The present invention relates to a device worn on a person's arm that is used to wipe the moisture off a person's footwear.
Sports are played on a surface which has a finish that renders the floors extremely smooth and tends to reduce the traction between the shoe soles of the players and the floor. Dust and other debris on the floor tends to accumulate on the soles of persons footwear. This makes the bottom of a person's footwear slippery. Athletes cannot leave the court to wipe the soles of their shoes during a game.
US patent publication 20120011749 relates to a wiping device being a friable layer or an absorbent pad made of a material that can absorb and retain a fluid composition that can be attached to an item of clothing, such as a sock, shoe or compression sleeve. The device is impregnated with an adhesive-type tacky substance that is released when a shoe sole is wiped against it to clean the shoe sole and allow surface dust and debris to be removed from the shoe sole. The deposited substance also forms a film or coating that remains adhered to the surface of the shoe sole to improve traction by imparting tackiness to the shoe sole.
U.S. Pat. No. 5,555,564 relates to a shoe sole wiping pad that is sewn to the outer portion of an athletic sock's upper tube portion. The wiping pad retains moisture and has a moisture-bearing wiping surface that removes dust and debris from the sole of an athletic shoe when the wearer wipes the sole across the pad. A moisture barrier isolates the wiping pad from the upper portion of the sock to prevent moisture from soaking into the sock from the wiping pad. The invention relates to garments worn over the foot and lower leg.
U.S. Pat. No. 5,318,371 relates to a pine tar carrier and dispenser for use by baseball and softball players that can be mounted on their wrist and forearm and that includes a pine tar applicator that can be covered up when not in use, but readily accessible while at home plate for applying pine tar to a bat. The device comprises a flexible band for mounting on the limb of the player, at least one fabric fastener panel connected to an outside portion of the band, and an absorbent cloth for containing pine tar connected to the fabric fastener by the opposing fabric fastener (hook and loop) so the absorbent cloth can be removed from the limb band and a means for covering the pine tar absorbent cloth when the device is not in use, but carried on the person.

It is an object of the present invention for the device as part of the sleeve to have a mechanism for opening the device with a user's fingers.
It is an object of the present invention for the mechanism for opening the device to allow the user to pull up a top of the device, exposing the wipes which are used to wipe the bottom of a person's footwear.
It is an object of the present invention for the mechanism for opening the device to use fingers placed within the mechanism, to open the device.
It is an object of the present invention for the wiping part to be attached by an attachment mechanism to the device. It is an object of the present invention for the attachment mechanism to include hooks and loops. It is an object of the present invention for the device to comprise a further compartment which has a separate wiping device attached by a further attachment mechanism.
The present invention relates to a device that is part of a sleeve worn around a person's arm. The device contains a wipe for taking moisture or debris from the bottom of a user's footwear.
It is an object of the present invention for the device to be in an open or closed position. The device comprises a mechanism for opening the device. It is an object of the present invention for a user to use their fingers to open the device.
It is an object of the present invention for the device to have a closed band wherein a user places their fingers into the closed band and lifts the band to open the device.
It is an object of the present invention for the device to have an open band wherein a user places their fingers underneath the band and lifts the band to open the device.
It is an object of the present invention for the device to have finger holes wherein a user places their fingers into the finger holes and lifts the finger holes to open the device.
It is an object of the present invention for the top half of the device to snap into the bottom half of the device and to be separated from the bottom half of the device.
The present invention relates to a device that is part of a sleeve work around a person's forearm. The device having a top half and a bottom half. The device is opened up separating the top half from the bottom half. The top half of the device contains the wipes. A person's fingers are placed in a mechanism in the top half of the device where a user can then rub the wipes contained in the top half of the device against the bottom of a user's footwear.
The present invention comprises a device that is part of a sleeve worn around a person's arm. The top half of the device separates from the bottom half of the device, wherein wipes are held against the bottom of the device. Singular wipes can be removed from the device when open. Wipes can be replaced in the device. The device is closed after the wipes are removed for use.
