Claims
- 1. In a process of the operation of a device for the production of a reaction mixture from at least two flowable reaction components, the steps comprising:
- a) providing storage containers and supply lines which lead via at least one servo-controlled inlet member into a mixing chamber,
- b) opening the inlet member by activating a moving electromagnet of a sliding valve such that a slide is pressed against a restoring spring, and following conclusion of the mixing process,
- c) deactivating said moving electromagnet to return the slide to the closed position; the improvement comprising the steps of:
- d) providing a holding magnet in the a second opposing side of the slide,
- e) activating the holding electromagnet to build up a maximum force of the holding electromagnet which is greater than a maximum force of the moving magnet,
- f) activating the moving electromagnet after a delay time in which the holding magnet has built up its maximum force,
- g) opening the slide by deactivating the holding electromagnet after the moving magnet has built up its maximum force, thereby causing the force of the moving electromagnet to open the slide.
- 2. The process of claim 1, wherein for each of the inlet members to be actuated, there are provided respective assigned sliding valves which are controlled by a time delay.
