The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface transitions between the images shown FIGS. 1 through 2 responsive to user input selecting a corresponding menu item.

The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of alphanumeric characters and icons is for environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The showing of the outer perimeter of the display screen forms part of the claimed design.

While particular icons and alphanumeric characters are disclaimed, the claimed design requires that the combination and arrangement of these disclaimed icons and alphanumeric characters appearing in FIG. 1 appear identically in the smaller rectangle of FIG. 2, albeit in the scaled down aspect ratio as shown.
