DEFORMABLE ASSEMBLING RACK

Abstract
A deformable assembling rack includes: two vertical posts having one lateral surface thereof formed with a concave slot, and plural connection rod sets connected between the vertical posts and respectively having a first connection rod and a second connection rod, wherein the first and the second connection rods are respectively formed with a first end pivoted in the concave slots, and respectively formed with a second end disposed with a pivotal part for the purpose of pivoting, the first connection rod and the second connection rods can be displaced towards a preset direction to a folded location for being adjacent to inner wall surfaces of the vertical posts, or to be displaced to an unfolded location for being perpendicular to the inner wall surfaces of the vertical posts, thereby being able to be folded for forming as a rod body or unfolded for being in an operating status.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a deformable assembling rack, especially to a deformable assembling rack capable of being applied as a main structural body of a foldable furniture such as foldable stairs, a foldable cloth hanging rack.


2. Description of Related Art

At present, an aluminum rack, a plastic skeleton or a wooden frame is often adopted as the supporting structural body for a conventional furniture such as a storage rack, stairs, a cloth hanging rack or a stool; however, the frame structural body of the above-mentioned household furniture or the household metal tool is a not a detachable structural body, so that it would occupy a significant space when not in use.


A few furniture is detachable but when it is desired to be re-assembled after being detached, the assembling process is relatively complicated, and the re-assembling operation is very unlikely to be achieved, thus the purchase willingness of consumers is affected.


Moreover, some foldable furniture, such as a foldable desk or foldable stairs, is provided with a folding function, but the unfolded assembling status is fixed and cannot be configured as other assembling statuses, therefore the application is very much limited.


Based on what has been disclosed above, how to provide a structural design for overcoming the above-mentioned disadvantages existed in the conventional furniture frame structure shall be seriously concerned by the skilled people in the art.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

One primary objective of the present invention is to provide a deformable assembling rack, which has advantages of easy to be unfolded/folded and stored and capable of being applied as a supporting structural body for various types of furniture.


For achieving the above-mentioned objective, one technical solution provided by the present invention is to provide a deformable assembling rack, which includes: two vertical posts, respectively formed with a C-shaped cross section, wherein one lateral surface of each of the two vertical posts is formed with a concave slot, and the concave slots of the two vertical posts are arranged to face each other; inner surfaces of the concave slots of the two vertical posts are respectively formed with an inner wall surface and lateral wall surfaces connected to two sides of the inner wall surface; and a plurality of connection rod sets, arranged and connected between the two vertical posts and respectively having a first connection rod and a second connection rod, wherein two ends of the first connection rod and two ends of the second connection rod are respectively formed with a first end and a second end, the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively pivoted in the concave slots of the two vertical posts, the second ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively formed with a pivotal part, and the first connection rod and the second connection rod are pivoted via the pivotal part; wherein, the first connection rods and the second connection rods of the connection rod sets are able to be displaced towards a preset direction so as to be located at a folded location for being adjacent to inner wall surfaces of the two vertical posts, or to be displaced to an unfolded location for being perpendicular to the inner wall surfaces of the two vertical posts, when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are displaced to the folded location, the first connection rod and the second connection rod are aligned to be adjacent to each other and accommodated in the concave slots of the two vertical posts, when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are displaced to the unfolded location, end surfaces of the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are mutually latched with the inner wall surfaces of the two vertical posts, and ends surfaces of the second ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are mutually latched, thereby enabling the first connection rod and the second connection rod to be positioned at the unfolded location.


According to one preferred embodiment of the present, the first connection rods and the second connection rods of the connection rod sets are respectively provided with a top lateral board having two sides formed with a first lateral board member and a second lateral board member, wherein the pivotal parts are respectively disposed on the first lateral board and the second lateral board of the first connection rod and the second connection rod and located close to the second ends; the intervals between the first lateral board and the second lateral board of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are the same, the first connection rod is corresponding to the second lateral board of the second connection rod via the first lateral board, and the second lateral board of the first connection rod and the first lateral board of the second connection rod are pivoted with a means of facing each other; the center of the second lateral board is formed with an accommodation slot, the width of the accommodation slot is slightly wider than the width of the first lateral board, so that when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are aligned to be adjacent to each other, the first lateral board of the first connection rod is able to be accommodated in the accommodation slot at the center of the second lateral board of the second connection rod, and the first lateral board of the second connection rod is able to be accommodated in the accommodation slot of the second lateral board of the first connection rod.


