CURLY TYPE CLOTH RIBBON AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

Abstract

In a curly type cloth ribbon and a production method thereof, the curly type cloth ribbon includes a cloth ribbon, a lateral direction of the cloth ribbon has a continuous pleated structure, and the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure has a sewing thread along the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon, so that the cloth ribbon is formed as continuous curly shape which can be regular or irregular shape. Therefore, the curly type cloth ribbon is full of beauty and fun.

BACKGROUND

1. Technical Field

The technical field relates to a curly type cloth ribbon, particularly to a curly type cloth ribbon and a production method thereof.

2. Related Art

A ribbon has varieties of usages, such as tying the goods and packaging, or being used as the decoration of the craft materials, wedding, festival, and gift, etc. The cloth ribbon is the most common used one. The traditional cloth ribbon is consisted of long and straight cloth which has varieties of colors and patterns. Even though the colors and patterns can enrich the beauty of the ribbon, there is still no more novelty and freshness for the requirement of colors and patterns, and thus the desire of purchasing from the consumer cannot be stimulated, so that new economic value cannot be created either. Therefore, how to endue the ribbon with novelty, innovative sense and new visual effects, has been an important issue in this application.

BRIEF SUMMARY

The preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a curly type cloth ribbon and the production method thereof to solve the problems that the traditional straight cloth ribbon has.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a method for producing the curly type cloth ribbon, which includes: forming a continuous pleated structure on a straight cloth ribbon; sewing the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure with a sewing thread along a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon; and forming curly-shaped cloth ribbon.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention further provides a curly type cloth ribbon, which includes a cloth ribbon, wherein a lateral direction of the cloth ribbon has a continuous pleated structure, and a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure has a sewing thread, so as to form a continuous curly-shaped cloth ribbon.

The aforementioned curly type cloth ribbon, wherein the sewing thread is a straight line.

The aforementioned curly type cloth ribbon, wherein the sewing thread is close to a center of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction.

The aforementioned curly type cloth ribbon, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively provided with an elastic thread.

The aforementioned curly type cloth ribbon, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with a hollow tubular selvedge, and the elastic thread disposes inside the hollow tubular selvedge.

The aforementioned curly type cloth ribbon, wherein a shape of the curly-shaped cloth ribbon is regular or irregular curly shape.

The curly type cloth ribbon according to the present invention is formed as regular or irregular curly shape, so that the appearance is changeful compared to the traditional cloth ribbon, and more novel and fresh visual enjoyment can be provided as well.

The method of producing the curly type cloth ribbon according the present invention is easy and can be applied to the existing equipment. Therefore, it is not necessary to purchase new equipment to produce the curly type cloth ribbon of the present invention, and thus the industrial applicability and economic value are high as well.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Referring to FIG. 1, the method of producing the curly type cloth ribbon 100 according to the present invention includes the following steps: first, preparing a straight cloth ribbon 10 (as shown in FIG. 2A), and then forming a continuous pleated structure 12 (as shown in FIG. 2B) on the straight cloth ribbon 10; second, sewing the cloth ribbon 10 having the continuous pleated structure 12 with a sewing thread 14 along a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon 10 (as shown in FIG. 2C); third, forming curly-shaped cloth ribbon 10 (as shown in FIG. 2D).

In the present embodiment, as described in the first step, the continuous pleated structure 12 is formed as wavy shape or tooth shape, and the continuous pleated structure 12 is proximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon 10.

In the present embodiment, the sewing thread 14 is a straight line and is close to a center of the cloth ribbon 10 along the longitudinal direction. The sewing thread 14 can be made by the existing cloth ribbon sewing machine.

Referring to FIG. 2C, both sides of the cloth ribbon 10 along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with an elastic thread 20. In the present embodiment, both sides of the cloth ribbon 10 along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with a hollow tubular selvedge 16, and the elastic thread 20 disposes inside the hollow tubular selvedge 16. The elastic thread 20 is preferably made by nylon thread or other elastic material.

In order to make the specification and the figures more easily to understand, the FIG. 2C in the present embodiment is shown in planar view. In fact, when the processing of the cloth ribbon as shown in FIG. 2C is completed, the cloth ribbon 10 will automatically curve as shown in FIG. 2D.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, which is an exterior schematic diagram of the curly type cloth ribbon 200 according to the present invention after being winded up.

Referring to FIGS. 2C, 2D, 3 and 4, the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a curly type cloth ribbon 200 which includes a cloth ribbon 10, wherein a lateral direction of the cloth ribbon 10 has a continuous pleated structure 12, and a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon 10 having the continuous pleated structure 12 has a sewing thread 14, so as to form a continuous curly-shaped cloth ribbon 200. The shape of the cloth ribbon 200 is regular or irregular shape, such as regular spiral shape or reverse spiral shape (as shown in FIG. 2D), or curvy shape towards different directions, etc. (as shown in FIG. 4). Thus, the continuous curly-shaped cloth ribbon 200 is changeful in shape and full of beauty and fun.

In the present embodiment, the continuous pleated structure 12 is formed as wavy shape or tooth shape, and the continuous pleated structure 12 is proximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon 10.

In the present embodiment, the sewing thread 14 is a straight line and is close to a center of the cloth ribbon 10 along the longitudinal direction.

Besides, both sides of the cloth ribbon 10 along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with an elastic thread 20. In the present embodiment, both sides of the cloth ribbon 10 along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with a hollow tubular selvedge 16, and the elastic thread 20 disposes inside the hollow tubular selvedge 16. In the present embodiment, the elastic thread 20 is preferably made by nylon thread, but all the other materials with similar function are within the protection field of the present invention.

When the curly type cloth ribbon 200 according to the present invention is vertically hung, the sewing thread 14 will be formed as a vertical line (as shown in FIG. 2D), and both sides of the sewing thread 14 will form regular or irregular curve. The elastic threads 20 on both sides of the curly type cloth ribbon 200 can support the curly type cloth ribbon 200, thereby preventing the curly type cloth ribbon 200 from collapsing, and the ribbon can be more stereo accordingly.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various equivalent variations and modifications can still occur to those skilled in this art in view of the teachings of the present invention. Thus, all such variations and equivalent modifications are also embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims

1. A method for producing a curly type cloth ribbon, comprising: forming a continuous pleated structure on a straight cloth ribbon;sewing the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure with a sewing thread along a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon; andforming the curly-shaped cloth ribbon.

2. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 1, wherein the continuous pleated structure is proximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon.

3. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 1, wherein the sewing thread is a straight line.

4. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 3, wherein the sewing thread is close to a center of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction.

5. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 1, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively provided with an elastic thread.

6. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 5, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with a hollow tubular selvedge, and the elastic thread disposes inside the hollow tubular selvedge.

7. A curly type cloth ribbon comprising a cloth ribbon, wherein a lateral direction of the cloth ribbon has a continuous pleated structure, and a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure has a sewing thread, so as to form a continuous curly-shaped cloth ribbon.

8. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein the continuous pleated structure is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon.

9. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein the sewing thread is a straight line.

10. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 9, wherein the sewing thread is close to a center of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction.

11. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively provided with an elastic thread.

12. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 11, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with a hollow tubular selvedge, and the elastic thread disposes inside the hollow tubular selvedge.

13. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein a shape of the curly-shaped cloth ribbon is regular or irregular curly shape.
