The outer edge of the portion of the display screen is understood to be congruent with the outer edge of the user interface. The subject matter in this patent includes a process or period in which various images change into other images. This process or period forms no part of the claimed design.

  • The ornamental design for a display screen with a transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
