The present invention belongs to the field of cup lids fitted to cups, and specifically pertains to a cup lid and a thermos cup.
Cups are a type of containers commonly used in people's daily life for drinking tea, water and beverages. Common cups are generally divided into direct drinking cups or straw cups. The direct drinking cups allow direct drinking by screwing off cup lids or through direct drinking ports on the cup lids. Open cups are not a good choice for scenarios such as sports and outdoor activities, so the open cups are often equipped with cup lids and sealing lids, and most cups generally have only one drinking port in actual use. The direct drinking cups or the straw cups generally allow only one drinking mode, resulting in relatively single function and design mode of the cups. For example, patent No. CN110652157B titled “THERMOS CUP WITH DUAL-PURPOSE CUP LID” discloses a cup lid which has only one drinking port. Therefore, it is meaningful to provide a double drinking cup lid as well as a thermos cup with the same.
In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a cup lid which includes: a cup lid body including a connection portion for connecting to a cup body and provided with an opening; and a connector mounted at the opening and provided with at least one first mouth, where a second mouth is provided at the opening located outside the first mouth.
The connector is detachably arranged so that the first mouth may be replaced with first mouths of various opening sizes to adapt to different populations and meeting their drinking habits, and the connector is easy to detach and clean to prevent bacterial growth.
Here, the connector is arranged in two manners, the first manner is that the connector is arranged in the opening, and an outer wall of the connector and an inner wall of the opening are connected with each other; and the second mouth is arranged on the connector. That is, the connector includes a wall body that is at least partially adapted to the inner wall of the opening and encloses to form the first mouth, and a first outer wall of the wall body and a first inner wall of the opening enclose to form the second mouth.
The other manner is that the connector is arranged in the opening, and an outer wall of the connector and an inner wall of the opening are connected with each other, so that at least a portion of the outer wall of the connector and at least a portion of the inner wall of the opening enclose to form the second mouth. That is, the connector further includes an annular wall connected with the wall body, and the second mouth is formed between an outer wall of the wall body and an inner wall of the annular wall.
The connector is provided with a slot, and further includes a straw, the straw fits into the slot, and a suction channel of the straw is in communication with the first mouth.
With the technical solution described above, the arrangement of the connector and the straw allows sipping from the first mouth.
The connector may be connected by the following structure: a second groove is provided on the connector, the second groove is axially arranged along the connector, an edge of the opening forms a second protrusion adapted to the second groove, and the second protrusion is embedded in the second groove.
The cup lid further includes a ring sleeve, the connector is arranged in an inner hole of the ring sleeve, the outer wall of the connector is connected with the ring sleeve by an annular body, so that the second groove is formed between the outer wall of the connector and an inner wall of the ring sleeve, and the second protrusion is arranged in an annular shape.
A top end face of the opening is obliquely arranged so that the top end face of the opening has a high face and a low face, the first mouth and the second mouth are respectively located at a position of the high face and at a position of the low face on the opening, and a top end face of the first mouth and a top end face of the second mouth are respectively arranged flush with the high face and the low face of the opening.
The connector may also be connected by the following structure: at least a portion of the outer wall of the connector is connected with at least a portion of the inner wall of the opening by a detachable structure; the detachable structure includes at least one first protrusion and at least one first groove adapted to the at least one first protrusion; the at least one first protrusion and the at least one first groove are respectively arranged on a second inner wall of the opening and a second outer wall of the connector; and the at least one first protrusion is embedded in the at least one first groove.
The cup lid further includes a sealing lid movably connected with the cup lid body, and the sealing lid is provided with a sealing surface for blocking the first mouth and the second mouth. A third sealing surface is formed between the connector and the opening, and the sealing surface includes a first sealing surface which is in contact with the connector and/or the opening to achieve blocking. The sealing surface includes a second sealing surface which is in contact with the opening to achieve blocking.
A first extension wall is provided on the cup lid body on a side in an opposite direction to the connection portion, and the first extension wall is arranged along a communication port of the cup lid body to form the opening on an inner side of the first extension wall.
