Abstract

The Diamond Roller is a diamond shaped exercise device that contains a main roller which mobilizes the device to move freely in 360 degrees. This is a unique device made to enhance an athlete and non-athletes work out. The device targets the smaller and larger muscles in the body. One of the purposes of the device is to give smaller muscles in the body a chance to develop before injury. You want to start out with one device to work out one side of your body. The goal is to get to the point where you can use two devices at once and see your full potential. The device is a simulation of swimming without water. With this device you will never have to touch a weight again.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Diamond Roller is a diamond shaped exercise device that contains a main roller which mobilizes the device to move freely in 360 degrees. The main roller is located in the main roller chamber.

The mini rollers allow the main roller to move without making contact with the main roller chamber.

The device targets the small and larger muscles in the body. One of the purposes of the device is to give the smaller muscles in the body a chance to develop before injury. The device is a low impact workout that is a simulation of swimming without water. The Diamond Roller targets anyone that wants to get a efficient workout in a short period of time.

Claims

1. The Diamond Roller is a diamond shape exercise device that contains a main roller which mobilizes the device to move freely in 360 degrees. The device has a braking function that keeps the roller from moving until you squeeze the handle to disengage the brake to start your low impact workout. Squeezing the brake which is engaged by compression springs which helps to strengthen the smaller muscles in the forearm. The connector slots allows you to connect two devices together with a six inch stud bolt. Move the device in a small circular motion until you can advance to a larger circular motion and to more advance movements. The device is a simulation of swimming without water.

2. The main roller is located in the main roller chamber. The mini roller allow the main roller to move without making contact with the main roller chamber. The Diamond Roller components are made up of:10 inch diamond shape housing, Three ⅔ of inch springs, One 3 inch in diameter, main roller(ball), Eight 2/8 of an inch in diameter, mini rollers (ball), Two 2 inch connector slots, It has a braking device to activate and de-activate the main roller and it has four finger holes on one side and a thumb hole on the other side. When you place your palm on the palm flat foam on top, the finger hole can be access.

3. This is a unique device made to enhance an athlete and non-athletes work out. The device targets the smaller and larger muscles in the body. One of the purposes of this device is to give smaller muscles in the body a chance to develop before injury. The device is used to enhance the push-up position. You can start on your knees until you progress to the next level. As you continue to use the Diamond Roller your muscle tone and circulation endurance improves.
