Claims
- 1. A diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine of the formula (I) or its salt: ##STR341## wherein X is --CW.sup.1 R.sup.1, Y is C.sub.1-18 alkyl, --CW.sup.3 R.sup.6, --COCOR.sup.7, NHCOR.sup.7, --C(--W.sup.3)W.sup.4 R.sup.8, --(NH)[1].sub.m SO.sub.2 R.sup.9, --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 OR.sup.10 or --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 N(R.sup.11)R.sup.12, wherein R.sup.1 is thienyl which may be substituted, benzothienyl which may be substituted, tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, thiazolyl which may be substituted, furanyl which may be substituted or benzofuranyl which may be substituted, each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, which are independent from one another, is a chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, R.sup.7 is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or phenoxy which may be substituted, each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkenyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkynyl which may be substituted, C.sub.3-18 cycloalkyl which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or benzyl which may be substituted, each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, each of W.sup.1, W.sup.3 and W.sup.4, which are independent from one another, is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and m is 0 or 1;
- wherein the substituent for each of the chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the alkyl which may be substituted and the alkoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, the alkyl which may be substituted, the alkenyl which may be substituted and the alkynyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, and the alkyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1.about. alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino or C.sub.1-18 alkyl-substituted amino; and the substituent for each of the thienyl which may be substituted, the benzothienyl which may be substituted, the tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, the thiazolyl which may be substituted, the furanyl which may be substituted and the benzofuranyl which may be substituted for R.sup.1, the monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, the polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the phenyl which may be substituted and the phenoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, and the cycloalkyl which may be substituted, the phenyl which may be substituted and the benzyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkyl, C.sub.1-18 haloalkyl, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino, C.sub.1-18 alkyl substituted amino, cyano or nitro.
- 2. The diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine derivative or its salt according to claim 1, wherein said hydrocarbon group for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9 is C.sub.1-18 alkyl, C.sub.2-18 alkenyl or C.sub.2-18 alkynyl; said monocyclic hydrocarbon group for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9 is C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl or phenyl; and said polycyclic hydrocarbon group for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9 is naphthyl, tetrahydronaphthyl, indanyl, adamantyl, noradamantyl, norbornanyl or norbornanonyl.
- 3. The diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine derivative or its salt according to claim 1, wherein Y is --SO.sub.2 R.sup.9.
- 4. The diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine derivative or its salt according to claim 1, wherein R.sup.1 is thienyl which may be substituted, and Y is --SO.sub.2 R.sup.9, wherein R.sup.9 is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkenyl which may be substituted, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl which may be substituted or phenyl which may be substituted.
- 5. The diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine derivative or its salt according to claim 1, wherein the diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine derivative is at least one derivative selected from the group consisting of N-[2-methylsulfonylamino-5-trifluoromethyl-3-pyridyl)-2-thiophenecarboxamide, and N-(2-trifluoromethylsulfonylamino-5-trifluoromethyl-3-pyridyl-2-thiophenecarboxamide.
- 6. A phospholipase A.sub.2 inhibitor which contains as an active ingredient a diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine of the formula (I) or its salt: ##STR342## wherein X is --CW.sup.1 R.sup.1, Y is C.sub.1-18 alkyl, --CW.sup.3 R.sup.6, --COCOR.sup.7, --NHCOR.sup.7, --C(.dbd.W.sup.3)W.sup.4 R.sup.8, --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 R.sup.9, --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 OR.sup.10 or --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 N(R.sup.11)R.sup.12, wherein R.sup.1 is thienyl which may be substituted, benzothienyl which may be substituted, tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, thiazolyl which may be substituted, furanyl which may be substituted or benzofuranyl which may be substituted R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, which are independent from one another, is a chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, R.sup.7 is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or phenoxy which may be substituted, each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkenyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkynyl which may be substituted, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or benzyl which may be substituted, each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, each of W.sup.1, W.sup.3 and W.sup.4, which are independent from one another, is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and m is 0 or 1;
- wherein the substituent for each of the chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the alkyl which may be substituted and the alkoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, the alkyl which may be substituted, the alkenyl which may be substituted and the alkynyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, and the alkyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino or C.sub.1-18 alkyl-substituted amino; and the substituent for each of the thienyl which may be substituted, the benzothienyl which may be substituted, the tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, the thiazolyl which may be substituted, the furanyl which may be substituted and the benzofuranyl which may be substituted for R.sup.1, the monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, the polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the phenyl which may be substituted and the phenoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, and the cycloalkyl which may be substituted, the phenyl which may be substituted and the benzyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkyl, halo C.sub.1-18 alkyl, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino, C.sub.1-18 alkyl substituted amino, cyano or nitro.
