Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a curtain rod structure, in particular to a curtain rod having first and second hanging units linked and overlapped with each other to provide easy installation, removal, and operation of the curtain and an excellent light shading effect.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In general, a conventional curtain rod comprises a slide, a rail module installed at an upper edge of a window, and a plurality of hanging portions arranged adjacent to each other on the slide, such that a curtain fabric can be connected to each hanging portion, and the curtain fabric can be pulled and spread open to achieve a light shading effect.

Although the conventional curtain rod can be operated together with the hanging portions to achieve the light shading effect, yet the curtain rod comprises a plurality of hanging portions provided for connecting and hanging a curtain fabric, wherein the curtain fabric is hooked onto the hanging portions one by one. Obviously, the installation and removal of such curtain fabric are relatively inconvenient. Furthermore, each hanging portion is arranged in a row along the slide, such that the curtain fabric can just provide a single layer of fabric for shading a light entering into a window. When the curtain fabric is used for the light shading purpose, it is necessary to pull the curtain fabric from one side to another. However, if the curtain fabric is too wide, and there are so many hanging portions installed in a row of the slide, the pulling action will be unsmooth, and thus resulting in an inconvenient operation and a poor light shading effect.

Therefore, it is an important subject of the present invention to provide a curtain rod structure with easy installation, removal, and operation of the curtain and an excellent light shading effect

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the aforementioned shortcomings of the conventional curtain rod structure, the inventor of the present invention based on years of experience in the related industry to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally developed a curtain rod structure, in hope of achieving easy installation, removal, and operation of the curtain and an excellent light shading effect.

Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to provide a curtain rod structure, such that a curtain fabric can be installed onto first and second hanging units of the curtain rod structure, and the first and second hanging units can be linked and overlapped with each other to achieve the easy installation, removal, and operation of the curtain and the excellent light shading effect.

To achieve the foregoing objectives, the present invention provides a curtain rod structure, comprising: a rail unit, having at least one slide; a first hanging unit, movably coupled to the rail unit, and including a first hanging portion and a first slide element coupled separately to both sides of a top edge of the first hanging portion and movably installed in the slide; and a second hanging unit, movably coupled to the rail unit, and including a second hanging portion and a second slide element coupled to both sides of a top edge of the second hanging portion and movably installed in the slide second hanging portion, and one of the sides of the second slide element is situated between the two first slide elements.

Therefore, the curtain rod structure of the present invention can install the curtain fabric onto the first and second hanging units, and the first and second hanging units can be linked and overlapped with each other to achieve the easy installation, removal, and operation of the curtain and the excellent light shading effect.

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of Section A-A of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a curtain rod connected with a curtain fabric in accordance with the present invention; and

FIG. 5 is a schematic view of an application of the present invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

To make it easier for our examiner to understand the objects, characteristics and effects of this invention, we use a preferred embodiment together with the attached drawings for the detailed description of the invention.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 for a perspective view and an exploded view of a curtain rod structure of the present invention and a cross-sectional view of FIG. 1 respectively, the curtain rod structure comprises a rail unit 1, a first hanging unit 2 and a second hanging unit 3.

The rail unit 1 comprises at least one slide 11, wherein the rail unit 1 is a single rail or a double rail.

The first hanging unit 2 is movably coupled to the rail unit 1, and comprises a first hanging portion 21 and a first slide element 22 coupled separately to both sides of the top of the first hanging portion 21 and movably installed in the slide 11, wherein an adhesive tape 211 is attached onto a side of the first hanging portion 21, and the first slide element 22 comprises a latch plate 221 coupled to the first hanging portion 21, a base 222 movably coupled to the latch plate 221, and a plurality of pulleys 223 installed on both sides of the base 222 and pressed against the bottom of the slide 11. In addition, an end of each latch plate 221 comprises a tenon 224, and the bottom of each base 222 comprises a hook 225 for latching each tenon 224.

The second hanging unit 3 is movably coupled to the rail unit 1 and comprises a second hanging portion 31, and a second slide element 32 is coupled separately to both sides of the top of the second hanging portion 31 and movably installed in the slide 11, and one of the sides of the second slide element 32 is situated between the two first slide elements 22, and an adhesive tape 311 is attached onto a surface of the second hanging portion 31, and the second slide element 32 comprises a latch plate 321 coupled to the second hanging portion 31 and movably coupled to the base 322, and a plurality of pulleys 323 installed on both sides of the base 322 and pressed against the bottom of the slide 11. In addition, an end of each latch plate 321 comprises a tenon 324, and the bottom of each base 322 comprises a hook 325 for latching each tenon 324, wherein the hook 225 at the bottom of each base 222 of the first slide element 2 is installed alternately with the hook 325 at the bottom of each base 322 of the second slide element 3.

With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 for schematic views of a curtain rod connected with a curtain fabric and an application in accordance with the present invention respectively, when the curtain rod is used (as shown in FIG. 3), the rail unit 1 is coupled to an upper edge position (not shown in the figures) of a window, and then the curtain fabric 4 having the adhesive tape 41 corresponds to the first and second hanging portions 21, 31 of the first and second hanging units 2, 3, and the adhesive tape 41 of the curtain fabric 4 is attached to the adhesive tape 211, 311 on a surface of the first and second hanging portions 21, 31 respectively, such that the curtain fabric 4 can use the adhesive tapes 41, 211, 311 for the connection to achieve easy installation and removal effects.

During the practice, the curtain fabric 4 coupled to the first hanging unit 2 is pulled so that the first hanging portion 21 links the latch plate 221 and the base 222 of the first slide element 22, and the base 222 together with the pulley 223 can move in the slide 11. If the first slide element 22 on the first hanging unit 2 is moved and pressed against the second slide element 32 on one of the sides of the second hanging unit 3, then the second slide element 32 on a side of the second hanging unit 3 will drive each second slide element 32 on the second hanging unit 3 to move in the slide 11 through the pulleys 323 installed on the base 322, and the base 322 together with the latch plate 321 drive the curtain fabric 4 on the second hanging portion 31 to move. Therefore, the first and second hanging units can be linked with each other to achieve an easy operation effect. When the curtain fabric 4 is operated together with the first and second hanging units 2, 3 for shading a light entering into a window, the curtain rod structure of the present invention spreads open the curtain fabric 4 easily and allows a portions of the curtain fabric 4 to be overlapped to achieve an excellent light shading effect.

In summation of the description above, the present invention installs the curtain fabric onto the first and second hanging units, such that the first and second hanging units can be linked and overlapped with each other to achieve easy installation, removal, and operation of the curtain and an excellent light shading effect. In addition, products derived by the method of the invention can meet the market requirements, and the present invention complies with patent application requirements, and thus is duly filed for patent application.

While the invention has been described by means of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.
