Claims
- 1. What we claim as our invention is a device held with one hand and activated with the other hand to grab, using a three point contact, objects such as burning wood, from within a hot fireplace or campfire for the purpose of moving the object. The tool comprising:
a. Two stationary bars used to cradle the objects being moved. b. A sliding bar actuating the rotation of a linked bar with curved ends to capture and hold against the stationary bars. c. The trigger loop used in conjunction with the slot and pin action allowing controlled opening and closing of the jaws through the movement of one hand.
