Claims
- 1. An aqueous surfactant composition consisting essentially of:A) a foam reducing quantity of at least one surfactant which is a reaction product consisting essentially of the base catalyzed reaction product of epichlorohydrin and a compound of the formula II R3(EO)n(PO)mOH (II) wherein R3 is a saturated or unsaturated aliphatic group having from 4 to 22 carbon atoms, a carbocyclic group or a heterocyclic group; EO represents an ethylene oxide group; PO represents a propylene oxide group; n is a number from 0 to 50 and m is a number from 0 to 10; and wherein the mole ratio of epichlorohydrin to (II) is from 0.6/1 to about 2/1; and B) at least one surfactant other than component A), and when B) is one or more alkyl polyglycosides, the weight ratio of component B) to component A) is from about 4.0:1 to about 1.0:10.
- 2. The aqueous surfactant composition of claim 1 wherein in component A), n is a number of from 2 to 50.
