SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Diamond Roller is a diamond shaped exercise device that contains a main roller which mobilizes the device to move freely in 360 degrees. The main roller is located in the main roller chamber.
The mini rollers allow the main roller to move without making contact with the main roller chamber.
The device targets the small and larger muscles in the body. One of the purposes of the device is to give the smaller muscles in the body a chance to develop before injury. The device is a low impact workout that is a simulation of swimming without water. The Diamond Roller targets anyone that wants to get a efficient workout in a short period of time.
