Abstract
The present invention relates to pieces of street furniture, items for garden and park construction, and items for landscape design. The invention is used for improvement purposes as an addition to a building on a plot, and for decorating and delimiting the premises of a residential structure and of public places, as well as of parks and gardens, etc. The present decorative fence is made of reinforced concrete. The advantage of the claimed decorative fence consists in the fact that, having used multilayer casting during the production of said fence, the structure has been fundamentally changed, wherein a decorative face part is separate from a load-bearing part in the form of a beam, as a result of which a cast-in-place structure is produced which has a more natural and original appearance. Additionally, several fence elements have been improved using separate parts.
Description
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the pieces of street furniture items, items for garden and park construction, and items for landscape design. The invention is used for improvement purposes as an addition to a building on a plot, and for decorating and delimiting the premises of a residential structure and of public places, as well as of parks and gardens, etc. The material of the decorative fence is reinforced concrete, the advantages of which are: the durability, resistance to aggressive environments, non-combustibility, environmental compatibility, and low cost (cheap price).

There are well-known fences that represent a set with the same height as the height of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels and are placed between the columns in their grooves (US Patent-JSRO 3554495.1971).

Reinforced concrete guard rails are known. RU

There are well-known European companies that specialize in manufacturing equipment for the production of the decorative fence such as Quadra, made in France, type of Atelier Loire line (www.quadra-concrete.com/news/), as well as the company from Poland (www.BetoniarniaKaczmarek.pl).

The closest is the decorative fence with the height of one section of the panel which has the decorative patterns and slots installed in the grooves of short columns. The especially important and the main one of these elements is decorative panel; the column here attaches whole decorative design.

Hereinafter, the term “decorative fence” in general describes a “decorative panel”. The shape of the famous decorative fences represents a flat rectangular frame inside of which the decorative part is located. From that, it follows that during production this fence was molded and poured in the same level of the plane. As a result, the design looks primitive and monotonous, which is attributed to flaws.

As already noted, the purpose of the present invention is the improvement of the structure of the decorative fence that will meet the strength and reliability characteristics while looking original and attractive.

According to the present invention, the construction of the decorative fence must be substantially changed; for this purpose, the rectangular frame, inside of which there is the decorative part, must be transformed into a separate load-bearing part and the decorative face part. Considering the product manufacturing process, the main characteristic of concrete is manufacturability. This is the particular characteristic of concrete when a mixture of the liquid concrete takes any given shape, becomes monolithic and goes into a solid state during the preparation process. Based on the manufacturability of concrete, a multi-level formwork was developed.

For example, take the simplest formwork that has two separate levels: 1st level—the face part; 2nd level—the load bearing part—beams. As a result, we get a monolithic construction of the decorative fence with a more natural and original appearance and which is similar to an ordinary wooden fence (picket fence), in which the planks are nailed onto a rail (beam).

In FIG. 1 as an example, one of the versions of a decorative fence is shown, which consists of: a decorative fence—1, a column—2, a column cap—3, a lighting lamp—4.

In FIG. 2—a decorative face part—5, the load-bearing part—6—beam, the ends of which end with the connecting part—7—dowel.

In FIG. 3, the drawing is shown in detail, where the ends of the beam end with the connecting part—7—dowel, the hole of the column—8—in the form of a tubule, this is made so that during the installation of decorative concrete fence on an uneven surface the connecting part—7—dowel freely moves vertically and is fixed in the desired position, and then is sealed with a solution; on the top of the column there is a hole—9, for fixing the cap—10

In FIG. 4, the decorative face part and side view of the decorative fence are shown.

In FIG. 5, a detailed front view of the decorative fence and a column with a cap are shown.

In FIG. 6, the detailed back view of the decorative fence and a column with a cap are shown.

According to the present invention, the advantages and additional characteristics of a decorative fence are unlimited; versions of the realization of the invention are given below.

    • 1. The decorative fence during formation a decorative front part has a different configuration and sizes (FIGS. 7 and 8), as well as a different relief and patterns (FIG. 9).
    • 2. The decorative fence during installation is fixed using:

a) the columns while the various joints such as groove, keyway, bolt, welding, etc are used to attach decorative fence to the column.

b) the block elements, as well as the elements of fences, made of various materials while various connecting details for fastening such as groove, keyway, bolt, welding, etc are used to attach decorative fence to block elements and the elements of guard rails, made of various material.

c) the support shoes and peg-shaped joints, etc. (FIG. 9).

3. The decorative fence is equipped with various additional elements: caps, borders, etc.

4. The decorative fence has one load-bearing beam if the short height of the fence is desired (FIGS. 8 and 9).

5. A decorative fence has lighting devices or light-reflecting elements (FIGS. 1-4).

Claims
