Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the field of furniture design, specifically to a detachable table leg structure, a detachable under-table structure, and a table. The table includes a jointing member and two leg bodies. Each leg body includes a vertical support member and a horizontal connecting member. The jointing member is configured to be located between the two horizontal connecting members, allowing alignment of the jointing member and the two horizontal connecting members on the same horizontal axis. The overall structure of the presence disclosure is stable and easy to assemble and disassemble, which makes the entire structure detachable, reduces packaging volume, increases loading capacity, lowers logistics and storage costs, and improves transportation efficiency, addressing the issues of current steel frame tables with welded legs and resulting in large packaging volumes and a high risk of damage during transportation.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure belongs to the field of furniture design, and in particular relates to a detachable table leg structure, a detachable under-table structure, and a table.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, the materials used in table manufacturing include wood, steel, and others. The structural design of tables using different materials can significantly impact packaging and transportation costs.


Existing steel frame tables, especially those with larger sizes, have their legs welded into an integrated frame to ensure stability. Due to the large size of the table legs and the fact that they are welded into a single frame, the overall packaging volume is large. Additionally, the table is easily deformed and damaged during transportation. These result in increased costs for manufacturers and poor customer experience.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure provides a detachable table leg structure, which ensures the strength of the table legs while allowing them to be disassembled during packaging and transportation, thereby reducing the cost and difficulty of packaging and transportation.


Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a detachable table leg structure. The detachable table leg structure comprises a jointing member and two leg bodies arranged oppositely relative to each other, wherein each of the leg bodies includes a vertical support member and a horizontal connecting member fixedly connected to each other, two ends of the jointing member are configured to detachably fix to two horizontal connecting members respectively and the jointing member is configured to be located between the two horizontal connecting members, allowing alignment of the jointing member and the two horizontal connecting members on the same horizontal axis.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, each of the two horizontal connecting members is provided with a slot at an end near the jointing member, and the two ends of the jointing member are respectively inserted into slots of the two horizontal connecting members.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the jointing member comprises at least one jointing surface, the jointing surface is provided with at least two jointing holes, each of the two horizontal connecting members is provided with a first connecting hole at the end near the jointing member, and the jointing surface is connected to the two horizontal connecting members through the jointing holes and first connecting holes.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the horizontal connecting member comprises several sidewalls, each adjacent two sidewalls of the horizontal connecting member is connected, and the first connecting hole is provided on one of the sidewalls of the horizontal connecting member.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the top surface of the vertical support member is flush with the top surface of the horizontal connecting member.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the detachable table leg structure further comprises a leg reinforcement member, wherein the leg reinforcement member is configured to be located between two vertical support members, and the leg reinforcement member is provided with table leg holes at both ends; wherein a side of the vertical support member facing the leg reinforcement member is provided with a second connecting hole, and the leg reinforcement member is connected to the two vertical support members through the table leg holes and second connecting holes, achieving detachable fixed connections between the leg reinforcement member and the two vertical support members.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the bottom of the vertical support member is provided with a height adjustment component, the height adjustment component comprises a base and a height adjustment bolt fixed on the base, and a bottom surface of the vertical support member is provided with a screw hole matching the height adjustment bolt.


Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a detachable under-table structure. The detachable under-table structure comprises beams and two sets of the aforementioned detachable table leg structures, wherein the two sets of the detachable table leg structures are arranged oppositely relative to each other, two ends of each of the beams are detachably fixed to the two sets of the detachable table leg structures, respectively, and a top surface of each of the beams is flush with top surfaces of the detachable table leg structures.


In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a beam reinforcement bar is detachably fixed with a bottom of each of the beams.


Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a table. The table comprises a tabletop and the aforementioned detachable under-table structure, wherein the tabletop is detachably fixed on the detachable table leg structures and the beams.


The advantages of the present disclosure are as follows. The overall structure is stable and easy to assemble and disassemble, making the entire structure detachable. This reduces packaging volume, increases loading capacity, lowers logistics and storage costs, and improves transportation efficiency. It addresses the issues of current steel frame tables with welded legs, which are non-detachable, resulting in large packaging volumes and a high risk of damage during transportation.

The following illustrates the embodiments of the present disclosure by specific examples, and other advantages and efficacies of the present disclosure can be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art from the content in this specification. The present disclosure may also be implemented or applied in other different specific embodiments, and details in this specification may be modified or changed in various ways based on different views and applications without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure. It should be noted that the following embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined without conflict.


It should be noted that the illustrations provided in the following embodiments only elucidate the basic concept of the present disclosure schematically, therefore, only the components related to the present disclosure are shown in the drawings. Additionally, the components in the figures are not drawn in accordance with the number, shapes, and sizes of the components in actual implementation. The shapes, number, and proportions of the components in actual implementation may be changed arbitrarily, and the layout of the components may also be more complex.


In the description of the embodiments of the present disclosure, it should be understood that the terms “middle,” “upper,” “lower,” “top,” “inner,” “outer,” etc., indicated orientation or positional relationships on the basis of the orientation or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings. The detachable fixed connections are all achieved using screws and screw holes.


