- each of said first folding guide means being defined by said adjacent intersections of adjacent shoulder panel and arm panel peripheral edges disposed on opposite sides of said foldable blank; and
- a first pair of parallel score lines extending across said blank between said adjacent intersections of adjacent shoulder panel and arm panel peripheral edges disposed on opposite sides of said foldable blank;
- said pair of second folding guide means spaced on the periphery of said blank comprise:
- a first set of curved flared portions spaced along one side of said blank;
- a second set of curved flared portions spaced along the opposite side of said blank; and
- a second pair of parallel score lines parallel to said first pair of parallel score lines extending across said blank between adjacent curved flared portions disposed on opposite sides of said blank.
- 6. A disposable container adapted for administering unit dosages of medication comprising:
- a chamber comprising:
- a tubing segment;
- said tubing segment sealed along a first sealing line on the bottom of said tubing segment;
- means to seal said tubing segment along a second sealing line at the top of said tubing segment transverse to said first sealing line to form a closed tetrahedral-shaped chamber;
- a folded base member comprising:
- a base surface;
- a pair of arms extending divergingly upward from said base surface, said arms connected to said base inwardly of the extremities of said base,
- means connecting said chamber between said arms to support said chamber; and;
- said arms being unconnected to each other near the upper ends thereof.
- 7. The disposable container adapted for administering unit dosages of medication according to claim 6 wherein:
- the lines of intersection of said arms and said base are substantially parallel lines in spaced relation; and
- said first sealing line on the bottom of said tubing segment is disposed between and substantially parallel to said lines of intersection of said arms and said base.
- 8. The disposable container adapted for administering unit dosages according to claim 6 wherein said means connecting said chamber between said arms comprise adhesive means disposed on said arms to adhere to the sides of said chamber in contact with said arms.
- 9. The disposable container adapted for administering unit dosages according to claim 6 wherein said means to seal said tubing segment along a second sealing line at the top of said tubing segment comprise heat seal means fusing said tubing closed.
- 10. The disposable container adapted for administering unit dosages according to claim 6 wherein said means to seal said tubing segment along a second sealing line at the top of said tubing segment comprise:
- a rod shaped member,
- the top portion of said tubing segment wrapped around said rod shaped member;
