Abstract
The invention provides a device for grinding automobile parts, comprising a base, wherein the base has a control switch group arranged on the upper surface, an input end of the control switch group is electrically connected to an output end of an external power supply, a movable L-shaped parts placing table is provided on the base, which is driven by a driving mechanism, two sets of compressing mechanisms symmetrically provided on the parts placing table, two electric pushing rods symmetrically provided on the base, a lifting plate is provided on the top ends of the electric pushing rods. With the device for grinding automobile parts in the invention, the automobile parts to be processed are placed on the parts placing table and held by the compressing mechanism, and then the drive mechanism and the grinding mechanism are controlled by the control switch group to perform grinding process.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to a processing device, in particular to a device for grinding automobile parts.


BACKGROUND

Automobiles are the most common means of transport in modern society. Automobile production involves a plurality of complex processes and automobiles are composed of many different parts, some of which need to be ground and polished in the production process. The automatization of the most existing devices for grinding automobile parts are in a low level, so it is laborious and time-consuming to operate these devices. Furthermore, such devices are limited in their functions, e.g. they cannot automatically move parts and adjust the position of the grinding head during the process, causing low work efficiency, and they cannot holding the parts reliably, and the debris generated in the process cannot be cleaned or collected in time, which will affect the subsequent grinding of other parts. Therefore, it is necessary to propose a new device for grinding automobile parts.


SUMMARY

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the above disadvantages and provide a device for grinding automobile parts. The automobile parts to be processed are placed on a parts placing table and held by a compressing mechanism, and then a drive mechanism and a grinding mechanism are controlled by a control switch group to perform grinding process, which improves the degree of automation, is simple to operate, and has the function of holding the parts.


To achieve the above objects, the invention provides a device for grinding automobile parts. The device comprises a base, wherein the base has a control switch group arranged on the upper surface, an input end of the control switch group is electrically connected to an output end of an external power supply, a movable L-shaped parts placing table is provided on the base, which is driven by a drive mechanism, two sets of compressing mechanisms are symmetrically provided on opposing sides of the upper surface of the parts placing table, two electric pushing rods are symmetrically provided on opposing sides of the upper surface of the base in the middle of the base, a lifting plate is provided on the top ends of the electric pushing rods, a second guiding groove is provided in the lifting plate, which groove is through the lifting plate, and an H-shaped second slider is slidably provided in the second guiding groove, a second servo motor is provided on the side surface of the lifting plate, an output shaft of the second servo motor is extended through the second guiding groove and connected to the second drive screw via a coupling, and the second drive screw is threaded to a screw hole in the second slider, and a motor support is fixedly provided on a lower surface of the second slider, and a placing groove is provided on a side surface of the motor support, and a grinding motor is placed in the placing groove, and the input end of the grinding motor, the input end of the second servo motor and the input end of the electric pushing rods are all electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group, the output shaft of the grinding motor is extended through the motor support from the lower surface and connected to the rotating shaft via a coupling, and a grinding head is provided on the bottom end of the rotating shaft, and a debris collecting mechanism is provided on the base.


As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the drive mechanism further comprises two first servo motors fixedly arranged on the side surface of the base, and the two first servo motors are symmetrically arranged, the input end of the first servo motor is electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group, the upper surface of the base is symmetrically provided with two first sliding grooves, and two T-shaped first sliders are slidably arranged in the two first sliding grooves respectively, and the parts placing table is fixedly arranged on the upper surfaces of the two first sliders, and the output shaft of the first servo motor extends into the first sliding grooves and is connected to the first drive screw through a coupling, the first drive screw is threaded to the screw hole opened on the side surface of the first slider.


As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the debris collecting mechanism comprises a third slider slidably arranged in the first sliding grooves, the first drive screw is threaded to the screw hole opened on the side surface of the third slider, and a debris collecting box is arranged on the top of the third slider, and a collecting groove is arranged in the debris collecting box, and a collecting fan is installed in the collecting groove, and the input end of the collecting fan is electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group, and a telescopic tube is fixedly provided on the side surface of the debris collecting box.


