Claims
- 1. A device for storing a bicycle, said device comprising:a support including an anchor positioned on an anchor tube, and further including a base for mounting said device, said base including a base tube, wherein said anchor is swivel-mounted on said base, and wherein said anchor tube can rotate relative to said base tube to allow said anchor to swivel; an arm mounted on and pivotally supported by said anchor and movable between first and second arm positions, said arm having an attachment for supporting said bicycle thereon; a spring device connected between said support and said arm, said spring device being movable from a retracted position to an extended position, said movement of said spring device generating a force to urge said arm from said first arm position to said second arm position; and a damper connected between said support and said arm to resist movement of said arm from said second arm position to said first arm position.
