to pivot upwards to realize folding when rotating around pivot joints.

The upper supporting ring is of a hollow annular structure with an opening.

A small loop buckle with an opening is arranged on the outer side of the upper supporting ring.

One edge at the opening of the upper supporting ring extends outwards and then is rolled backwards to form the small loop buckle.

A joint part is arranged on one side of the upper supporting ring, and the upper supporting ring is installed and fixed on a table, a chair or other table tops by virtue of the joint part.

The lower supporting seat is provided with a bearing plate.

The bearing plate is in a shape of an incomplete circle.

The upper supporting ring and the lower supporting seat are provided with pivot ears for connection by matching with the connecting rods.

With adoption of the above structure, the cup holder of the present invention may be matched and installed on the table or the chair, may be used for placing cups and beverage bottles in various specifications, and is wide in application range and particularly suitable for outdoor recreation. When the cup holder is not used, the connecting rods may drive the lower supporting seat to pivot upwards to realize folding for convenience in storage when rotating around pivot joints.

DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are schematic diagrams of a cup holder of the present invention in a folded state;

FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of implementation of installing a cup holder of the present invention on a beach chair; and

FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of implementation of installing a cup holder of the present invention on a table.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention is described below in detail in combination with drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a cup holder of the present invention comprises an upper supporting ring 1 and a lower supporting seat 2. The upper supporting ring 1 and the lower supporting seat 2 are connected through connecting rods 3 and enclosed at the middle part to form a containing cavity; and both ends of the connecting rods 3 are pivoted to the upper supporting ring 1 and the lower supporting seat 2 respectively, and thus the connecting rods 3 may drive the lower supporting seat 2 to pivot upwards to realize folding when rotating around pivot joints. The number of the connecting rods 3 may be set according to the needs; and in the present solution, three connecting rods are preferably arranged, but specific implementation is not limited thereto.

The upper supporting ring 1 is of a hollow annular structure with an opening 11; a joint part 12 is arranged on one side of the upper supporting ring 1, and the upper supporting ring 1 is installed and fixed on a table, a chair or other table tops by virtue of the joint part 12; a small loop buckle 13 with an opening is further arranged on the outer side of the upper supporting ring 1 and may be integrally formed with the upper supporting ring 1; and one edge at the opening 11 of the upper supporting ring 1 extends outwards and then is rolled backwards to form the small loop buckle 13, and cups such as goblets may be placed by using the small loop buckle 13.

The lower supporting seat 2 is provided with a bearing plate 21; the bearing plate 21 is in a shape of an incomplete circle; a position corresponding to the opening 11 of the upper supporting ring 1 is designed to be a straight plane 22 for the purpose of ensuring that the lower supporting seat 2 does not protrude too much after the lower supporting seat 2 is folded to avoid influencing the storage. The bearing plate 21 may also be in a shape of a square, a pentagon, a special shape or other geometrical shapes.

The upper supporting ring 1 and the lower supporting seat 2 are provided with pivot ears 14, 23 for connection by matching with the connecting rods 3.

With adoption of the above structure, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the cup holder of the present invention may be matched and installed on a table or a chair. When being used, the cup holder is pulled out for placing cups and beverage bottles in various specifications and is particularly suitable for outdoor recreation. For a cup with a grip, the grip may be sleeved on a ring edge outside the opening of the upper supporting ring 1 along the ring edge, so that the cup is more stably placed. In addition, the cups such as the goblets may be placed by means of the small loop buckle 13, so that the application range is wide. When the cup holder is not used, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the connecting rods 3 may drive the lower supporting seat 2 to pivot upwards to realize folding for convenience in storage when rotating around pivot joints. The present invention may be installed on a handle bar of a beach chair or other positions of a frame of the beach chair and may also be installed on various leisure decks or table tops.