There are two sealing manners. One manner is that a third sealing surface is formed between the connector and the opening, and the sealing surface includes a first sealing surface which is in contact with a first brim port of the connector and/or a second brim port or an outer sidewall of the opening to achieve blocking of the first mouth and the second mouth.
The other manner is that the sealing surface includes a second sealing surface which is in contact with the second brim port or the outer sidewall of the opening to achieve blocking of the opening. When there is a gap between the annular wall and the opening and through which water can flow out, the opening needs to be sealed to achieve blocking of the first mouth and the second mouth.
Here, the sealing lid may be provided with a seal mounting groove, a seal such as an elastic material such as silicone is fixed in the seal mounting groove, a sealing surface is formed on a surface of the seal, and several wavy lines may be made on the sealing surface to increase sealing performance.
A first notch is provided on one side wall of the mounting groove, an extension portion protruding from the first notch is integrally formed on the seal to facilitate detachment and mounting of the seal, and a mounting concave ring is downward provided on a first face of the seal, so that elastic arms are formed on both sides of the mounting concave ring to fit into the seal mounting groove.
A first extension wall is provided on the cup lid body on a side in an opposite direction to the connection portion, and the opening is arranged on the first extension wall. An arc-shaped recess is provided on the first extension wall in a direction of the first mouth, so that the first mouth is relatively convex.
With the technical solution described above, the arrangement of the first extension wall enables convenient drinking.
A second extension wall is provided on the cup lid body located at the opening on a side in a direction of the cup body, and a second notch is provided on the second extension wall. An upward circular arc protective wall is integrally formed on the cup lid body located at both sides of the sealing lid.
Here, the first mouth may have an elliptical, oblate, circular or the like shape. The first mouth may be arranged higher than, or lower than or flush with the second mouth.
The wall body is provided with a sipping channel and a straw insertion channel which are connected by a connection channel, where the sipping channel has a cross section smaller than that of the straw insertion channel to facilitate sipping.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a thermos cup which includes a cup body and a cup lid of the above-mentioned structure, a cup rim of the cup body is connected with a connection portion of the cup lid, a sealing lid is hinged on the cup lid, the sealing lid and the cup lid are connected by a locking structure, the locking structure includes a limiting member connected to an outer wall of the cup lid by a pivot shaft, the limiting member is provided with a locking hook fitting with the sealing lid for limiting, a resetting member is provided between the limiting member and the outer wall of the cup lid, and the resetting member and the locking hook are respectively arranged on both sides of the pivot shaft.
The limiting member includes an outer member and an inner member, the locking hook is arranged on the inner member, two oppositely arranged semi-circular spring arms are fixed on the outer member to form an insertion column, and a hole fitting with the insertion column is provided on the inner member. In the present embodiment, the hole is 8-shaped, that is, two circles are partially overlapped and communicated to form the hole, and circular perforations are provided on both sides of the hole. Here, a first mounting ear is integrally formed on the outer member, a second mounting ear is integrally formed on the inner member, a long hole is provided on the first mounting ear, a circular hole is provided on the second mounting ear, and the pivot shaft passes through the circular hole and the long hole.
The thermos cup further includes a lifting ring, and both ends of the lifting ring are hinged at the hinge shaft of the sealing lid.
Here, the connection portion is provided with a thread, the cup lid and the cup body are connected by the thread, and a sealing ring is fixed on at least one side of a contact surface between the cup lid and the cup body.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: the present invention is simple in structure with the first mouth as a sipping port and the second mouth as a direct drinking port, so that the present invention has a double drinking function, and the first connector is detachably connected for easy cleaning.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the present invention and thereby define the scope of the present invention more clearly, the present invention is described below in detail with respect to some specific embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the following description only relates to some specific embodiments of the inventive concept and are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, specific and direct descriptions of relevant structures are merely for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and the specific features do not, of course, directly limit the implementation scope of the present invention.
