Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates generally to a method for designing and constructing pre-fabricated, environmentally friendly and communal building type construction structures, the building being a residential building such as an apartment building, a commercial lodging building such as a hotel, a capsule type building for sleep and rest, an office building or a commercial building, in which a basic framed structure is constructed using a steel or steel concrete frame in a conventional manner, a part or the whole of one or more houses is manufactured as a unit or subunit in advance, and the part and the whole of the houses is inserted into and assembled with the basic framed structure. In accordance with the present invention, a variety of units can be utilized, communal and environmentally friendly facilities, such as a vegetable cultivation space, which is not provided in the past, can be provided in the building type construction structure, and houses are open to neighboring houses by the short fences of a conventional village. Accordingly, the costs and period of construction can be reduced through the pre-manufacture and assembly of the units and subunits. When necessary, each house can be inserted into a building after the reform of its spatial structure and interior. Additionally, humanistic relationship and communal spirit can be achieved between neighboring houses.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] In general, a residential building such as an apartment building, a commercial lodging building such as a hotel, a capsule type building for sleep and rest, an office building or a commercial building are generally constructed of concrete in such a way that concrete is applied and precast (PC) panels are attached buildings are constructed in such a way that a steel structure is formed, mold panels are attached to the outside of the structure, the panels are supported by frames and props, concrete is applied to the mold and a plurality of precast panels are attached to the walls and ceilings, thereby lengthening the period of construction. High buildings are constructed in a restricted space, so the efficiency of work is reduced, thereby increasing the costs of construction. A variety of interiors cannot be manufactured by an automatic or semi-automatic system in a ground factory. Houses and common facilities are constructed in standardized forms, so a garden, a yard, a fence, an earthen room, a fountain, a wooden floor and paper doors are not provided. The remodeling of the buildings, and the replacement and addition of interiors are very difficult and require high costs.

[0003] In accordance with a conventional building design and construction method, users cannot have the feeling that they live in ground level houses. Accordingly, they long for conventional and rural houses, and dwell in a rural area in the vicinity of a metropolitan despite traffic jam.

[0004] Additionally, houses are isolated from one another for the reasons of cost saving, crime prevention and security, so humanistic and communal intercourse is difficult and an environmentally friendly spirit and a traditional relationship cannot be achieved.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for designing and constructing pre-fabricated, environmentally friendly and communal building type construction structures, in which units and subunits are manufactured in a qualified factory or temporary factory near the construction site through an automatic or semi-automatic process in large quantities to reduce the costs and period of construction. In accordance with the present invention, varieties of spatial structures and interiors of each house of a building can be achieved, the provision of a custom-made structure and interior can be easily achieved, and when necessary, each house can be inserted into a building after the reform of its spatial structure and interior. Additionally, even though users live in such a building, they have the feeling that they live in a ground level house. Additionally, a neighbor community consisting of two houses and a village community consisting of three or more houses can each own facilities and spaces in common and can each perform humanistic communication, so users become amicable, cooperative, humanistic and emotional.

[0006] In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a method for designing and constructing pre-fabricated, environmentally friendly and communal building type construction structures, the building being a residential building such as an apartment building, a commercial lodging building such as a hotel, a capsule type building for sleep and rest, an office building or a commercial building, in which a basic framed structure is constructed in a conventional manner, a part or the whole of one or more houses is manufactured as a unit or subunit in advance, and the part and the whole of the houses is inserted into and assembled with the basic framed structure.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0058] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to accompanying drawings.

[0059]
FIGS. 1

a
to 1j-2 are views showing the state in which a part or the whole of each house of a building is manufactured as a unit or subunit in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into a basic framed structure. FIG. 1i is a view showing the state in which the electric pipes and water and sewage conduits of the basic framed structure and the unit or subunit are connected to one another. FIG. 1j is a view showing the state in which the unit is finally connected to the basic framed structure and neighboring units.

[0060] In the method for designing and constructing pre-fabricated, environmentally friendly and communal building type construction structures of the present invention, one or more of each house of the building, as depicted in FIGS. 1a to 1h, are manufactured as one or more units 10, 10a, 12 and 12a or subunits 10b to 10e, 12b to 12d and 12e in advance, and transported to, inserted into and assembled with a basic framed structure 60. The whole or part of each house formed in the building type construction structure 80 is constructed in a variety of construction forms. In the interior spaces of the building type construction structure 80, environmentally friendly facilities or the structures 52 to 52e of conventional construction are positioned.

[0061] The basic framed structure 60 of a building is constructed in a conventional manner. Basically, as shown in FIG. 1a, each of the houses of the building is previously constructed as a unit 10 in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into and integrated with the framed structure 60.

[0062] However, as shown in FIG. 1b, part of each of the houses of the building can be constructed as a unit 10a in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into and integrated with the framed structure 60.

[0063] As shown in FIG. 1c, each of the houses of the building can be constructed as a unit consisting of two or more subunits 10b and 10c in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into and integrated with the framed structure 60.