According to one preferred embodiment of the present, when the first connection rods and the second connection rods of the connection rod sets are displaced to the folded location, the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively accommodated in the concave slots of the two vertical posts, and the first connection rod and the second connection rod are aligned to be adjacent to each other, thereby being stored and formed as a rod body.


According to one preferred embodiment of the present, the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are pivoted on the two vertical posts by utilizing bolt shafts, and the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively formed with an arc-shaped chamfer with the bolt shaft being served as a center, so that when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are displaced towards the direction of the arc-shaped chamfer, the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are prevented from generating an interfering action with the inner wall surface of the vertical post.


According to one preferred embodiment of the present, bottom ends of the two vertical posts are respectively provided with a retractable extending sleeve rod, thereby allowing the lengths of the two vertical posts to be adjustable.


According to one preferred embodiment of the present, a latch recess is respectively formed on the lateral wall surfaces of the concave slot of the vertical post and located close to the opening at the front end, and two outer surfaces of the vertical post are disposed with two latch blocks located close to the front end, the widths of the two lateral wall surfaces of the vertical post is matched with the width defined at the two outer surfaces of the vertical post and close to the front end, and the two latch blocks and the two latch recesses are formed as a latch structure with matched male and female latch members, so that the vertical post are able to be mutually latched with another vertical post through the two latch blocks being latched with the two latch recesses of the another vertical post, thereby achieving an objective of enabling the two vertical posts to be connected with a means of the top end of one of the vertical posts being connected to the tail end of the other vertical post.


According to one preferred embodiment of the present, inner surfaces and outer surfaces of the two vertical posts are formed with a plurality of T-shaped latch slots.


According to one preferred embodiment of the present, the deformable assembling rack is able to be configured as stairs.


Advantages achieved by the present invention are as followings: the deformable assembling rack can be rapidly folded or unfolded, thus a convenient operation is provided, and the folded volume is very small, so that the deformable assembling rack can be easily carried around; meanwhile, the deformable assembling rack can be configured to form as a frame body for being applied to various types of household furniture or household metal tools.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Please refer from FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present invention provides a deformable assembling rack 1, which is mainly consisted of two vertical posts 10 and a plurality of connection rod sets 20 arranged and connected between the two vertical posts 10. According to the present invention, the deformable assembling rack 1 is provided with advantages of easy to be folded/unfolded and stored, capable of being configured to various assembling status, and suitable to be applied as a structural body for being used as a household furniture or a household metal tool.


As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, according to the deformable assembling rack 1 of the present invention, the two vertical posts 10 are respectively formed with a C-shaped cross section, one lateral surface of each of the two vertical posts 10 is formed with a concave slot 11, and the two vertical posts 10 are oppositely arranged with a means of opening ends of the two concave slots 11 facing each other. Inner surfaces of the concave slots 11 of the two vertical posts 10 are respectively formed with an inner wall surface 111, and lateral wall surfaces 112 connected to two sides of the inner wall surface 111.


As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the connection rod sets 20 are arranged and connected between the two vertical posts 10, the connection rod sets 20 respectively has a first connection rod 21 and a second connection rod 22, wherein two ends of the first connection rod 21 and two ends of the second connection rod 22 are respectively formed with a first end 211, 221 and a second end 212, 222, the first ends 211, 221 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are respectively pivoted in the concave slots 11 of the two vertical posts 10, the second ends 212, 222 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are respectively formed with a pivotal part 23, and the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are pivoted via the pivotal part 23.