As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the compressing mechanism further comprises two rotatable rods which are rotatably arranged on opposing ends of the upper surface of the parts placing table, and a sliding rod is slidably provided in a groove opened on the side surface of the rotatable rods, a fastening bolt corresponding to the sliding rod is provided on the rotatable rod, and a screw hole is opened on the upper surface of the end of the sliding rods, and a compressing screw is screwed in the screw hole, and a circular compressing plate is rotatably provided on the lower surface of the compressing screw.


As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the lower surface of the compressing plate is provided with a rubber anti-slip pad, and the lower surface of the rubber anti-slip pad is provided with anti-slip pattern.


As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the top end of the compressing screw is fixedly provided with a screw handle, and the screw handle is in a plum blossom shape.


Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages:


(1) With the device for grinding automobile parts in the invention, the automobile parts to be processed are placed on the parts placing table and held in place by the compressing mechanism, and then the drive mechanism and the grinding mechanism are controlled by a control switch group to perform grinding process, which improves the degree of automation, is simple to operate, and has the function of holding the parts.


(2) In the device for grinding automobile parts in the invention, the first servo motor drives the first drive screw to move the first slider, so that the parts placing table carries the automobile parts to be processed, which is convenient.


(3) In the device for grinding automobile parts in the invention, the grinding mechanism on the second slider can be lifted or lowered together with the lifting plate driven by the electric pushing rods, and the second slider is moved through the second drive screw driven by the second servo motor, thereby the motor support and the grinding motor are moved. It is easy to adjust the position of the grinding head, suitable for grinding of different automobile parts.


(4) In the device for grinding automobile parts in the invention, the debris collecting box can move synchronously with the parts placing table under the drive of the drive mechanism. The debris generated during the grinding process is collected into the debris collecting box through the collecting fan, and then passed to a bin through the telescopic tube, which is convenient for centralized recycling and processing, and realizes the function of cleaning and collecting debris in time, avoiding excessive debris from affecting the subsequent grinding of other pats, and improving work efficiency.


(5) In the device for grinding automobile parts in the invention, after placing the automobile parts to be processed on the parts placing table, depending on the size and length and width of the parts, the position of the sliding rod can be adjusted and the parts can be hold in place, and then the compressing screw can be adjusted through the screw handle so that the parts can be hold in place with the compressing plate and the rubber anti-slid pad, which improves the stability during grinding.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In the drawings, like reference characters generally refer to the same parts throughout the different views. Also, the drawings are not necessarily to scale, with an emphasis instead generally being placed upon illustrating the principles of the invention. In the following description, various embodiments of the present invention are described with reference to the following drawings. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without making creative effort shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.


The invention provides a device for grinding automobile parts shown in FIG. 1, which comprises a base 1, the base 1 has a control switch group 2 installed on the upper surface, an input end of the control switch group 2 is electrically connected to an output end of an external power supply, a movable L-shaped parts placing table 7 is provided on the base 1, which is driven by a driving mechanism, two sets of compressing mechanisms are symmetrically provided on opposing sides of the upper surface of the parts placing table 7, two electric pushing rods 15 are symmetrically provided on opposing sides of the upper surface of the base 1, a lifting plate 16 is provided on the top ends of the electric pushing rods 15, a second guiding groove 17 is provided in the lifting plate 16, which groove is through the lifting plate 16, and in which groove an H-shaped second slider 18 is slidably provided, a second servo motor 19 is provided on the side surface of the lifting plate 16, an output shaft of the second servo motor 19 is extended through the second guiding groove 17 and connected to the second drive screw 20 via a coupling, and the second drive screw 20 is threaded to a screw hole in the second slider 18, and a motor support 21 is fixedly provided on a lower surface of the second slider 18, and a placing groove is provided on a side surface of the motor support 21, and a grinding motor 22 is placed in the placing groove, and the lifting plate 16 is driven by the electric pushing rods 15 together with the grinding head on the second slider 18. The second servo motor 19 drives the second slider 18 to move through the second drive screw 20, and thus the motor support 21 and the grinding motor 22 move along, so that the position of the grinding head can be adjusted, which is thus applicable to different parts, the input end of the grinding motor 22, the input end of the second servo motor 19 and the input end of the electric pushing rods 15 are all electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group 2. The output shaft of the grinding motor 22 is extended through the motor support 21 from the lower surface and connected to the rotating shaft via a coupling, and the grinding head 24 is provided on the bottom end of the rotating shaft 23, and a debris collecting mechanism is provided on the base 1. With the device for grinding automobile parts provided in the invention, the automobile parts to be processed are placed on the parts placing table 7 and held in place by the compressing mechanism, and then the drive mechanism and the grinding mechanism are controlled by the control switch group to perform grinding process, which improves the degree of automation, is simple to operate, and has the function of holding the parts.


