BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The field of endeavor for this product pertains to office supplies. The DeskSpacer is a utility desk organizer that combines and integrates all the basic desk accessories into one; so that you can have various office supplies all together at the reach of your hands in one tiny little spot. It is composed of several compartments such as tape dispenser, pencil sharpener, letter opener compartment, paper clip/push pins drawers, business cards drawer, and sticky notebook tray, etc. etc. The compartments can be adjusted according to the need of the consumer. For example, instead of having a compartment for the letter opener and scissor, a telescopic mini light can be substituted. Likewise, instead of mini drawers, a small electronic radio/time clock with CD player and iPod hook-up can be substituted.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In a world where one of the biggest requirements for any kind of job is to “multi-task,” sometimes it is hard to do so when your job is dependent on remembering a lot of different things at once. In a flash of brilliance or stress, it is difficult to try to find a pen/pencil, a notepad or what have you. Even when you have these things in your office, it is difficult to remember where they may be.
The DeskSpacer is a desk organizer/space saver designed for the purpose of providing efficiency, by creating a better work surface, integrating several desk accessories to allow more desk space, work station space, or counter space. The DeskSpacer takes up very little space, giving the worker something less to worry about.
With all our busy lives, we depend on many different types of gadgetry that would make our jobs quicker yet more efficiently. With working spaces being very limited in size today, it is difficult to have all our gadgetry at the tips of our hands. We find ourselves struggling to find the things we need to make our job more efficient, consequently, creating frustration when we are not able to find the things we need. When several things are going on, be it on a desk or on one's mind, instant organization for a stress free working environment is essential.
Even with all the different office organizers on the market today (as cross referenced above), there has not been any easy way to have all the things we need (to do our jobs) at the tip of our hands, until now. The DeskSpacer can house all the needed office supply, all at the tip of our fingers, right on top of our desks. There is no longer any need to be running around aimlessly looking through your desk, or worse, someone else's. Everything one needs is housed on the DeskSpacer; saving time, space, and money. It is the “frustration-free” desk space prescription!

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The DeskSpacer is a quadrilateral shape with a 10° to 15° slope on the top. It is constructed of high-impact durable and washable lightweight injection molded plastic, with a contemporary, contoured, stylish look; size and color can be variable depending on the need of the consumer (please refer to drawing).
Pertaining to FIG. 1, on top, the DeskSpacer has four compartments, housing pens, scissors, markers, utility cutters, etc., #1, pencils, rulers, glue sticks, compasses, etc., #2, letter opener, nail filers, carton cutters, and the like, #3, and tape dispenser, (roller shaft 5, and tape cutting saw 6), #4. The Tape Dispenser has easy tape brake for one-hand operation, easy load tape core, a quick dispensing, and quick lift off cap for easy and quick refill, and dispenses standard tape with 1″ core.
