The claim is directed towards a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface according to two embodiments. The first image of each embodiment, FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, are identical. In the first embodiment, shown in FIGS. 1-3, the elements of the animated graphical user interface appear to rotate in a counter clockwise direction. In the second embodiment, shown in FIGS. 4-7, the elements of the animated graphical user interface appear to rotate in a clockwise direction.
The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3 and FIGS. 4-7. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.
The broken lines, texts, and numerals in the figures show portions of the animated graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.
The reference characters and lead lines in FIG. 1 form no part of the claimed design.
The outmost dot-dashed lines in the figures show a display screen or portion thereof, and form no part of the claimed design.
