The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the drawings. The broken lines illustrate the display screen, and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface, and form no part of the claimed design. The appearance of the figures sequentially transition between FIGS. 1-4. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
