The present invention relates to a fruit and vegetable processing device. Specifically, the present invention relates to a cutting device for fruits and vegetables.
Vegetables and fruits before cooking are usually cut into bars or pieces. For some vegetables and fruits, many inconveniences exist while directly cutting via a knife. Therefore, a special vegetable and fruit cutter is needed to process the vegetables and fruits. The processed vegetables and fruits are held in a container. Many inconveniences exist in assembling and disassembling between a cover having a cutting device and a container of the prior art, which are not beneficial for cleaning and taking out the vegetables and fruits.
The technical problem to be solved in the present invention is that the cutting device of existing technology is not able to mount the cutting component to the container. Another technical problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a washable and anti-rusting cutting device for fruits and vegetables.

Typically, said first and second locking extensions are of substantially the same shape, said container aperture is of quadrilateral shape.
Typically, a cover ring shape convex member adapted for being received by inner wall of said container aperture is extended from a side of said cover towards said container, said ring shape convex member comprises a concave region which is in the corresponding position with the position of said locking hook.
Typically, said elastic member is of arch shape, two ends of said elastic member is mounted to said cover, the center portion of said elastic member being projected towards the outer wall of said container is mounted to said sliding member.
Typically, a portion of said sliding member which is extended along said cover forms sliding member extension, said sliding member extension is adapted for receiving and mounting to a center portion of said elastic member.
Typically, a portion of said sliding member which is extended along said cover forms two opposing sliding locking hooks, two longitudinal sliding locking hook receivers adapted for receiving said two opposing sliding locking hooks are mounted on said cover, said sliding locking hook is slidingly mounted inside said longitudinal sliding locking hook receiver.
Typically, a portion of said sliding member which is extended towards the outer wall of said container forms a locking position member which is mounted on a side of said second locking extension distal to said cover.
Typically, a portion of said locking position member which is extended towards said cover forms a locking extension member, said locking extension member comprises an inclined surface adapted for receiving said second locking extension, said inclined surface is arranged between said sliding member and said cover.
Typically, said first and second locking extensions are arranged axially in a substantially opposite position of said container.
Typically, said cover comprises a plurality of apertures, a center portion of said elastic member comprises a convex biasing element.
Typically, said elastic member comprises acetal.
Typically, said sliding member comprises a sliding position member adapted for controlling the direction of motion of said sliding member along a surface of said cover, a sliding position member receiver is arranged on a surface of said sliding member corresponding to said cover, said sliding position member is adapted for moving along said sliding position member receiver.
This and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent upon reading of the following detailed descriptions and drawings, in which:
The technical solutions in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described with reference to the attached drawings in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in
Edges of the outer wall of the open end or container aperture of the container 1 extend oppositely to form a first locking extension 11 and a second locking extension 12. The first locking extension 11 and the second locking extension 12 are arranged symmetrically to an axis of the container 1. A clamping hook or locking hook 21 and a locking device 4 respectively matched with the first locking extension 11 and the second locking extension 12 are arranged on the cover 2. In the embodiment, the edges of the outer wall of the open end or container aperture of the container 1 extend to form a ring flange or ring shape extension 10, and two parts of the ring flange or ring shape extension 10 which are axially symmetrical respectively form the first locking extension 11 and the second locking extension 12. Preferably, the first locking extension 11 and the second locking extension 12 have same shape and structure; the open end or container aperture of the container 1 is a square structure or a quadrilateral shape; the cover while being rotated/pivoted for 90 degrees may also be received and mounted with the open end or container aperture of the container 1, so that the cover 2 and the container 1 are convenient and quick to connect. For another embodiment at this portion, the open end or container aperture of the container 1 can further be a round structure; moreover, an external edge is provided with a ring flange or ring shape extension 10 along a circumferential direction; each part of the ring flange or ring shape extension 10 may be served as the first locking extension 11 or the second locking extension 12, and the cover 2 can be received and mounted with the open end or container aperture of the container 1 even if the cover is rotated/pivoted by any angle.
Preferably, the cover 2 is provided with a plurality of apertures so that liquid in the container 1 flows out of the cutting device via the apertures, thus being capable of draining residual liquid of the vegetables and fruits after being cut.

Preferably, the elastic member 42 as shown in
Preferably, the sliding member 41 is provided with a sliding position member so as to control a moving direction of the sliding member 41 on the cover 2. The sliding position member is arranged on the surface of the sliding member 41 opposite to the cover 2. The surface of the cover 2 opposite to the sliding member 41 is provided with a locating slot or sliding position member receiver. The sliding position member can slide along the locating slot or sliding position member receiver.

As shown in
When separating the cover 2 from the container 1, the sliding member 41 is manually driven to move towards a direction away from the container 1 to contact with the limitation on the second locking extension 12; then the cover 2 is rotated/pivoted upwards, and finally the clamping hook or locking hooks 21 are separated from the first locking extension 11.
Preferably, the surface of the clamping hook or locking hook 21 opposite to the first locking extension 11 is provided with an inclined plane of the clamping hook or locking hook. A user may buckle the cover 2 onto the container 1 along a vertical direction under the match between the inclined plane of the clamping hook or locking hook and the inclined plane 414a.
