Claims
- 1. A prepolymer (F) having a number average molecular weight of 250 to 60,000, and having the formula (III): ##STR16## wherein R.sup.1 is an alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; R.sup.2 is a bivalent group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms selected from the group consisting of alkylene groups, arylene groups and aralkylene groups; R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms; R.sup.6 is an alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms or a group having the formula: (C.sub.2 H.sub.5 O).sub.3 --Si--(CH.sub.2).sub.3 --; X is a hydrolyzable group selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom, an alkoxyl group, an acyloxy group, a ketoxymate group, an amino group, an acid amide group, an aminooxy group, a mercapto group and an alkenyloxy group; Z is a residue of an oligomer (A) having a number average molecular weight of 100 to 50,000 and having at least two groups selected from the group consisting of acryloyloxy groups and methacryloyloxy groups; p and q are an integer of one or more satisfying the equation 2.ltoreq.p+q.ltoreq.8; n is an integer of 1 to 3, and m is an integer of 1 to 10.
- 2. The prepolymer of claim 1, wherein said prepolymer (F) is prepared from a prepolymer (C) which contains amino groups having active hydrogen atoms by blocking all or a portion of the active hydrogen atoms in the amino groups in the prepolymer (C) with a mononfunctional isocyanate compound represented by the formula (IV)
- R.sup.6 --NCO (VI),
- wherein the prepolymer (C) is represented by the formula (I): ##STR17## wherein X, Z, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, m, n, p and q are as defined in claim 1 and Y is ##STR18## in which R.sub.3 is hydrogen atom, wherein said prepolymer (C) is prepared by reacting at least one group selected from the group consisting of acryloyl group and methacryloyl group of said oligomer (A) with a silane coupling agent (B) represented by the formula (II): ##STR19## wherein X, Y, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, m and n are as defined above, in the substantial absence of water.
- 3. The prepolymer of claim 1, wherein said prepolymer (F) is prepared from a prepolymer (C) which contains amino groups having active hydrogen atoms by blocking all or a portion of the active hydrogen atoms in the amino groups in the prepolymer (C) with a monofunctional isocyanate compound represented by the formula (IV)
- R.sup.6 --NCO (VI),
- wherein the prepolymer (C) is represented by the formula (I): ##STR20## wherein X, Z, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, m, n, p and q are as defined in claim 1 and Y is ##STR21## in which R.sub.3 is hydrogen atom, wherein said prepolymer (C) is prepared by selectively reacting acryloyl group of oligomer (A) having both acryloyl group and methacryloyl group with a silane coupling agent (B) represented by the formula (II): ##STR22## wherein X, Y, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, m and n are as defined above, in the substantial absence of water.
- 4. The prepolymer of claim 1, wherein the main chain of said oligomer (A) is mainly a polyether.
- 5. The prepolymer of claim 1, wherein the main chain of said oligomer (A) is mainly a polyester.
- 6. The prepolymer of claim 1, wherein the main chain of said oligomer (A) is mainly a polyurethane.
- 7. The prepolymer of claim 1, wherein the main chain of said oligomer (A) is mainly a silicone.
