Description


FIG. 1 is a front view of a first embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof of an electrical test or measurement device with a graphical user interface showing our new design in an environment of an electrical test or measurement device.



FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof of an electrical test or measurement device with a graphical user interface showing our new design according to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 but with the environment removed for clarity of disclosure.



FIG. 3 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof of an electrical test or measurement device with a graphical user interface showing our new design according to a second embodiment.



FIG. 4 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof of an electrical test or measurement device with a graphical user interface showing our new design according to a third embodiment; and,



FIG. 5 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof of an electrical test or measurement device with a graphical user interface showing our new design according to a fourth embodiment.


The broken lines in FIG. 1 showing an electrical test or measurement device illustrate environment for the display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The rectangular broken line perimeter in each of FIGS. 2 to 5 illustrates a display screen or portion thereof of an electrical test or measurement device and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines in FIGS. 2 to 5 show aspects of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.


The graphical user interface according to the second, third, and fourth embodiments shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5 respectively, may be substituted for the graphical user interface according to the first embodiment shown on the display screen of the electrical test or measurement device in FIG. 1.

  • The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof of an electrical test or measurement device with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
