FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen, or portion thereof, with graphical user interface, showing a first image in a sequence showing our design;



FIG. 2 is a second image in the sequence that includes FIG. 1; and,



FIG. 3 is a third image in the sequence that includes FIG. 1.


The broken line at the periphery of the graphical user interface illustrates the display screen, and the remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.


The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

  • The ornamental design for a display screen, or portion thereof, with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
