I, Shirley A. Miezwa, have Invented a new Youth Oriented, Recreational, Swing Applicable, Safety Harness Device, here and after, referred to as the “Device”, and described as set forth in the following Specification:
The claimed Device is a product constructed with a plastic molded chair sub structure (FIG. 1-J), encompassed by an externally sewn cloth covering (FIG. 1-L), which in turn is designed to safely contain within a child sleeper like pocket (FIG. 1-K), a young child. Once the adult guardian has placed the child within the Device's sleeper like pocket, and secured the child via the Device's waist (FIG. 1-H), and crotch (FIG. 1-I), straps, the Device in it's entirety, is designed to allow an adult guardian the option of attaching the Device via it's attachment straps (FIG. 1-A, B, C, and D), with special end clasps (FIG. 1-M), and swing seat wrap strap (FIG. 1-E), to any swing, of any swing set, if the chosen swing is suspended by either two ropes, two chains, or two rods. This process thereby allows the Adult Guardian via the Device to safely push the child at any swing set of any School Yard, Recreational Area, Local Park, or Private Home, that does not have a vacant Child Safety Swing.