The present disclosure provides a detachable table leg structure, a detachable under-table structure, and a table, which ensures the strength of the table legs while allowing them to be disassembled during packaging and transportation, thereby reducing the cost and difficulty of packaging and transportation.


The following will detail a detachable table leg structure, a detachable under-table structure, and a table in an embodiment in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.


As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a detachable table is provided. The detachable table comprises a tabletop 4, multiple beams 2, and a detachable table leg structure 1.


As shown in FIG. 4, the detachable table leg structure 1 includes a jointing member 101 and two leg bodies 102 arranged front and back. Each leg body 102 includes a vertical support member 1021 and a horizontal connecting member 1022, with the horizontal connecting member 1022 fixed to a top of the vertical support member 1021 by welding. The two ends of the jointing member 101 are configured to detachably fix to the two horizontal connecting members 1022 and the jointing member 101 is configured to be located between the two horizontal connecting members 1022, allowing alignment of the jointing member 101 and the two horizontal connecting members 1022 on the same horizontal axis.


In one embodiment of the present disclosure, slots 1023 are provided at the ends of the two horizontal connecting members 1022 near the jointing member 101, and the jointing member 101 fits into the slots 1023. In this embodiment, the two ends of the jointing member 101 can be inserted into the slots 1023 using screw connections, snap-fit connections, etc., achieving detachable fixed connections between the two ends of the jointing member 101 and the two horizontal connecting members 1022.


In this embodiment, the jointing member 101 includes at least one jointing surface with at least two jointing holes. The ends of the horizontal connecting members 1022 near the jointing member 101 are correspondingly provided with first connecting holes. The jointing surface is connected to the horizontal connecting members 1022 through the jointing holes and the first connecting holes. Exemplarily, each end of the jointing surface is provided with a jointing hole, with one end's jointing hole connected to a first connecting hole on one horizontal connecting member 1022, and the other end's jointing hole connected to a first connecting hole on the other horizontal connecting member 1022, allowing the two horizontal connecting members 1022 to be connected on the same horizontal axis.


Exemplarily, in this embodiment, the jointing member 101 adopts a U-shaped structure, meaning the jointing member 101 includes a vertical jointing surface, an upper jointing surface, and a lower jointing surface. The upper jointing surface and the lower jointing surface are located at the upper and lower ends of the vertical jointing surface, respectively, forming the U-shaped structure. In this embodiment, the U-shaped jointing member 101 is configured to connect with the two horizontal connecting members 1022 and allow the two horizontal connecting members 1022 to be connected on the same horizontal axis, facilitating smooth insertion. During use, by simply inserting the jointing member 101 into the horizontal connecting members 1022, the two horizontal connecting members 1022 align on the same horizontal axis, allowing for easy disassembly.


Exemplarily, in this embodiment, screw holes are provided at both ends of the jointing member 101, which are correspondingly matched with screw holes on the slots 1023 of the horizontal connecting members 1022. When the ends of the jointing member 101 are inserted into the corresponding slots 1023, the jointing member 101 is detachably fixed to the horizontal connecting members 1022 by screws and screw holes, allowing for easy disassembly and improving the user experience. By using the jointing member 101, the two horizontal connecting members 1022 can be aligned on the same horizontal axis. When the horizontal connecting members 1022 are connected, the jointing member 101 is hidden inside the horizontal connecting members 1022, not affecting the overall aesthetics of the other components and the table.


In this embodiment, each of the horizontal connecting members 1022 includes several sidewalls, each two adjacent sidewalls of the horizontal connecting member 1022 is connected to each other. The first connecting hole is provided on one of the sidewalls of the horizontal connecting member. Exemplarily, each of the horizontal connecting members 1022 includes four sidewalls, each two adjacent sidewalls is connected, forming a rectangular body. The first connecting hole is provided on an upper sidewall of the horizontal connecting member 1022.


The horizontal connecting member 1022 in this embodiment is not limited to a rectangular tube body; it can also be a triangular tube body, cylindrical tube body, polygonal tube body, etc.


In this embodiment, a top surface of the vertical support member 1021 is flush with a top surface of the horizontal connecting member 1022, allowing both the vertical support member 1021 and the horizontal connecting member 1022 to simultaneously support the tabletop 4.


Additionally, the detachable table leg structure 1 also includes a leg reinforcement member 103 located at the lower parts of the vertical support members 1021. The leg reinforcement member 103 is located between the two vertical support members 1021, with table leg holes provided at both ends of the leg reinforcement member 103. A side of each of the vertical support members 1021 facing the leg reinforcement member 103 is correspondingly provided with a second connecting hole. The leg reinforcement member 103 is connected to the two vertical support members 1021 through the table leg holes and the second connecting holes, achieving detachable fixed connections between the leg reinforcement member 103 and the two vertical support members 1021, thereby improving the overall strength and stability of the detachable table leg structure 1.


Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, a bottom of the vertical support member 1021 is provided with a height adjustment component, including a base 1024 and a height adjustment bolt 1025 fixed on the base 1024. A bottom surface of the vertical support member 1021 is provided with a screw hole matching the height adjustment bolt 1025. By rotating, the base 1024 can be screwed in or out to adjust the support height of the detachable table leg structure 1, thereby adjusting the height of the tabletop 4.


As shown in FIG. 3, the table of this embodiment includes three beams 2 arranged side by side in the front and back directions. The table includes two sets of detachable table leg structures 1, which are arranged oppositely in the left and right directions. Two ends of each of the beams 2 are detachably fixed to the two sets of detachable table leg structures 1, and the top surfaces of the beams 2 are flush with the top surfaces of the detachable table leg structures 1, so that the beams 2 and the horizontal connecting members 1022 can simultaneously support the tabletop 4, and the beams 2 and the horizontal connecting members 1022 can be fixed to the tabletop 4 using screws. The tabletop 4 is detachably fixed to the detachable table leg structures 1 and the beams 2. To improve the integrity of the beams 2, the table also includes a beam reinforcement bar 3, which is detachably fixed to the bottom surfaces of the beams 2.


In summary, the detachable table leg structure, detachable under-table structure, and table in this embodiment have a stable structure and are easy to assemble and disassemble. The entire structure is detachable, reducing packaging volume, increasing cargo capacity, lowering logistics and storage costs, and improving transportation efficiency. The present disclosure addresses the problems of existing steel frame tables with welded legs, which are non-detachable, have a large packaging volume, and are prone to be damaged during transportation.

Claims
  • 1. A detachable table leg structure, comprising a jointing member and two leg bodies arranged oppositely relative to each other,wherein each of the leg bodies includes a vertical support member and a horizontal connecting member fixedly connected to each other,two ends of the jointing member are configured to detachably fix to two horizontal connecting members of the two leg bodies respectively andthe jointing member is configured to be located between the two horizontal connecting members, wherein, upon attachment, the jointing member and the two horizontal connecting members are aligned along a straight horizontal axis;wherein the vertical support member and the horizontal connecting member of each of the two leg bodies form an integral L-shaped structure, with a first end of the horizontal connecting member being fixed to a first end of the vertical support member, a second end of the vertical support member being configured to stand on ground, and a second end of the horizontal connecting member being detachably coupled to a corresponding end of the jointing member.
  • 2. The detachable table leg structure according to claim 1, wherein each of the two horizontal connecting members is provided with a slot at an end near the jointing member, and the two ends of the jointing member are respectively inserted into slots of the two horizontal connecting members.
  • 3. The detachable table leg structure according to claim 1, wherein the jointing member comprises at least one jointing surface, the jointing surface is provided with at least two jointing holes, each of the two horizontal connecting members is provided with a first connecting hole at an end near the jointing member, and the jointing surface is connected to the two horizontal connecting members through the jointing holes and first connecting holes.
  • 4. The detachable table leg structure according to claim 3, wherein the horizontal connecting member comprises several sidewalls, each adjacent two sidewalls of the horizontal connecting member are connected to each other, wherein the first connecting hole is provided on one of the sidewalls of the horizontal connecting member.
  • 5. The detachable table leg structure according to claim 1, wherein a top surface of the vertical support member is flush with a top surface of the horizontal connecting member.
  • 6. The detachable table leg structure according to claim 1, further comprising a leg reinforcement member, wherein the leg reinforcement member is configured to be located between two vertical support members, and the leg reinforcement member is provided with table leg holes at both ends; wherein a side of the vertical support member facing the leg reinforcement member is provided with a second connecting hole, and the leg reinforcement member is connected to the two vertical support members through the table leg holes and second connecting holes, achieving detachable fixed connections between the leg reinforcement member and the two vertical support members.
  • 7. The detachable table leg structure according to claim 1, wherein a bottom of the vertical support member is provided with a height adjustment component, the height adjustment component comprises a base and a height adjustment bolt fixed on the base, and a bottom surface of the vertical support member is provided with a screw hole matching the height adjustment bolt.
  • 8. A detachable under-table structure, comprising beams and two sets of the detachable table leg structures of claim 1, wherein the two sets of the detachable table leg structures are arranged oppositely relative to each other, two ends of each of the beams are detachably fixed to the two sets of the detachable table leg structures, respectively, and a top surface of each of the beams is flush with top surfaces of the detachable table leg structures;wherein the beams comprise a first beam, a second beam, and a third beam, all arranged parallel to each other, wherein two ends of each of the first and third beams are detachably connected to two vertical support members of the two sets of the detachable table leg structures, respectively, andtwo ends of the second beam are detachably connected to middle portions of the two horizontal connecting members of the two sets of the detachable table leg structures, respectively.
  • 9. The detachable table leg structure according to claim 8, wherein a beam reinforcement bar is detachably fixed to a bottom of each of the beams, with its two ends connected to middle portions of the first and third beams, wherein the beam reinforcement bar and the second beam form a cross-shaped structure.
  • 10. A table, comprising a tabletop and the detachable under-table structure of claim 8, wherein the tabletop is detachably fixed on the detachable table leg structures and the beams.
