This application is related to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 16/379,724, entitled “Mystery Symbol Bonus Symbol Reveal” and U.S. patent application Ser. No. 29/686,998, entitled “Display Screen or Portion Thereof With Transitional Graphical User Interface,” both of which are being filed on the same day as the present application and both of which are hereby incorporated by reference and for all purposes.

FIG. 1 is a first image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof;

FIG. 4 is the fourth image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is the fifth image thereof.

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
