Claims
- 1. A cylindrical shaped product made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material; a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus; a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; and a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed with up to 42 mm wall thickness, by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite being laid up at ±17° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.
- 2. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 1, wherein:the ratio of the said fiber reinforced plastic composite to said cushioning composite at said first, said second and said third strength members is determined as 9:1 for securing a predetermined elastic modulus.
- 3. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 1, wherein:laminating directions of said auxiliary member is defined as 90 degrees with respect to the axial line of the said mandrel.
- 4. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 1, wherein:said first strength member comprises first 8 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and second 8 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, 1 layer of a cushioning composite material laminated in between said first 8 layers and 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and between 9 layers and second 8 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and said first strong member is processed for compaction at 100° C. under 6 kgf/cm2 for 30 mm.
- 5. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 1, wherein:said second strength member comprises 1 layer of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, first 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, second 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and 5 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, 1 layer of a cushioning composite material laminated in between said 1 layer and first 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, between said first 9 layers and said second 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and between said second 9 layers and 5 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and said second strength member is processed for compaction at 100° C. under 6 kgf/cm2 for 30 mm.
- 6. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 1, wherein:said third strength member comprises 4 layer of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, first 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, second 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and 3 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, 1 layer of a cushioning composite material laminated in between said 4 layer and first 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, between first 9 layers and second 9 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and between said second 9 layers and 3 layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and said third strength member is processed for compaction at 165° C. under 6 kgf/cm2 for 240 mm.
- 7. A cylindrical shaped product made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material; a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus; a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; and a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; wherein said cylindrical shaped product being formed with up to 30 mm wall thickness by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material being laid up at ±100 and ±850 with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product, said cushioning composite being laid up at ±45° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.
- 8. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 1, wherein said cylindrical shaped product has an internal diameter of about 80 mm.
- 9. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 1, whereinsaid fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite are applied by a compaction process at 60 to 130° for 30 to 60 mm after each first and second strength members are laid up, and followed by being heated at least one of 165° for 240 mm and 180° for 120 mm after said third strength member is laid up.
- 10. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 7, wherein said cylindrical shaped product has an internal diameter of about 80 mm.
- 11. The cylindrical shaped product according to claim 7, whereinsaid fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite are applied by a compaction process at 60 to 130° for 30 to 60 mm after each first and second strength members are laid up, and followed by being heated at least one of 165° for 240 mm and 180° for 120 mm after said third strength member is laid up.
- 12. A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 15 to 50 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material; a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus; a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; and a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite being laid up at ±170 with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.
- 13. A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 15 to 50 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material; a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus; a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; and a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material being laid up at ±10° and ±85° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product, and said cushioning composite being laid up at ±45° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.
- 14. A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 30 to 42 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material; a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus; a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; and a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite being laid up at ±17° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.
- 15. A cylindrical shaped product having a wall thickness of 30 to 42 mm made by a plurality of fiber reinforced plastics on a mandrel, comprising:an auxiliary member laid up on said mandrel and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material; a first strength member laid up on said auxiliary member and having a plurality of lamination layers of a fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of cushioning composite material, said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and said cushioning composite material having a different elastic modulus; a second strength member laid up on said first strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; and a third strength member laid up on said second strength member and having a plurality of lamination layers of said fiber reinforced plastic composite material and a plurality of lamination layers of said cushioning composite material; wherein said cylindrical shaped product is formed by said fiber reinforced plastic composite material being laid up at ±10° and ±85° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product, said cushioning composite being laid up at ±45° with respect to an axial direction of said cylindrical shaped product.