- 7. An anti-inflammatory agent with contains as an active ingredient a diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine of the formula (I) or its salt: ##STR343## wherein X is --CW.sup.1 R.sup.1, Y is alkyl, --CW.sup.3 R.sup.6, --COCOR.sup.7, --NHCOR.sup.7, --C(.dbd.W.sup.3)W.sup.4 R.sup.8, --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 R.sup.9, --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 OR.sup.10 or --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 N(R.sup.11)R.sup.12, wherein R.sup.1 is thienyl which may be substituted, benzothienyl which may be substituted, tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, thiazolyl which may be substituted, furanyl which may be substituted or benzofuranyl which may be substituted, each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, which are independent from one another, is a chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, R.sup.7, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or phenoxy which may be substituted, each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkenyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkynyl which may be substituted, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or benzyl which may be substituted, each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, each of W.sup.1, W.sup.3 and W.sup.4, which are independent from one another, is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and m is 0 or 1;
- wherein the substituted for each of the chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the alkyl which may be substituted and the alkoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, the alkyl which may be substituted, the alkenyl which may be substituted and the alkynyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, and the alkyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino or C.sub.1-18 alkyl-substituted amino; and the substituent for each of the thienyl which may be substituted, the benzothienyl which may be substituted, the tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, the thiazolyl which may be substituted, the furanyl which may be substituted and the benzofuranyl which may be substituted for R.sup.1, the monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, the polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the phenyl which may be substituted and the phenoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, and the cycloalkyl which may be substituted, the phenyl which may be substituted and the benzyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkyl, halo C.sub.1-18 alkyl, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino, C.sub.1-18 alkyl substituted amino, cyano or nitro.
- 8. An anti-pancreatitis agent which contains as an active ingredient a diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine of the formula (I) or its salt; ##STR344## wherein X is --CW.sup.1 R.sup.1, Y is C.sub.1-18 alkyl, --CW.sup.3 R.sup.6, --COCOR.sup.7, --NHCOR.sup.7, --C(.dbd.W.sup.3)W.sup.4 R.sup.8, --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 R.sup.9, --(NH).sub.m SO.sub.2 OR.sup.10 or --(NH.sub.m SO.sub.2 N(R.sup.11)R.sup.12, wherein R.sup.1 is thienyl which may be substituted, benzothienyl which may substituted, tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, thiazolyl which may be substituted, furanyl which may be substituted or benzofuranyl which may be substituted each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, which are independent from one another, is a chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, a polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, R.sup.7 is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or phenoxy which may be substituted, each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkenyl which may be substituted, C.sub.2-18 alkynyl which may be substituted, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl which may be substituted, phenyl which may be substituted or benzyl which may be substituted, each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, which are independent from one another, is C.sub.1-18 alkyl which may be substituted, each of W.sup.1, W.sup.3 and W.sup.4, which are independent from one another, is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, and m is 0 or 1;
- wherein the substituent for each of the chain hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the alkyl which may be substituted and the alkoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, the alkyl which may be substituted, the alkenyl which may be substituted and the alkynyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, the alkyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.11 and R.sup.12, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino or C.sub.1-18 alkyl-substituted amino; and the substituent for each of the thienyl which may be substituted, the benzothienyl which may be substituted, the tetrahydrobenzothienyl which may be substituted, the thiazolyl which may be substituted, the furanyl which may be substituted and the benzofuranyl which may be substituted for R.sup.1, the monocyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted, the polycyclic hydrocarbon group which may be substituted for each of R.sup.6 and R.sup.9, the phenyl which may be substituted and the phenoxy which may be substituted for R.sup.7, and the cycloalkyl which may be substituted, the phenyl which may be substituted and the benzyl which may be substituted for each of R.sup.8 and R.sup.10, is one or more halogen atoms, C.sub.1-18 alkyl, halo C.sub.1-18 alkyl, C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, halo C.sub.1-18 alkoxy, C.sub.1-18 alkylthio, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-8 cycloalkoxy, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyl, C.sub.5-8 cycloalkenyloxy, C.sub.1-18 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-18 alkylcarbonyloxy, aryl, aryloxy, arylthio, amino, C.sub.1-18 alkyl substituted amino, cyano or nitro.
- 9. The diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine or a salt according to claim 1, wherein the diaminotrifluoromethylpyridine derivative is (N-(2-trifluoromethylsulfonylamino-5-trifluoromethyl-3-pyridyl)-2-thiophenecarboxamide).
- 10. N-(2-methylsulfonylamino-5-trifluoromethyl-3-pyridyl)-3-(2-thienyl)acrylamide.
