Abstract
A display unit, attached to a bar forming a handlebar, frame or stem of a bicycle with a securing tool, comprises a body having a display part capable of realizing a first display state displaying first data (traveling speed, for example) and a second state displaying second data (traveling distance, for example). The first and second display states are switched by pressing down body from above.

Claims
  • 1. A display unit attached to a bar, comprising a body having a display part capable of realizing a first display state displaying first data and a second display state displaying second data, wherein said first and second display states are switched by pressing down said body from above.
  • 2. The display unit according to claim 1, further comprising a securing tool for securing said body to said bar, wherein said body is rotatably supported on said securing tool, and a changeover switch for switching said first and second display states is so provided as to protrude from a surface of said body opposite to said securing tool.
  • 3. The display unit according to claim 2, wherein the center of gravity of said display unit is opposite to said changeover switch with respect to a fulcrum supporting said body.
  • 4. The display unit according to claim 2, further comprising a storage mechanism storing electric power for displaying data on said display part, wherein the center of gravity of said storage mechanism is opposite to said changeover switch with respect to a fulcrum supporting said body.
  • 5. The display unit according to claim 1, wherein said bar is a handlebar, frame or stem of a two-wheeler.