Please refer from FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, according to this embodiment, bottom ends of the two vertical posts 10 are further provided with a retractable extending sleeve rod 15, so that the lengths of the two vertical posts 10 can be adjusted. When the deformable assembling rack 1 is in use, the two vertical posts 10 are in a parallel status and would not cross with each other, meanwhile the connection rod sets 20 connected between the two vertical posts 10 are in a linear status, and substantially perpendicular to the two vertical posts 10, thereby assembling a rack member in which each crossed corner formed with an angle of 90 degrees, and the first connection rods 21 and the second connection rods 22 of the connection rod sets 20 are able to be mutually bent and folded for allowing the two vertical posts 10 to be mutually displaced towards each other, thereby enabling the deformable assembling rack 1 to be folded. According to this embodiment, the deformable assembling rack 1 can be applied as stairs, an assembled scaffold or a cloth hanging rack.


As show in FIG. 3, when the deformable assembling rack 1 is unfolded for being in an operating status, the first connection rods 21 and the second connection rods 22 of the connection rod sets 20 are displaced to an unfolded location, when the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are displaced to the unfolded location, the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are perpendicular to the two vertical posts 10 and arranged to be in a linear status. In the above-mentioned status, end surfaces of the first ends 211, 221 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are abutted against inner sides of the inner wall surfaces 111 of the two vertical posts 10, and ends surfaces of the second ends 212, 222 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are mutually abutted against each other, so that after the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are displaced to the unfolded location where first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are arranged in parallel, a latched status is formed and no displacement can be further generated, thereby enabling the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 to be positioned at the unfolded location.


As shown in FIG. 4, the first ends 211, 221 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are pivoted on the two vertical posts 10 by utilizing rivets or bolt shafts 27, one lateral side of the first ends 211, 221 or the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 is respectively formed with an arc-shaped chamfer 24, the arc-shaped chamfer 24 is coaxially arranged with the center of the bolt shaft 27 or the rivet which is utilized for connecting the first ends 211, 221 to the vertical post 10, thus the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are able to generate displacing motions with the arc-shaped chamfer 24 being served as a center, and when the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are displaced towards the direction of the arc-shaped chamfer 24, the first ends 211, 221 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are prevented from generating an interfering action with the inner wall surface 111 of the vertical post 10. When the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are displaced towards the two vertical posts 10, the interval between the two vertical posts 10 is gradually reduced.


As shown in FIG. 5, when the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are displaced towards the direction of the two vertical posts 10, the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 would eventually be located at a folded location, when the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are displaced to the folded location, the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are aligned with the two vertical posts 10, and the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are also aligned to be adjacent to each other.


As shown in FIG. 2, according to this embodiment, two lateral sides of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are respectively provided with a first lateral board 25 and a second lateral board 26, wherein the pivotal parts 23 are respectively arranged on the first lateral board 25 and the second lateral board 26 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 and close to the second ends 212, 222; the intervals between the first lateral board 25 and the second lateral board 26 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are the same, and when the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are pivoted with each other, the first lateral board 25 of the first connection rod 21 and the second lateral board 26 of the second connection rod 22 are corresponding to each other, the second lateral board 26 of the first connection rod 21 and the first lateral board 25 of the second connection rod 22 are corresponding to each other and mutually pivoted.


The center of the second lateral board 26 is formed with an accommodation slot 261, the width of the accommodation slot 261 is slightly wider than the width of the first lateral board 25, so that when the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are aligned to be adjacent to each other, the first lateral board 25 of the first connection rod 21 is able to be accommodated in the accommodation slot 261 at the center of the second lateral board 26 of the second connection rod 22, and the first lateral board 25 of the second connection rod 22 is able to be accommodated in the accommodation slot 261 of the second lateral board 26 of the first connection rod 21. With the above-mentioned design, when the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 of each of the connection rod sets 20 are aligned to be adjacent to each other, the whole thickness can be decreased, thereby reducing the dimension and thickness of the deformable assembling rack 1 of the present invention while being in the folded status.


