Abstract
New in the art to which our invention is pertains: There is to pump out water from the river temporarily by pumps trough the self-cleaning intakes, which protect everything in the river into the spare reservoirs prepared in the convenient places to avoid over full the river and to avoid the flood, and then pump out water from the spare reservoirs back into the river after the threat of the flood will be terminated.
Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] Not applicable.

BACKGROUND

[0002] 1. Field of Invention

[0003] This invention relates to decrease of loss from the flood

[0004] 2. Description of Prior Art

[0005] Now very often the flood occurs when river is overfull. This flood occurs if is to much rain, or in the Spring when the snow and ice are thawing.

[0006] The trouble is that we so accustomed to this situation accept it as due.

SUMMARY

[0007] In accordance with the present invention we have to pump out water from the river in the spare reservoir trough a self-cleaning intake by the pump which has a big rate. After the flood water pumps out back in the river.

OBJECTS AND ADVANTAGES

[0008] Accordingly, besides the objects and advantages of the situation described above several objects and advantages of the present invention are:

[0009] a) to provide a method, which can make minimum loss from the flood;

[0010] b) to provide the self-cleaning intake for protection everything in the river.

DESCRIPTION

FIGS. 1 and 2—Preferred Embodiment

[0014] A preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. There is prepared a spare reservoir in convenient place, desirely closely to the river and not so closely to the mouth of the river. If can be found a natural reservoir, it is good. There are a some self-cleaning intakes 1 in the river (FIG. 1). The intakes are connected by flexible pipes 28 with pumps 22 (FIG. 2) and by flexible pipes 24 with compressor 23. The pumps 22 are connected by permanent or by temporary pipes 25 (FIG. 1) with spare reservoir.

[0015] One or two self-cleaning intake is in the spare reservoir and is connected with pump and compressor same like above. This pump 7 (FIG. 1) serves to pump out water from spare reservoir back in the river after the flood

[0016]
FIGS. 3, 3A, 3B, 3C show the arragement of the self-cleaning intake,

[0017] The self-cleaning intake comprises:

[0018] A cored reticulate filter-bed 31 (FIG. 3). Inside of the cored filter-bed is a washer 9 which comprises a central pipe 9, collectors pipes 32. A bottom cover 11 supports a sphere pillar 33 with an ajustable plate 12. The washer 9 revolves on the sphere pillar 33. A nipple 34 covers the filter-bed 31 with a seal 10. The nipple 34 has arrangement to support a top of the pipe 9. For this the nipple 34 has a cross-beam 21 which supports a member 37 which contains seal 35.

[0019] The wings 38 serve to accelerate revolving of the washer 9 A flange 36 serves to connecting the self-cleaning intake 1 to a system. To connect intake 1 to the system serves a nipple 13 (FIGS. 2 and 3C). The nipple 13 connects to nipple 34 of the intake 1 with a seal 26, and by flange 30 to a pipe 28 which connects intake 1 to the pump 22.

[0020] A pipe 14 presses to member 37 with a seal 27 by a nut 16 with a seal 29 in a nipple 15 which serves to connect by pipe 24 to compressor 23 the intake 1.

[0021] A float 17 serves in order to floating of the intake.

[0022] The pipes 18 connect the central pipe 9 with the collector pipes 32. (FIGS. 3 and 3A) and 3B

Additional Embodiments

[0023] Additional Embodiments not need to show. You can make a mobile station. You can place the pumps and all equipment on the trucks and to go anywhere, or on the boat.

[0024] If You don't have pipes You can ditch using incline.

[0025] The pumps can remain on the trucks, or be unloaded. It is not important.

[0026] If need can be made the some spare reservoirs.

Operation—FIGS. 1, 2, 3

[0027] In advance if You know that may be flood You must open plugs 3 and 6 and close plugs 4 and 5. Then You must turn on the pumps 22 and the compressor 23 (FIGS. 1,2)

[0028] The pumps 22 pump out water from the river trough the self-cleaning intake 1 into the spare reservoir.

[0029] Water from the river flows into the intake 1 trough filter-bed 31 on the arrows D, then on the arrows B and pipe 28 in the pump 22. Then on the arrow K into the pipe 25, trough the pipe 25 into the spare reservoir.

[0030] In order to clean the filter-bed 31 the compressor 23 gives a big pressure of air trough the pipe 24 on the arrow A into the pipe 14, then air goes into the central pipe 9. Then from the pipe 9 trough the pipes 18 into collectors pipes 32. From the collectors pipes 32 trough an orifices 20 (FIGS. 3, 3A) dash of air and water goes on the net of the filter-bed 31 from inside on the arrows C and clean the filter-bed from a dirt.

[0031] The compressor 23 (FIGS. 1,2) gives air to the intakes periodicaly.

[0032] The washer 9 revolves under the effect of the power of the reaction of effluent curents from the orifices 20 of the collectors 32. Additional the washer has wings 38, which can accelerate revolving. (FIG. 3B)

[0033] When a level of water in the river comes down, You must close the plugs 3 and 6, and open the plugs 4 and 5, turn on the pump 7 which pumps out water from the spare reservoir back into the river trough the self-cleaning intake 8 (FIG. 1)