Preferably, the drive mechanism further comprises two first servo motors 3 fixedly arranged on the side surface of the base 1, and the two first servo motors 3 are symmetrically arranged, the input end of the first servo motor 3 is electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group 2, the upper surface of the base 1 is symmetrically provided with two first sliding grooves 5, and two T-shaped first sliders 6 are slidably arranged in the two first sliding grooves 5 respectively, and the parts placing table 7 is fixedly arranged on the upper surfaces of the two first sliders 6, and the output shaft of the first servo motor 3 extends into the first sliding grooves 5 and is connected to the first drive screw 4 through a coupling, the first drive screw 4 is threaded to the screw hole opened on the side surface of the first slider 6, and the first servo motor 3 drives the first slider 6 through the first drive screw 4, and thus drives the automobile parts to be processed to move through the parts placing table 7.


Preferably, the debris collecting mechanism further comprises a third slider 28 slidably arranged in the first sliding grooves 5, the first drive screw 4 is threaded to the screw hole opened on the side surface of the third slider 28, and a debris collecting box 25 is arranged on the top of the third slider 28, and a collecting groove is arranged in the debris collecting box 25, and a collecting fan 26 is installed in the collecting groove, and the input end of the collecting fan 26 is electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group 2, the control switch group 2 is provided with buttons corresponding to the first servo motor 3, the second servo motor 19, the grinding motor 22, the electric pushing rods 15 and the collecting fan 26, and the distance between the debris collecting box 25 and the parts placing table 7 is preferably 20-50 cm, avoiding that they are too close to affect the placement of the parts or too far to affect the collecting effect. A telescopic tube 27 is fixedly provided on the side surface of the debris collecting box 25. The debris collecting box 25 can move synchronously with the parts placing table 7 under the drive of the drive mechanism. The debris generated during the grinding process is collected into the debris collecting box 25 through the collecting fan 26, and then passed to a bin through the telescopic tube 27, which is convenient for centralized recycling and processing, and realizes the function of cleaning and collecting debris in time, avoiding excessive debris from affecting the subsequent grinding of other pats, and improving work efficiency.


Preferably, the compressing mechanism further comprises two rotatable rods 8 which are rotatably arranged on opposing ends of the upper surface of the parts placing table 7, and a sliding rod 9 is slidably provided in a groove opened on the side surface of the rotatable rods 8, a fastening bolt 10 corresponding to the sliding rod 9 is provided on the rotatable rod 8, and a screw hole is opened on the upper surface of the end of the sliding rods 9, and a compressing screw 11 is screwed in the screw hole, and a circular compressing plate 13 is rotatably provided on the lower surface of the compressing screw 11, the top end of the compressing screw 11 is fixedly provided with a screw handle 12, and the screw handle 12 is in a plum blossom shape, which is convenient to rotate the compressing screw 11. The lower surface of the compressing plate 13 is provided with a rubber anti-slip pad 14, and the lower surface of the rubber anti-slip pad 14 is provided with anti-slip pattern, which is for buffering and increasing friction. After placing the automobile parts to be processed on the parts placing table 7, depending on the size and length and width of the parts, the position of the sliding rod 9 can be adjusted and the parts can be hold in place, and then the compressing screw 11 can be adjusted through the screw handle 12 so that the parts can be hold in place with the compressing plate 13 and the rubber anti-slid pad 14, which improves the stability during grinding.