[0064] As shown in FIG. 1d, part of each of the houses of the building can be constructed as a unit consisting of two or more subunits 10d and 10e in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into and integrated with the framed structure 60.

[0065] As shown in FIG. 1e, each group of two or more houses of the houses of the building can be constructed as a single unit 12 in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into and integrated with the framed structure 60.

[0066] As shown in FIG. 1f, part of two or more houses can be constructed as a single unit 12a in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into and integrated with the framed structure 60.

[0067] As shown in FIG. 1g, two or more houses can be constructed as a single unit 12a in advance, and, thereafter, inserted into and integrated with the framed structure 60.

[0068] As shown in FIG. 1h, part of two or more houses is constructed as a unit consisting of two or more subunits 12h, 12i, 12j and 12g, and, thereafter, inserted into the basic framed structure 60.

[0069] When the basic framed structure 60 and the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e are assembled together, the branches 16b of electric pipes and water and sewage conduits installed in the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e manufactured in advance, as shown FIG. 1i, are arranged to be connected to the main lines 16a of electric pipes and water and sewage conduits installed in the basic framed structure, so the basic framed structure 60 is completely connected to the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e.

[0070] The units 10, 10a, 12 and 12a and the subunits 10b to 10e, 12b to 12e are manufactured in advance in a qualified factory or temporary factory built at the construction site or near the field of construction, transported to a building site, and inserted into the basic framed structure 60.

[0071] However, part of each unit 10, 10a, 12 or 12a and each subunit 10b to 10e, 12b to 12d, or 12e can be manufactured in advance in a qualified factory, the remaining part can be manufactured and joined to the part in a temporary factory built at the construction site or near the field of construction, and a joined unit 10, 10a, 12 or 12a or subunit 10b to 10e, 12b to 12d, or 12e can be transported to a building site and inserted into the basic framed structure 60. The two or more staged manufacture of the unit and the subunit is for the overcoming of problems in transporting the unit and the subunit, such as the excessive sizes of the unit and the subunit for a road and a transport automobile and the damage and removal of the interior of the unit and the subunit by the vibration and impact of transport, and in controlling a time for planting a tree and a flower in the unit and subunit.

[0072] As shown in FIG. 5, a lifting platform 202 is vertically moved by a driving unit (not shown). The lifting platform 202 is vertically elevated while both ends of the lifting platform 202 are engaged with the frames 208 of a lifting and inserting equipment 20 in a rail or track relation. A rail or track is vertically formed along each frame 208 of the lifting and inserting equipment 20, which is used to guide the lifting platform 202 of the lifting and inserting equipment 20, to allow the lifting platform 202 to be lifted and lowered. At least three, four or when necessary more frames 208 are required.

[0073] A rail or track is formed along the support frame 206, so a wire 204 connected to a pulley 205 can be horizontally moved. Accordingly, the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e bound with a binding wire 200 is lifted alone or together with the lifting platform 202, and horizontally moved together with the pulley 205 in front of and inserted into a desired cell formed in the basic framed structure 60. In order to vertically insert the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e into the cell, a vertical lifting and inserting equipment is extended over the height of the basic framed structure 60, and the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is horizontally moved over and inserted into a desired cell.

[0074] When such operation needs to be performed at two or more locations, the lifting platform 202 is situated on the lifting and inserting equipment 20 at one or more positions and the wire 204 connected to the support frame 206 and the pulley 205 is situated at one or more positions. When necessary, at least one support frame, pulley and wire combination is connected to a unit to be lifted, so the driving force of the lifting and inserting equipment is increased and the stability and accuracy of the lifting and inserting equipment can be improved.

[0075] In order to facilitate the transport of the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e, one or more pairs of guide channels 110, as shown in FIG. 8a, are attached at a predetermined interval to the lower surface of the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e, and casters 14 are fixedly attached to the lower surface of an insertion assisting bar 114 secured by the guide channel 110, so the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is safely and conveniently inserted into the desired cell of the basic framed structure 60 and assembled with the basic framed structure 60. At the final stage of the insertion of the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e, direction control and push workers are situated on the lifting platform 202, a cell near the target cell or a scaffold, observe that the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e and the cell coincide with each other in vertical and horizontal positions, and push the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e so as to induce the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e to be smoothly inserted into the cell of the basic framed structure 60 utilizing the driving force of the pulley and the movement of the casters 14.

[0076] When the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is completely inserted into the cell, the insertion assisting bar 114 is removed from the guide channel 110, so the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e can be disposed at a proper position, thereby assembling the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e with the basic framed structure using assembly means.

[0077] For the effective and safe insertion of the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e, a hydraulic cylinder 117, whose height can be adjusted through a hydraulic hose, is attached to the insertion assisting bar 114 to form an insertion assisting bar with a cylinder 115. Accordingly, when the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is inserted into the cell of the basic framed structure 60, the hydraulic cylinder 117 is raised up, so the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is inserted into the cell of the basic framed structure 60 without friction with the slab of the basic framed structure 60. When the hydraulic cylinder 117 is lowered after the insertion of the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e into the cell is completed, the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is stably placed on the slab of the basic framed structure 60. When the hydraulic cylinder 117 is further lowered, the insertion assisting bar with a hydraulic cylinder is retrieved and restored to its original position.