With reference to the drawings, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: the present invention provides a cup lid, including: a cup lid body 1 including a connection portion 101 for connecting to a cup body 4 and provided with an opening 102; and a connector 104 mounted at the opening 102 and provided with at least one first mouth 1041, where a second mouth 103 is provided at the opening 102 located outside the first mouth 1041.
The connector 104 is detachably arranged so that the first mouth 1041 may be replaced with first mouths of various opening sizes to adapt to different populations and meeting their drinking habits, and the connector 104 is detachably arranged to facilitate detachment and cleaning and prevent bacterial growth.
Here, the connector 104 is arranged in two manners, the first manner is that the connector 104 is arranged in the opening 102, and an outer wall of the connector 104 and an inner wall of the opening 102 are connected with each other; and the second mouth 103 is arranged on the connector 104. That is, the connector 104 includes a wall body 1043 that is at least partially adapted to the inner wall of the opening 102 and encloses to form the first mouth 1041, and a first outer wall of the wall body 1043 and a first inner wall of the opening 102 enclose to form the second mouth 103.
The other manner is that the connector 104 is arranged in the opening 102, and an outer wall of the connector 104 and an inner wall of the opening 102 are connected with each other, so that at least a portion of the outer wall of the connector 104 and at least a portion of the inner wall of the opening 102 enclose to form the second mouth 103. That is, the connector 104 further includes an annular wall 1044 connected with the wall body 1043, and the second mouth 103 is formed between an outer wall of the wall body 1043 and an inner wall of the annular wall 1044.
The connector 104 is provided with a slot 1042, and further includes a straw 109, the straw 109 fits into the slot 104, and a suction channel of the straw 109 is in communication with the first mouth 103.
With the technical solution described above, the connector 104 and the straw may be cooperatively configured to achieve sipping from the first mouth 103.
The connector 104 may be connected by the following structure: a second groove 501 is provided on the connector 104, the second groove 501 is axially arranged along the connector 104, an edge of the opening 102 forms a second protrusion 502 adapted to the second groove 501, and the second protrusion 502 is embedded in the second groove 501.
The cup lid further includes a ring sleeve 6, the connector 104 is arranged in an inner hole of the ring sleeve 6, the outer wall of the connector 104 is connected with the ring sleeve 6 by an annular body 7, so that the second groove 501 is formed between the outer wall of the connector 104 and an inner wall of the ring sleeve 6, and the second protrusion 502 is arranged in an annular shape.
A top end face of the opening 102 is obliquely arranged so that the top end face of the opening 102 has a high face 901 and a low face 902, the first mouth 1041 is located at a position of the high face 901 on the opening 102, the second mouth 103 is located at a position of the low face 902 on the opening 102, and a top end face of the first mouth 1041 is arranged flush with the high face 901 of the opening 102, and a top end face of the second mouth 103 is arranged flush with the low face 902 of the opening 102.
The connector 104 may also be connected by the following structure: at least a portion of the outer wall of the connector 104 is connected with at least a portion of the inner wall of the opening 102 by a detachable structure; the detachable structure includes at least one first protrusion 201 and at least one first groove 202 adapted to the at least one first protrusion 201; the at least one first protrusion 201 is arranged on a second inner wall of the opening 102, the at least one first groove 202 is arranged on a second outer wall of the connector 104; and the at least one first protrusion 201 is embedded in the at least one first groove 202.
In another embodiment, in order to make connection between the connector 104 and the opening 102 more reliable, a plurality of first protrusions 201 and first grooves 202 may be arranged.
The cup lid further includes a sealing lid 3 movably connected with the cup lid body 1, and the sealing lid 3 is provided with a sealing surface 301 for blocking the first mouth 1041 and the second mouth 103. A third sealing surface 303 is formed between the connector 104 and the opening 102, and the sealing surface 301 includes a first sealing surface 302 which is in contact with the connector 104 and/or the opening 102 to achieve blocking. The sealing surface 301 includes a second sealing surface 304 which is in contact with the opening 102 to achieve blocking.
