The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of furniture, and particularly relates to a disassemblable table.
As the very common furniture in the today's life, the table generally includes a table board and a plurality of table legs, the plurality of table legs are fixed to the bottom face of the desk board in a same connecting manner, and the table legs abut against the table board, to achieve the placing stability of the table board.
To ensure each table leg's supporting stability to the table board, a manufacturer usually fixes and welds the table legs of the table made of a metal material to the bottom face of the table board in a way of welding and fixing. Although this connecting way can ensure a higher structural stability of the table, it certainly leads to greater space occupied by the table, and transportation costs are very high for long-distance transportation of batches of tables.
For the above-mentioned problem existing in the prior art, the objective of the present disclosure is to propose a disassemblable table, and the technical problem to be addressed by the present disclosure is to reduce the transportation cost of the table while ensuring the structural stability of the table.
The objective of the present disclosure can be implemented by the following technical solution: a disassemblable table, including a table board and a plurality of table legs, where the disassemblable table further includes a ringlike connecting frame, the connecting frame is located below the table board and disposed among the plurality of table legs, a side wall of each of the table legs is provided with a U-shaped connecting clip, the connecting clips are clamped with an outer side wall of the connecting frame and bolted and locked through fasteners, a bottom face of the table board is provided with a ringlike fixing frame, and an upper end of each of the table legs is joined with an outer wall of the fixing frame and bolted and locked through the fasteners.
Compared with the prior art, the disassemblable table has the following advantages: the connecting frame is provided such that the connecting rods on the plurality of table legs are in fit connection with the ringlike connecting frame to form an overall support module, and the table board is supported through the support module. Compared with the fact that each table leg is equivalent to an independent support module in the prior art, this solution can ensure the integrity of the support module through this arrangement, thus achieving a more table support action on the table board. However, on this basis, when the table requires long-distance transportation, the above-mentioned support module can also be divided into the plurality of table legs and the connecting frame structure directly, thus achieving the technical effect that the table board, the plurality of table legs and the connecting frame are stacked and stored in respective, then achieving the technical effect of using the compartment space reasonably, to ensure the lower transportation cost of the table. Meanwhile, various table legs can be clamped with the outer wall of the connecting frame through the connecting clips for being pre-positioned before bolted and locked with the connecting frame through screws, to ensure the assembling convenience. Besides, the fixing frame provided on the bottom face of the table board replaces the bottom face of the table board to be joined with the various table legs, thus preventing the table board structure from being destroyed while ensuring the connecting stability between the table legs and the table board.
In the above-mentioned disassemblable table, the table board includes at least two board bodies formed by splicing a plurality of strip boards, a U-shaped connecting rod is fixed to the bottom face of each board body, and the two board bodies are docked such that the two connecting rods enclose, and are bolted and locked through the fasteners to form the fixing frame. The plurality of strip board are spiced to form the board bodies constituting the table board, thus reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the table board, meanwhile the U-shaped connecting rods are fixedly disposed on the bottom faces of the board bodies, to ensure the connecting firmness of each strip board; besides, when the two board bodies are docked, the connecting rods on the bottom faces of the two board bodies can also enclose to form the ringlike fixing frame, and the two connecting rods are locked through the fasteners, to play a role in enhancing the connecting strength of the two board bodies.
In the above-mentioned disassemblable table, a stiffener that is disposed along a width direction of each of the strip boards and fixedly connected with the connecting rod is also fixedly disposed on the bottom face of each of the board bodies, and the stiffener of one of the board bodies has a connecting portion that is joined with the other board body and bolted and locked through the fasteners. The higher structural strength of the board bodies formed by splicing the plurality of strip boards is ensured by setting the stiffener, at the same time the structural strength of the connecting rod is enhanced; at the same time, when the two board bodies are docked and fixed, the fasteners can be assembled at one end part of one stiffener, and one of the strip boards on the other board body can be bolted and locked through the fasteners, thus further improving the structural stability of the table board formed by connecting the two board bodies.
In the above-mentioned disassemblable table, an outer edge of each of the board bodies has an outer edge board extending from one end of the board body to the other end of the board body, and both ends of the two board bodies are provided with locking sheets that are joined with the two outer edge boards in respective and bolted and locked through the fasteners. The locking sheets are joined with interiors of the two outer edge boards in respective, and the outer edge boards and the locking sheets are bolted and locked through two fasteners, thus ensuring the structural stability of the table board formed by connecting the two board bodies.
In the above-mentioned disassemblable table, an umbrella port is provided on one strip board, a limiting frame in which a limiting port is formed is provided in the connecting frame, and the limiting port is located just below the umbrella port such that the table formed by assembling can be directly used in combination with a sun umbrella, and meanwhile the cooperation of the umbrella port and the limiting port ensures the mounting stability of the subsequent sun subsequent.
In the above-mentioned disassemblable table, the bottom face of the strip board with the umbrella port is provided with a limiting ring, and the limiting ring is disposed around the umbrella port. Thus, the depth of the umbrella port is increased, achieving the action of guiding an umbrella shaft of the sun umbrella when the sun umbrella is plugged and mounted.