As shown in FIG. 5, according to the present invention, the thickness of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 can be designed for allowing the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 to be accommodated in the concave slots 11 of the two vertical posts 10, so when the connection rod sets 20 are displaced to the folded location, the first connection rods 21 and the second connection rods 22 are aligned to be adjacent to each other and capable of being stored in the concave slots 11 of the two vertical posts 10, and the two vertical posts 10 are also aligned to be adjacent to each other, thus the deformable assembling rack 1 of the present invention can be folded for forming as a rod body, and functions of being easily stored and transported are provided.


As shown in FIG. 6, which disclosed an altered embodiment of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 adopted in the present invention, wherein top surfaces of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are respectively formed with an inclined surface, and the top surface is formed with a corrugated concave slot, with the above-mentioned design, when the deformable assembling rack 1 of the present invention is applied as stairs, the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 can be configured as a structure allowing a user to step thereon. Meanwhile, connection parts of the first lateral board 25 and the second lateral board 26 are formed with penetrated holes, so that the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 can be pivoted with each other by utilizing the rivets.


As shown in FIG. 7, which discloses another altered embodiment of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 adopted in the present invention, wherein the centers of the first lateral boards 25 of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are respectively formed with an elongated slit 251, and two sides defined at an opening end of the elongated slit 251 are respectively formed with a latch slot 252. The center of the second lateral board 26 is formed with an accommodation slot 261 used for accommodating the first lateral board 25. In addition, inner surfaces of the first connection rod 21 and the second connection rod 22 are respectively formed with a T-shaped latch groove 253.


As shown in FIG. 8, which discloses an altered embodiment of the vertical posts 10 adopted in the present invention, according to this embodiment, a latch recess 13 is respectively formed on the lateral wall surfaces 112 of the concave slot 11 of the vertical post 10 and located close to the opening at the front end, and two outer surfaces of the vertical post 10 are disposed with two latch blocks 12 located close to the front end, the widths of the two lateral wall surfaces 112 of the vertical post 10 is matched with the width defined at the two outer surfaces of the vertical post and close to the front end, and the two latch blocks 12 and the two latch recesses 13 are formed as a latch structure with matched male and female latch members, so that the vertical post 10 can be mutually latched with another vertical post 10 through the two latch blocks 12 being latched with the two latch recesses 13 of the another vertical post 10, thereby achieving an objective of enabling the two vertical posts 10 to be connected with a means of the top end of one of the vertical posts 10 being connected to the tail end of the other vertical post 10. Please refer to FIG. 11, which discloses a deformable assembling rack 1 consisted of the vertical posts 10 shown in FIG. 10, with the above-mentioned structure, the vertical post 10 of one of the deformable assembling racks 1 can be connected to the vertical post 10 of the other deformable assembling rack 1, thereby enabling the length of the deformable assembling rack 1 to be prolonged.


Moreover, inner surfaces and outer surfaces defined at the two lateral sides of the two vertical posts 10 can be respectively formed with a plurality of T-shaped latch slots 14, the plural T-shaped latch slots 14 can be served to allow other accessory components, for example a cover board, to be latched, thereby increasing the structural changes of the two vertical posts 10.


Based on what has been disclosed above, advantages achieved by the present invention are as followings. With the design of the deformable assembling rack 1 provided by the present invention, the deformable assembling rack 1 can be easily folded for being carried around; meanwhile, the deformable assembling rack 1 of the present invention can be configured to form as a furniture, for example stairs, or a household metal tool, thereby being provided with various practical functions.


Many modifications and other embodiments of the inventions set forth herein will come to mind to one skilled in the art to which these inventions pertain having the benefit of the teachings presented in the foregoing descriptions and the associated drawings. Therefore, it is to be understood that the inventions are not to be limited to the specific examples of the embodiments disclosed and that modifications and other embodiments are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims. Although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.

