Claims
- 1. A compound having the structure of formula 1:
- 2. The compound according to claim 1, wherein:
T is absent; R1 and R2 are taken together form the ring —CH2(CH2)nCH2—;
R3 is hydrogen; R4 is hydrogen or halogen; R5 is hydrogen or alkyl; R6 is hydrogen or alkyl.
- 3. The compound of claim 1, which is 5-(2′-Oxo-2′,3′-dihydrospiro[cyclohexane-1,3′-[3H]indol]-5′-yl-2-cyanopyrrole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
- 4. The compound of claim 1, which is 2-(3,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-5-yl)-2-cyanopyrrole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
- 5. The compound of claim 1, which is 5-(2′-Oxo-2′,3′-dihydrospiro[cyclopentane-1,3′-[3H]indol]-5′-yl-2-cyanopyrrole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
- 6. A method of providing progestational therapy to a mamrral in need thereof which comprises administering a progestationally effective amount of a compound having the structure of formula 1:
