At a time when living standards have improved, people are greatly interested in their outfits in addition to their housing and eating habits. Thus, various types of accessories are used for ornament. Among other things, neckties are most frequently used as an accessory.

Suits are usually worn with neckties. When a necktie is worn, the necktie is wound around the neck in the shape of a loop in the state where the collar of a Y-shirt is lifted and knotted in the middle portion thereof. Thus, the wide portion of the necktie comes to the front while the narrow portion is hidden beneath the wide portion.

Such neckties tend to be worn not only by office workers but also by students who wear school uniforms.

Wearers often feel inconvenient when they wear usual neckties. In particularly, students feel inconvenient when tying a necktie because it is not easy for them to tie a necktie knot. Additionally, it takes time for them to tie a necktie.

Further, there are times when an exposed part or a necklace part becomes long depending on the position of the knot. In this case, wearers have to repeat tying and untying neckties to tie neckties rightly. Thus, much time and effort are spent on tying a necktie.

As a means to solve such problems, various type of devices for putting on a necktie have been developed. However, wearers still feel inconvenient when tying neckties, and neckties sometimes escape from the devices.

FIGS. 1 to 3 are perspective views schematically illustrating an appearance of a device for putting on a necktie according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view schematically illustrating specific configurations of a device for putting on a necktie according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a sectional view schematically illustrating an inner structure of a device for putting on a necktie according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a sectional view schematically illustrating a structure of a length fixing means of a device for putting on a necktie according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is an exemplary view of a state in which a necktie is worn using a device for putting on a necktie according to an embodiment of the present invention.

A device for putting on a necktie according to an embodiment of the present invention enables a necktie to be quickly worn with no need to tie a necktie knot and includes a main body 200, a swivel body 300, a cover body 100 and a fixing strap 400.

The main body 200 is configured to be convexly curved toward the front such that a necktie accommodating space 201 with a concave shape is formed at the rear of the main body 200. The necktie accommodating space 201 is provided with a stumbling rod 210 for supporting and suspending a necktie 10. The stumbling rod 210 is configured to horizontally cross the necktie accommodating space 201 and is positioned disproportionately near the rear of the necktie accommodating space with respect to the center of the necktie accommodating space 201.

One end of the swivel body 300 is coupled to one end of the main body 200 swivably and foldably. That is, the main body 200 includes a hinge shaft coupling part 250 at the end of one side thereof, and the swivel body 300 includes a hinge shaft 301 at one end thereof so as to be swivably coupled to the hinge shaft coupling part 250. Thus, the swivel body is coupled to the main body 200 swivably and foldably through the hinge shaft 301. Further, the swivel body 300 includes a coupling protrusion 310 on one side thereof, and the main body 200 includes a coupling hole 220 in a position corresponding to that of the coupling protrusion 310 on one side thereof such that the coupling protrusion 310 is inserted into and engaged with the coupling hole 220. The swivel body 300 is fixed in the state of being folded because the coupling protrusion 310 is engaged with the coupling hole 220.

The swivel body 300 is configured to pressurize and fix the necktie 10 arranged in the necktie accommodating space 201 in the state where the swivel body is swiveled and folded into the main body 200. More specifically, swivel body 300 includes a pressurizing protrusion part 320 on one side thereof at the front surface thereof so as to pressurize and fix the necktie 10 in the state where the swivel body 300 is swiveled and folded into the main body 200, and the pressurizing protrusion part 320 is configured to be convexly curved toward the front thereof such that the front surface of the pressurizing protrusion part 320 is located at a predetermined distance P away from the rear surface of the main body 200 in the state where the swivel body 300 is swiveled and folded into the main body 200. Thus, the necktie 10 arranged in necktie accommodating space 201 is closely contacted and pressurized by the pressurizing protrusion part 320 at a gap P between the front surface of the pressurizing protrusion part 320 and the rear surface of the main body 200 as the swivel body 300 is swiveled and folded into the main body 200, so as to be fixed.

The cover body 100 is coupled to the main body 200 so as to cover the front surface of the main body 200, and the front surface of the cover body 100 may include a separate color or pattern N2 for ornament. Additionally, the main body 200 and the swivel body 300 are configured not to be exposed outwards to the front in the state where the cover body 100 is coupled to the front surface of the main body 200.

That is, a separate color or pattern N2 is formed at the cover body 100 such that the cover body functions as an ornament. Additionally, the cover body 100 is configured to cover all the main body 200 and the swivel body 300. Thus, only the cover body 100 is seen from the outside.