Claims
  • 1. A deformable assembling rack, including: two vertical posts, respectively formed with a C-shaped cross section, wherein one lateral surface of each of the two vertical posts is formed with a concave slot, and the concave slots of the two vertical posts are arranged to face each other; inner surfaces of the concave slots of the two vertical posts are respectively formed with an inner wall surface and lateral wall surfaces connected to two sides of the inner wall surface; anda plurality of connection rod sets, arranged and connected between the two vertical posts and respectively having a first connection rod and a second connection rod, wherein two ends of the first connection rod and two ends of the second connection rod are respectively formed with a first end and a second end, the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively pivoted in the concave slots of the two vertical posts, the second ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively formed with a pivotal part, and the first connection rod and the second connection rod are pivoted via the pivotal part; wherein, the first connection rods and the second connection rods of the connection rod sets are able to be displaced towards a preset direction so as to be located at a folded location for being adjacent to inner wall surfaces of the two vertical posts, or to be displaced to an unfolded location for being perpendicular to the inner wall surfaces of the two vertical posts, when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are displaced to the folded location, the first connection rod and the second connection rod are aligned to be adjacent to each other and accommodated in the concave slots of the two vertical posts, when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are displaced to the unfolded location, end surfaces of the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are mutually latched with the inner wall surfaces of the two vertical posts, and end surfaces of the second ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are mutually latched, thereby enabling the first connection rod and the second connection rod to be positioned at the unfolded location.
  • 2. The deformable assembling rack as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connection rods and the second connection rods of the connection rod sets are respectively provided with a top lateral board having two sides formed with a first lateral board member and a second lateral board member, wherein the pivotal parts are respectively disposed on the first lateral board and the second lateral board of the first connection rod and the second connection rod and located close to the second ends; the intervals between the first lateral board and the second lateral board of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are the same, the first connection rod is corresponding to the second lateral board of the second connection rod via the first lateral board, and the second lateral board of the first connection rod and the first lateral board of the second connection rod are pivoted with a means of facing each other; the center of the second lateral board is formed with an accommodation slot, the width of the accommodation slot is slightly wider than the width of the first lateral board, so that when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are aligned to be adjacent to each other, the first lateral board of the first connection rod is able to be accommodated in the accommodation slot at the center of the second lateral board of the second connection rod, and the first lateral board of the second connection rod is able to be accommodated in the accommodation slot of the second lateral board of the first connection rod.
  • 3. The deformable assembling rack as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the first connection rods and the second connection rods of the connection rod sets are displaced to the folded location, the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively accommodated in the concave slots of the two vertical posts, and the first connection rod and the second connection rod are aligned to be adjacent to each other, thereby being stored and formed as a rod body.
  • 4. The deformable assembling rack as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are pivoted on the two vertical posts by utilizing bolt shafts, and the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are respectively formed with an arc-shaped chamfer with the bolt shaft being served as a center, so that when the first connection rod and the second connection rod are displaced towards the direction of the arc-shaped chamfer, the first ends of the first connection rod and the second connection rod are prevented from generating an interfering action with the inner wall surface of the vertical post.
  • 5. The deformable assembling rack as claimed in claim 4, wherein bottom ends of the two vertical posts are respectively provided with a retractable extending sleeve rod, thereby allowing the lengths of the two vertical posts to be adjustable.
  • 6. The deformable assembling rack as claimed in claim 5, wherein a latch recess is respectively formed on the lateral wall surfaces of the concave slot of the vertical post and located close to the opening at the front end, and two outer surfaces of the vertical post are disposed with two latch blocks located close to the front end, the widths of the two lateral wall surfaces of the vertical post is matched with the width defined at the two outer surfaces of the vertical post and close to the front end, and the two latch blocks and the two latch recesses are formed as a latch structure with matched male and female latch members, so that the vertical post are able to be mutually latched with another vertical post through the two latch blocks being latched with the two latch recesses of the another vertical post, thereby achieving an objective of enabling the two vertical posts to be connected with a means of the top end of one of the vertical posts being connected to the tail end of the other vertical post.
  • 7. The deformable assembling rack as claimed in claim 6, wherein inner surfaces and outer surfaces of the two vertical posts are formed with a plurality of T-shaped latch slots.
  • 8. The deformable assembling rack as claimed in claim 7, wherein the deformable assembling rack is able to be configured as stairs.
