Abstract
The invention relates to display devices for displaying artworks, advertising materials, informational materials, materials of a decorative nature, and the like, in public or private setting.
Description

The invention relates to demonstration devices designed to display fine and audiovisual art, advertising and information, decorative materials that represent both independent and/or integral parts of independent objects of contemporary art. The invention also relates to the field of contemporary art, advertising and information technologies, demonstration and exhibition technologies in trade, as well as a decorative and/or lighting part of interior design, exterior and open spaces, as an independent or integral part of the decor in interior design, landscape design and architecture, in the field of creating and designing souvenirs and jewelry that can be used in these spheres both, as well as another aspects.

It is known a mobile demonstration device [1], which consists of sequences of solid geometric shapes, polygons, connected to each other universal joints, in such a way that one polygonal movement is transferred to the others. Polygons can be tetrahedra or other tetrahedral geometric elements, triangular faces of which enclose sides of an unequal proportion. For example, according to the invention a distinct number of six or more tetrahedral may be connected into a continuous setting. An odd or even number of 3D polygons composed of triangular elements with unequal maximum values can also be associated with formation of continuous and curved chains together constituting a demonstration device and representing the core concept of the invention.

The disadvantage of this solution is that the initial display on the faces of the tetrahedra is fragmented and the concept of the promotional image only appears when all the elements are in the same plane, but nevertheless are seen fragmented on the triangular surfaces of the tetrahedra.

It is also known another device [2] with an advertising surface in the form of a cube, which contains a guideway along which the cube goes up and down simultaneously rotating around a vertical axis. The advertising surface is similar to a balloon, which rises and falls relative to the base under different temperature conditions.

The disadvantage of this solution is that, despite the fact that the advertising surface of the device has a cubic shape and therefore contains six faces, only four of them participate in the display of advertising content.

The main disadvantage of the known devices is that the materials exposed on the display surfaces are too scattered, although they cover all the faces, or vice versa, they are displayed only on a part of the available surfaces.

The technical problem solved by the invention is to create a device in which the advertising body and the display allow you to sequentially view all the faces (display surfaces) due to the shape of a regular polyhedron.

According to the invention the device solves the above technical problem in that it consists of a base with a rotating drive mechanism, a drive shaft with a rod axially movable in relation to the drive shaft with the possibility of being fixed on it with a lock, a three-dimensional body rigidly fixed on a rod at the top towards its diagonal of a regular polyhedron with the possibility of rotation or suspended from the rod at the top with the possibility of rotation, its demonstration plates being fixed to a space frame, which contains reinforcing elements inside.

The advantage of the invention in comparison with the prior technical level lies in the high degree of visualization of the display surfaces and the mobility, expressed in the fact that the device can be used both when it is installed on the ground and in a suspended position.

The invention is illustrated by the images in FIG. 1 . . . FIG. 9 which represent:

One of the embodiments of the device with a display 3D cube-shaped body floor standing version is described as follows.

According to the invention the device (FIG. 1; FIG. 2; FIG. 4) contains a base 1, equipped with a rotation drive mechanism 2 of a known design, connected to a stationary power source in a known manner, but not described here, which rotates a hollow drive shaft 3, mounted on bearings 4 in the recess S of the base 1. The drive shaft 3 contains in its cavity a coaxial rod 6 with the possibility of its axial movement, which with the help of a lock 7 can be fixed on the shaft 3. A demonstration three-dimensional body 8 in the form of a cube, consisting of an inner frame 9 in the form of a cube with reinforcing elements 10 and on its outer side of six removable demonstration plates 11 attached to the frame 9 in a manner known but not described here is fixed at the free end of the rod 6, on one of vertices. Neighboring plates 11 on each of the edges of the body 8 form gaps 12 between themselves. An autonomous current source 13 is rigidly fixed inside the body 8 on the reinforcing elements 10 or on the rod 6 with the possibility of recharging from a stationary energy source, known but not described here, several light sources 14, several sound sources 15, set apart in space from each other, depending on the purpose of the visual and/or sound effect of the impact. These elements are located as close as possible to the center of gravity of the body 8 and are balanced. Also inside the body 8 there is a receiver-actuator 16 of programmed commands for the sources 14 and 15, controlled and/or programmed by the transmitter 17 of the remote control. On base 1 there is a receiver-actuator 18, which executes programmed commands for the rotation mechanism 2, set manually and/or remotely by the device 17. Devices 16, 17 and 18 are known per se, but are not described here and can use any currently known data transfer technologies (infrared, Bluetooth, WiFi, 40 or 50). Device 16 is programmable, equipped with a microprocessor and USB connector interfaces. The display content of the plates 11 can vary: paintings, engravings, bas-reliefs, promotional materials, decorative glass, ornaments, mirrors, active LED panels, TV panels, etc. Content topics can be different for each of the plates 11 or one general concept.

The demonstration device operates as follows. After the device is installed in the place desired for display, in a public or private space, one adjusts the required height at which the body 8 will be placed manipulating the lock 7 and the rod 6. The power source is connected to infeed the rotation drive mechanism 2. The speed of rotation of the body 8 is programmed manually by means of device 18 or remotely by means of device 17. By means of device 17, the operating mode is programmed for sources of light 14 and sound 15, which are powered by a current source 13. According to the selected program a stream of light and sound is emitted through the gaps 12, from the inside to the outside of the case. If necessary, the body 8 can also be illuminated from the outside in a known manner, but not described here. Due to the fact that the body 8, having the shape of a cube and being installed on top, makes all the faces of the cube visible, i.e., all surfaces of the display plates 11 sequentially move in front of the visitor, displaying their content.

The suspended version of the device (FIG. 3) differs from that described above only in the following. The inverted base 1 is rigidly fixed or temporarily attached to the ceiling of a public or private space. Suspension and looking device 19 of the known design, not described here is rigidly mounted at the free end of the rod 6. The body 8 is attached and fixed to the device 19 by the top.

The operating mode of the device and the control of the device in the suspended state are identical to those described above.