Further, the cover body 100 is configured to have the shape of a necktie knot. Thus, the cover body may be viewed as a necktie knot from the outside in the state where a necktie 10 is worn. In this case, an ornamental pattern N2 of the cover body 100 may be different from an ornamental pattern N1 of the necktie 10 (ref. FIG. 7). By doing so, the knot of the necktie (i.e. cover body) may have aesthetic features different from those of the necktie 10, thereby making the necktie more unique and stylish.

Meanwhile, the cover body 100 may be fixed and coupled to the front surface of the main body 200 in the way the cover body is joined to the front surface of the main body 200. However, the cover body 100 may be detachably coupled to the main body 200 such that users may separately replace the cover body 100 with another one, thereby enabling the user to show different aesthetic features.

The fixing strap 400 is coupled to the main body 200 so as to fix the main body 200 to the neck of users. The fixing strap may consist of various materials such as woven fabric or an elastic material etc. and may be configured as various forms such as a strap etc.

Steps of wearing a necktie 10 with a device for putting on a necktie 20 include rotating a swivel body 300 such that the swivel body escapes from a main body 200 in the rear direction thereof and opening a necktie accommodating space 201, as illustrated as the dotted line in FIG. 5, and in this state, suspending a middle section of the necktie 10 on a stumbling rod 210 of the main body 200 such that the necktie 10 is supported and suspended by the stumbling rod 210. In this case, the necktie 10, as illustrated as the dotted line in FIG. 5, remains suspended perpendicularly by means of the self-weight thereof.

In this state, when the swivel body 300 is swiveled and folded so as to contact the main body 200, a pressurizing protrusion part 320 of the swivel body 300 pressurizes the perpendicularly suspended necktie 10 toward while moving toward the front. After the swivel body 300 is swiveled and folded, a gap P is created between the pressurizing protrusion part 320 and the main body 200, and the necktie 10 is closely contacted and pressurized by the pressurizing protrusion part 320 at the gap P so as to he fixed. The necktie 10 is closely contacted and pressurized by the pressurizing protrusion part 320 at the gap P so as to be fixed.

In this case, a rear surface constituting the necktie accommodating space 201 of the main body 200 is convexly curved toward the front of the main body, and in response to this, the pressurizing protrusion part 320 of the swivel body 300 is also convexly curved toward the front thereof. The necktie 10 is convexly curved toward the front at the gap P while being closely contacted and pressurized by the pressurizing protrusion part 320. That is, the portion of the necktie 10, which is exposed toward the lower portion of the main body 200, is convexly curved toward the front like a usual necktie knot. Thus, the necktie may become more voluminous and aesthetic.

Additionally, the center in the widthwise direction of the necktie 10 moves toward the front thereof because the stumbling rod 210 of the main body 200 is positioned disproportionately toward the rear of the main body with respect to the center thereof in the process in which the necktie 10 is closely contacted and pressurized by the pressurizing protrusion part 320 of the swivel body 300. Thus, an exposed part of the necktie 10 looks more voluminous.

Further, the lower end portion of the inner surface of the rear of the main body 200 is configured to become smaller in width toward the lower end of the main body and configured as an inclined surface 202. By doing so, in the process in which the necktie 10 is exposed outwards from the lower end of the main body 200, the main body 200 may protrude further toward the front of the necktie 10 at the boundary at which the necktie is exposed. Thus, the exposed portion of the necktie 10 may become more voluminous.

As described above, the necktie 10 may be fixed only by swiveling and folding the swivel body 300 in the state where the necktie 10 is suspended on the stumbling rod 210. In this state, the fixing strap 400 is wound around the neck and the main body 200 is fixed. Then the process of wearing the necktie is completed.

As a result, unlike usual neckties that are knotted, a necktie 10, which is worn with a device for putting on a necktie 20 according to the present invention, does not have to be knotted, thereby enabling users to wear necktie easily and quickly. In particular, the cover body 100 functioning as a necktie knot ornament and the necktie 10 may be sensed differently. Thus, the necktie looks more unique and aesthetic.

Meanwhile, the fixing strap 400 is wound around the neck and coupled to the main body 200 so as to fix the main body 200 to the neck, and both ends of the fixing strap 400 penetrate the main body 200 from the outside and are inserted into the same.

To this end, a fixing strap insertion hole 230, as illustrated in FIG. 4, is formed at the ends of both sides of the upper end of the main body 200, so as to allow the fixing strap 400 to penetrate the necktie accommodating space 201 from the outside and to be inserted into the same, in the state where the cover body 100 is coupled to the ends of both sides of the upper end of the main body 200. The fixing strap insertion hole 230 is formed in the main body 200 so as not to be exposed the front of the cover body 100.

