Claims
- 1. A compound having the following structure: ##STR3## in which R is CH.sub.3 or H and X is SO.sub.3 H or CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.3 H.
- 2. The compound in claim 1 in which R is CH.sub.3 and X is CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.3 H which is 4-amino-4-deoxy-N.sup.10 -methylpteroyl-D,L-homocysteic acid.
- 3. The compound in claim 1 in which R is CH.sub.3 and X is SO.sub.3 H which is 4-amino-4-deoxy-N.sup.10 -methylpteroyl-L-cysteic acid.
- 4. The compound in claim 1 in which R is CH.sub.3 and X is CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.3 H which is 4-amino-4-deoxy-N.sup.10 -methylpteroyl-L-homocysteic acid.
- 5. The compound in claim 1 in which R is H and X is SO.sub.3 H which is 4-amino-4-deoxypteroyl-L-cysteic acid.
- 6. The compound in claim 1 in which R is H and X is CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.3 H which is 4-amino-4-deoxypteroyl-L-homocysteic acid.
- 7. The compound in claim 1 in which R is H and X is CH.sub.2 --SO.sub.3 H which is 4-amino-4-deoxypteroyl-D,L-homocysteic acid.
