Claims
- 1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence substantially identical to SEQ ID NO: 4.
- 2. An expression construct comprising the nucleic acid of claim 1 operably linked to a transcriptional control region.
- 3. A host cell comprising the expression construct of claim 2.
- 4. A method of producing a protein encoded by SEQ ID NO: 4, the method comprising culturing the host cell of claim 3 under conditions permitting expression of said protein.
- 5. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence that hybridizes under stringent conditions to SEQ ID NO: 4, or the complement thereof.
- 6. An expression construct comprising the nucleic acid of claim 5 operably linked to a transcriptional control region.
- 7. A host cell comprising the expression construct of claim 6.
- 8. A method of producing a protein encoded by SEQ ID NO: 4, the method comprising culturing the host cell of claim 7 under conditions permitting expression of said protein.
- 9. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence substantially identical to SEQ ID NO: 6.
- 10. An expression construct comprising the nucleic acid of claim 9 operably linked to a transcriptional control region.
- 11. A host cell comprising the expression construct of claim 10.
- 12. A method of producing a protein encoded by SEQ ID NO: 6, the method comprising culturing the host cell of claim 11 under conditions permitting expression of said protein.
- 13. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence that hybridizes under stringent conditions to SEQ ID NO: 6, or the complement thereof.
- 14. An expression construct comprising the nucleic acid of claim 13 operably linked to a transcriptional control region.

- 20. A method of producing a protein encoded by SEQ ID NO: 7, the method comprising culturing the host cell of claim 19 under conditions permitting expression of said protein.
- 21. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence that hybridizes under stringent conditions to SEQ ID No: 7, or the complement thereof.
- 22. An expression construct comprising the nucleic acid of claim 21 operably linked to a transcriptional control region.

- 29. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a sequence that hybridizes under stringent conditions to SEQ ID No: 8, or the complement thereof.
- 30. An expression construct comprising the nucleic acid of claim 29 operably linked to a transcriptional control region.

- 32. A method of producing a protein encoded by SEQ ID NO: 8, the method comprising culturing the host cell of claim 31 under conditions permitting expression of said protein.

A kit comprising a first probe that hybridizes to a target under stringent conditions, wherein said target is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, and SEQ ID: 9, or complements thereof.
- 34. The kit of claim 33, further comprising a second probe that hybridizes to a target under stringent conditions, wherein said target is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ
ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, and SEQ ID: 9, or complements thereof.
- 35. A kit of claim 34, further comprising suitable reaction buffer components.
- 36. A kit of claim 35, wherein said kit is adapted for use in PCR amplification of the specific target.
- 37. A kit as in claim 35, wherein said kit is adapted for use in in situ hybridization.
A kit of claim 35, wherein said kit is adapted for use in RNase protection assay.

A DNA chip comprising nucleotide sequences capable of hybridizing to one or more members of a panel of DNA sequences selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, and SEQ ID NO: 9, or complements thereof.

A kit comprising probes specific for at least one protein containing an amino acid sequence corresponding to the translation of at least one nucleic acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, and SEQ ID NO: 9.