As described above, the fixing strap 400, having penetrated the necktie accommodating space 201 of the main body 200 from the outside and having been inserted into the same, may not normally operate due to the twisting of the fixing strap and the interference of other members in the necktie accommodating space 201. For instance, the fixing strap 400 has to be movably arranged while passing through the fixing strap insertion hole 230 such that the length of the fixing strap wound around the neck may be adjusted. However, if the fixing strap is twisted and interfered by other members in the necktie accommodating space 201, a problem that the fixing strap may not move, etc. may take place.

Thus, as a means to solve such a problem, a fixing strap guide hole 240 may be formed at one side of the main body 200 so as to guide the arrangement of the fixing strap 400 having penetrated the necktie accommodating space from the outside and having been inserted into the same through the fixing strap insertion hole 230. The fixing strap guide hole 240 may be formed at a portion near the fixing strap insertion hole 230, and the fixing strap 400 is arranged in the way the fixing strap penetrates and passes through the fixing strap guide hole 240. Thus, the arrangement of the fixing strap 400 is fixed and guided by the fixing strap guide hole 240.

Meanwhile, a device for putting on a necktie 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a length fixing means 500 so as to adjust and fix the length of the fixing strap 400.

That is, the fixing strap is wound around the neck so as to fix the main body 200 to the neck. In this case, the length of the fixing strap 400 has to be adjusted and fixed because the width of the neck varies from user to user and because the fixing strap 400 is loosened or tightened in the process of wearing the necktie.

In order to adjust the length of the fixing strap 400 and fix the same, the swivel body 300 includes a discharge penetration hole 330 such that both ends of the fixing strap 400, having been inserted into the necktie accommodating space 201, penetrate the discharge penetration hole and are discharged outwards. Further, the length fixing means 500 includes a moving block 510 provided with a stumbling penetration hole 511 such that the fixing strap 400, having passed through the discharge penetration hole 330, is inserted into and penetrates the stumbling penetrations holes, and an elastic member 520 providing elasticity to the moving block 510 such that the moving block 510 elastically moves in a direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the discharge penetration hole 330.

More specifically, the swivel body 300 includes an insertion guide groove 340 such that the moving block 510 is inserted into the insertion guide groove and moves elastically, and the discharge penetration hole 330 is respectively formed on both sides of the insertion guide groove 340. The elastic member 520 is arranged on the bottom surface of the insertion guide groove 340 and provides elasticity to the moving block such that the moving block 510 moves in the direction in which the moving block escapes from the insertion guide groove 340. The moving block 510 includes a stumbling penetration hole 511 formed in a direction parallel with the discharge penetration hole 330.

In this case, the fixing strap 400, as illustrated in FIG. 6, passes through the discharge penetration hole 330 on one side of the insertion guide groove 340, penetrates the stumbling penetration hole 511 of the moving block 510 and then passes through the discharge penetration hole 330 on the other side of the insertion guide groove 340 so as to be discharged outwards.

In such an arrangement, when the moving block 510 elastically moves to the left with respect to the direction illustrated in FIG. 6 by means of the elastic member 520, the discharge penetration hole 330 and the stumbling penetration hole 511 move in the direction in which the discharge penetration hole and the stumbling penetration hole miss each other. When the discharge penetration hole 330 and the stumbling penetration hole 511 move in the direction in which the discharge penetration hole and the stumbling penetration hole miss each other, the discharge penetration hole 330 and the stumbling penetration hole 511 pressurize the fixing strap 400 simultaneously penetrating the discharge penetration hole 330 and the stumbling penetration hole 511 in the direction opposite to each other so as to fix the fixing strap 400.

As result, a fixing force for fixing the fixing strap 400 takes place by means of the elasticity of the elastic member 520 that elastically moves the moving block 510.

Thus, such that the fixing strap 400 is moved, and then the length of the fixing strap 400 is adjusted in the state where the fixing strap 400 is pressurized and fixed, the moving block 510 is pressurized in the direction in which the moving block resists elasticity and is moved to the right with respect to the direction illustrated in FIG. 6. Additionally, the discharge penetration hole 330 and the stumbling penetration hole 511 are positioned on the same straight line again. Then, the fixing strap 400 is unpressurized, and in this state, the fixing strap 400 wound around the neck is freely moved such that the length of the fixing strap 400 is adjusted.