[0078] Meanwhile, insertion means can be constructed without a pair of guide channels 110 attached to the lower surface of each unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, casters 14a are fixedly attached to the lower surface of each unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e, and an insertion assisting bar 114 consisting of a support plate 114a and two ribs 132 is inserted into grooves 130 formed on the wall of the guide ditch 112 of the basic framed structure 60. Accordingly, the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is moved to and placed in the interior of the desired cell along the support plate 114a, and the insertion assisting bar 114 is removed from the guide ditch 112, thereby disposing only the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e in the basic framed structure 60.

[0079] Units and subunits are finally joined to the basic framed structure and their neighboring units and subunits. FIG. 1j-1 is views each showing a state in which the unit or subunit is joined to the basic framed structure and its neighboring unit or subunit by means of a bolt suitable for a wall or ceiling. FIG. 1j-2 is views each showing a state in which light bonding material 13-7 are applied to the neighboring regions of the subunits. In this case, light bolts 13-6, the finishing material and the bottoms of subunits are connected to one another.

[0080] In the basic framed structure 60 into which the units 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e are inserted, one or more stories of a building are constructed in one stage, and the units 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e fabricated in advance are vertically or horizontally inserted into and assembled with the desired cells of a desired story. Thereafter, the next one or more stories of the building are constructed at the next stage, and the units 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e fabricated in advance are vertically or horizontally inserted into and assembled with the desired cells of a desired story.

[0081] Additionally, after all the stories ranging from the lowermost story of a building to the uppermost story are constructed, the units 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e fabricated in advance can be vertically or horizontally inserted into and assembled with the desired cells of the building.

[0082] Additionally, the units 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e, as illustrated in FIG. 6, can be lifted and inserted into the basic framed structure 60 by a forklift type lifting equipment while being placed on a pallet.

[0083]
FIGS. 6

a
and 6b are perspective views showing a forklift type lifting and inserting equipment according to another embodiment of the present invention. As depicted in FIGS. 6a and 6b, the forklift type lifting and inserting equipment 20a is positioned in front of the basic framed structure 60 and an appropriate space is kept between right and left frames 208 according to the size of each unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e or a house. While the unit 10 to 10e, 12 to 12d or 12e is lifted up and inserted into the basic framed structure 60, props 210 support the right and left frames on the front and rear portions of the uppermost and lowermost ends of right and left frames and fixing wires 201 are extended from the ground to the upper and center portions of the right and left frames so as to maintain the interval between the frames and prevent the frames from being moved or overturned. A parking guide frame 212 is positioned between the right and left frames of the basic framed structure 60, so a trailer is parked at an appropriate position so as to allow the unit to be lifted and inserted into an appropriate position. In order to appropriately lift and insert the unit, the sizes of the deck members of a trailer deck 228 are set according to the interval of a unit lifting fork 203, a plurality of grooves 226 are formed on the lower surface of a unit support plate, and the unit support plate is disposed on the trailer deck 228 to allow the gaps between deck members to coincide with the grooves 226 of the unit support plate 222. After the unit is loaded on the trailer deck 228, a unit pushing cart 32 is mounted between the unit positioned on the unit support plate 222 and a driver's cab.

[0084] When the transport truck 30 enters the guide frame 212 in the lifting and inserting equipment and is positioned on an appropriate position line, the lifting fork 203 mounted on one of the frames 208 of the lifting and inserting equipment is forwardly moved and passed through the grooves 226 formed on the lower surface of the unit support plate by the rotation of an electric gear wheel, finally being rested on a fork support 232. Subsequently, the wire 204 is upwardly wound by the operation of a winch type drive unit 40, so a lifting platform 234 on which the lifting fork 203, the fork support 232 and a movable pulley 42 are mounted is lifted up and reaches the story into which the unit is inserted. A lifting stopper 236 mounted on the lifting platform 234 is inserted into a frame 208 having a track or lifting stopper grooves 238 formed on another frame 208 and fixed to the frame, and the pushing cart 32 is moved to a stop position indicated on the front portion of the unit support plate 222. In this state, while the pushing cart 32 is stopped and fixed, pushing rods are forwardly moved and insert the remaining portion of the unit.

[0085] In such a case, a unit transport automobile and a lifting and inserting equipment are positioned between the unit support platform 222 and the basic framed structure 60. The unit passes a connecting guide rail 242 extended from the unit support platform 222 and reaches the guide groove 112 formed in the basic framed structure shown in FIG. 8b by means of casters 14, thereby allowing the unit to be safely and precisely inserted into the basic framed structure. After the insertion of the unit fixedly mounted on cylinder-mounted inserting rods, the heights of the hydraulic cylinders are reduced by the adjustment of hydraulic pressure, so the unit is brought into contact with and secured to the slab of the basic framed structure. As the heights of the hydraulic cylinders 117 are further reduced, the unit support platform 222 is returned to its original position.