A first extension wall 105 is provided on the cup lid body 1 on a side in an opposite direction to the connection portion 101, and the first extension wall 105 is arranged along a communication port 8 of the cup lid body 1 to form the opening 102 on an inner side of the first extension wall 105.
There are two sealing manners. One manner is that a third sealing surface 303 is formed between the connector 104 and the opening 102, and the sealing surface 303 includes a first sealing surface 302 which is in contact with a first brim port 1048 of the connector 104 and/or a second brim port 1021 or an outer sidewall 1022 of the opening 102 to achieve blocking of the first mouth 1041 and the second mouth 103.
The other manner is that the sealing surface 301 includes a second sealing surface 304 which is in contact with the second brim port 1021 or the outer sidewall 1022 of the opening 102 to achieve blocking of the opening 102. When there is a gap between the annular wall 1044 and the opening 102 and through which water can flow out, the opening 102 needs to be sealed to achieve blocking of the first mouth 1041 and the second mouth 103.

A first extension wall 105 is provided on the cup lid body 1 on a side in an opposite direction to the connection portion, and the opening 102 is arranged on the first extension wall 105. An arc-shaped recess 108 is provided on the first extension wall 105 in a direction of the first mouth 1041, so that the first mouth 1041 is relatively convex.
With the technical solution described above, the arrangement of the first extension wall 105 enables convenient drinking.
A second extension wall 106 is provided on the cup lid body 1 located at the opening 102 on a side in a direction of the cup body 4, and a second notch 1061 is provided on the second extension wall 106. An upward circular arc protective wall 107 is integrally formed on the cup lid body 1 located at both sides of the sealing lid 3.
Here, the first mouth 1041 may have an elliptical, oblate, circular or the like shape. The first mouth 1041 may be arranged higher than, or lower than or flush with the second mouth 103.
The wall body 1043 is provided with a sipping channel 1045 and a straw insertion channel 1046 which are connected by a connection channel 1047, where the sipping channel has a cross section smaller than that of the straw insertion channel 1046 to facilitate sipping.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a thermos cup which includes a cup body 4 and a cup lid of the above-mentioned structure, a cup rim of the cup body 4 is connected with a connection portion 101 of the cup lid, a sealing lid 3 is hinged on the cup lid, the sealing lid 3 and the cup lid are connected by a locking structure, the locking structure includes a limiting member 401 connected to an outer wall of the cup lid by a pivot shaft, the limiting member 401 is provided with a locking hook 40121 fitting with the sealing lid 3 for limiting, a resetting member 402 is provided between the limiting member 401 and the outer wall of the cup lid, and the resetting member 402 and the locking hook 40121 are respectively arranged on both sides of the pivot shaft 407.
The limiting member 401 includes an outer member 4011 and an inner member 4012, the locking hook 40121 is arranged on the inner member 4012, two oppositely arranged semi-circular spring arms 40111 are fixed on the outer member 4011 to form an insertion column, and a hole 40122 fitting with the insertion column is provided on the inner member 4012. In the present embodiment, the hole 40122 is 8-shaped, that is, two circles are partially overlapped and communicated to form the hole 40122, and circular perforations 40123 are provided on both sides of the hole. Here, a first mounting ear 403 is integrally formed on the outer member 4011, a second mounting ear 404 is integrally formed on the inner member 4012, a long hole 4031 is provided on the first mounting ear 403, a circular hole is provided on the second mounting ear 404, and the pivot shaft 407 passes through the circular hole and the long hole 4031.
The thermos cup further includes a lifting ring 405, and both ends of the lifting ring 405 are hinged at the hinge shaft of the sealing lid 3.
Here, the connection portion 101 is provided with a thread, the cup lid and the cup body 4 are connected by the thread, and a sealing ring 406 is fixed on at least one side of a contact surface between the cup lid and the cup body 4.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: the present invention is simple in structure with the first mouth 1041 as a sipping port and the second mouth 103 as a direct drinking port, so that the present invention has a double drinking function, and the first mouth 1041 is detachably connected for easy cleaning.