The first servo motor 3, the second servo motor 19, the grinding motor 22, the electric pushing rod 15 and the collecting fan 26 used in the present invention are all commonly used electrical devices in the prior art, and their working methods and circuit structures are all well-known from the prior art and will not be described here.


The parts of the invention not described in detail are prior art, and their specific structures, materials and working principles will not be described in detail. Although the embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, for those skilled in the art, it will be understood that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the principle and spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claim.

  • 1. A device for grinding automobile parts, comprising a base, wherein the base has a control switch group arranged on the upper surface, an input end of the control switch group is electrically connected to an output end of an external power supply, a movable L-shaped parts placing table is provided on the base, which is driven by a drive mechanism, two sets of compressing mechanisms are symmetrically provided on the upper surface of the parts placing table, two electric pushing rods are symmetrically provided on the upper surface of the base in the middle of the base, a lifting plate is provided on the top ends of the electric pushing rods, a second guiding groove is provided in the lifting plate, which groove is through the lifting plate, and an H-shaped second slider is slidably provided in the second guiding groove, a second servo motor is provided on the side surface of the lifting plate, an output shaft of the second servo motor is extended through the second guiding groove and connected to the second drive screw via a coupling, and the second drive screw is threaded to a screw hole in the second slider, and a motor support is fixedly provided on a lower surface of the second slider, and a placing groove is provided on a side surface of the motor support, and a grinding motor is placed in the placing groove, and the input end of the grinding motor, the input end of the second servo motor and the input end of the electric pushing rods are all electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group, the output shaft of the grinding motor is extended through the motor support from the lower surface and connected to the rotating shaft via a coupling, and a grinding head is provided on the bottom end of the rotating shaft, and a debris collecting mechanism is provided on the base.
  • 2. The device for grinding automobile parts according to claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism comprises two first servo motors fixedly arranged on the side surface of the base, and the two first servo motors are symmetrically arranged, the input end of the first servo motor is electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group, the upper surface of the base is symmetrically provided with two first sliding grooves, and two T-shaped first sliders are slidably arranged in the two first sliding grooves respectively, and the parts placing table is fixedly arranged on the upper surfaces of the two first sliders, and the output shaft of the first servo motor extends into the first sliding grooves and is connected to the first drive screw through a coupling, the first drive screw is threaded to the screw hole opened on the side surface of the first slider.
  • 3. The device for grinding automobile parts according to claim 2, wherein the debris collecting mechanism comprises a third slider slidably arranged in the first sliding grooves, the first drive screw is threaded to the screw hole opened on the side surface of the third slider, and a debris collecting box is arranged on the top of the third slider, and a collecting groove is arranged in the debris collecting box, and a collecting fan is installed in the collecting groove, and the input end of the collecting fan is electrically connected to the output end of the control switch group, and a telescopic tube is fixedly provided on the side surface of the debris collecting box.
  • 4. The device for grinding automobile parts according to claim 1, wherein the compressing mechanism comprises two rotatable rods which are rotatably arranged on opposing ends of the upper surface of the parts placing table, and a sliding rod is slidably provided in a groove opened on the side surface of the rotatable rods, a fastening bolt corresponding to the sliding rod is provided on the rotatable rod, and a screw hole is opened on the upper surface of the end of the sliding rods, and a compressing screw is screwed in the screw hole, and a circular compressing plate is rotatably provided on the lower surface of the compressing screw.
  • 5. The device for grinding automobile parts according to claim 4, wherein the lower surface of the compressing plate is provided with a rubber anti-slip pad, and the lower surface of the rubber anti-slip pad is provided with anti-slip pattern.
  • 6. The device for grinding automobile parts according to claim 4, wherein the top end of the compressing screw is fixedly provided with a screw handle, and the screw handle is in a plum blossom shape.
