FIG. 4 is a front, left perspective view showing illumination of the winged instrument panel thereof.

The broken lines in the figures show portions of the dashboard with winged instrument panel that form no part of the claimed design. The elongated dash lines in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 indicate illumination and these lines form no part of the claimed design.
