Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a device for opening and closing underwear urination hole, and more specifically, to a device for opening and closing underwear urination hole, which includes magnets allowing the underwear urination hole to be automatically closed and covered with synthetic resin film to prevent corrosion during washing, and a plurality of fine protrusions formed to prevent hairs from getting caught between the magnets, thereby enhancing user convenience.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, a man's underwear has a urination hole that allows for easy urination without having to lower the underwear, and the urination hole is opened and closed by buttons and buttonholes. However, since the process of fastening the button into the button holes is cumbersome, most men leave the button undone or lower trousers and underwear to urinate.

Considering the above, Korean Utility Model Registration No. 289502 discloses an automatic closing structure of an urination hole in underwear for men, wherein a magnet is attached to an inner fiber forming an urination hole in the underwear and a metal piece is attached to an outer fiber so that the urination hole is always maintained in an automatically closed state except during the use. Accordingly, a man can easily open the urination hole by separating the magnet and the metal piece with minimal force to urinate, and after the urination, the magnet and the metal piece are automatically attached to each other to automatically close the urination hole. Therefore, the automatic closing structure of an urination hole in underwear for men allows the man to wear the underwear in a neat condition and provides good outer garment appearance.

However, the conventional products have a disadvantage in that the magnet and the metal piece are corroded during repeated washing due to the exposure thereof, leading to consumer dissatisfaction due to rust stains on the fabric. Additionally, since there is no gap in a portion where the magnet and the metal piece are in a close contact state, hairs jut out through the urination hole during the action of raising trousers after urination are caught between the magnet and the metal piece, so the underwear causes pain while the hairs are pulled or plucked when the man moves, causing discomfort in use.

DISCLOSURE
Technical Problem

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the related art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a device for opening and closing underwear urination hole, which includes magnets or a magnet and a metal piece allowing the underwear urination hole to be automatically closed and covered with synthetic resin film to prevent corrosion during washing, and a plurality of fine protrusions formed to prevent hairs from getting caught between the magnets or the magnet and the metal piece, thereby eliminating the pain associated with pulling or losing hairs.

Technical Solution

To accomplish the above-mentioned objects, according to the present invention, there is provided a device for opening and closing underwear urination hole, in which a magnet is fixed to an inner fabric of an underwear urination hole and a magnetic material which is made of a magnet or a metal piece is fixed to an outer fabric so that the urination hole is opened and closed by the magnet and the magnetic material, wherein the magnet and the magnetic material are protected from corrosion by coated parts covered with synthetic resin film, and wherein each coated part extends to the outer periphery of each of the magnet and the magnetic material, and then, is attached to the inner and outer fabrics through a sewing part.

Advantageous Effect

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for opening and closing underwear urination hole can protect the magnet and the metal piece from corrosion during washing since the magnet and the metal piece are covered with synthetic resin film. Furthermore, the device allows hairs to easily fall out through the gap formed between the magnets or the magnet and the metal piece since the film has the fine protrusions. Therefore, since the hairs are not caught to the magnet and the metal piece while a man puts on trousers after the urination, the device eliminates the pain of hairs being pulled or plucked while the man sits or walks, thereby improving the wearing comfort.

MODE FOR INVENTION

In FIGS. 1 and 2, an opening and closing device according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a magnet 20 which is sewed onto an inner fabric 10 of an urination hole, and a magnetic material 21 which is formed of a magnet or a metal piece and is sewed onto an outer fabric 11. The magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 have a coated part 30 covered with synthetic resin film. The coated part 30 has a thickness that does not interfere with the magnetic force of the magnet 20 directing toward the magnetic material 21. So, two synthetic resin films can be thermally bonded on each of sides of the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 in close contact with each other or can be sealed in a state of being embedded in an envelope-shaped film.

Moreover, the coated part 30 extends to the outer peripheries of the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21, and the extending portion is sewed into the interior of the inner fabric 10 and the outer fabric 11 through a sewing part 40. Therefore, the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are not exposed to the outside of the fabric. Additionally, the coated part 30 wrapping the magnet 20 has a plurality of fine protrusions 31 formed on the surface thereof to create gaps between the magnetic material 21 and the magnet 20. Thus, hairs can easily escape through the gaps, so the hairs are not pulled or plucked while the urination hole of the underwear is closed.

FIG. 3 illustrates an opening and closing device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The second embodiment has the same configuration as the first embodiment except that the outer periphery of the coated part 30 wrapping the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 is sewed onto the outside of the inner fabric 10 and the outer fabric 11 through a sewing part 40.

FIG. 4 illustrates an opening and closing device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are respectively formed in a ring shape having a central through-hole 22. Each of the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 has a coated part 30 covered with synthetic resin film. The through-hole 22 is blocked by the coated part 30. The coated part 30 covering the through-hole 22, and the inner fabric 10 or the outer fabric 11 are coupled through a rivet bonding part 41, so the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are fixed to the corresponding fabric. In addition, the coated part 30 covering the magnet 20 has a plurality of fine protrusions 31 formed on the surface thereof to create gaps between the magnetic material 21 and the magnet 20. Thus, hairs can easily escape through the gaps, so the hairs are not pulled or plucked while the urination hole of the underwear is closed.

FIG. 5 illustrates an opening and closing device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which has the same configuration as the third embodiment. However, the fourth embodiment differs from the third embodiment in that the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are fixed to each of the fabrics 10 and 11 through a sewing part 40 without using the rivet bonding part 41 to the coated part 30 blocking the through-hole 22.

FIG. 6 illustrates an opening and closing device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. Each of the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 has a coated part 30 covered with synthetic resin film. The opposing surfaces of the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are wrapped and fixed by an incorrodible non-ferrous metal covering 50, and the outer circumference of the covering 50 has a ā€œUā€-shaped fixation groove 52 bent towards the respective fabrics 10 and 11. In case of the fabrics 10 and 11, while a fixation ring 60 having a fixation piece 61 is compressed toward the covering ring 50, the fixation piece 61 is compressed toward the corresponding fixation groove 52, so the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are fixed to the inner fabric 10 and the outer fabric 11 through the fixation ring 60 and the cover ring 50.

In addition, the covering 50 on which the magnet 20 is fixed has a plurality of fine protrusion 51 formed on the opposing surface facing the magnetic material 21, so the coverings 50 formed on both sides are not in close contact with each other but maintain a gap therebetween. Thus, hairs can easily escape through the gaps, so the hairs are not pulled or plucked while the urination hole of the underwear is closed.

FIG. 7 illustrates an opening and closing device according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, wherein the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are formed in a ring shape having a central through-hole 22, and a coated part 30 covered with synthetic resin film. The opposing surfaces of the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are wrapped and fixed by an incorrodible non-ferrous metal covering 50. Each covering 50 extends up to the through-hole 22 to block the through-hole 22, and the center of each covering 50 has a pin hole 53 formed to communicate with the through-hole 22. Furthermore, in case of each of the fabrics 10 and 11, while a fixation ring 60 having a fixation pin 62 is compressed toward the covering ring 50, the fixation pin 62 is compressed toward the corresponding pin hole 53, so the magnet 20 and the magnetic material 21 are fixed to the inner fabric 10 and the outer fabric 11 through the fixation ring 60 and the cover ring 50.
