Claims
- 1. A compound selected from the group consisting of 1-(2-(3-carbamoyl-4-hydroxyphenoxy)-ethylamino)-3-(2-(pyrrol-1-yl)-phenoxy-propan-2-ol, 1-(4-acetamidophenoxy)-3-(2-(3-carbamoyl-4-hydroxyphenoxy)-ethylamino)-propan-2-ol, N-(4-(2-hydroxy-3-(3-carbamoyl-4-hydroxyphenoxy)-ethylamino)-propoxy)phenyl)-N',N'-dimethyl urea, and 5-(3-(2-(4-carbamoyl-3-hydroxyphenoxy)-1-methylethylamino)-2-hydroxypropoxy)-3,4-dihydro-2-(1H)-quinolinone, or a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic acid addition salt thereof.
- 2. A compound according to claim 1, which is 1-(2-(3-carbamoyl-4-hydroxyphenoxy)-ethylamino)-3-(2-(pyrrol-1-yl)-phenoxy)-propan-2-ol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic acid addition salt thereof.
- 3. A compound according to claim 1, which is 1-(4-acetamidophenoxy)-3-(2-(3-carbamoyl-4-hydroxyphenoxy)ethylamino)-propan-2-ol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic acid addition salt thereof.
- 4. A compound according to claim 1, which is N-(4-(2-hydroxy-3-((3-carbamoyl-4-hydroxyphenoxy)-ethylamino)-propoxy)phenyl)-N',N'-dimethyl urea, or a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic acid addition salt thereof.
- 5. A compound according to claim 1, which is 5-(3-(2-(4-carbamoyl-3-hydroxyphenoxy)-1-methylethylamino)-2-hydroxypropoxy)-3,4-dihydro-2-(1H)-quinolinone, or a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic acid addition salt thereof.
- 6. A pharmaceutical composition useful in the treatment of angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmia as well as myocardial insufficiency and as a blood-pressure reducing agent comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic acid addition salt thereof, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
- 7. A method for the treatment of angina pectoris, cardiac arrythmia as well as myocardial insufficiency and for the reduction of blood-pressure in a warm-blooded animal which comprises the administration thereto of a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable non-toxic acid addition salt thereof.
