Claims
- 1. A liner for a child car seat with a seat belt or straps, and said liner
Comprising a sheet-like material with:
A first absorbent layer, and a second nonpermeable layer; and a plurality of scored points of reduced thickness and reduced strength in said sheet-like material, said scored points being adapted to be ruptured or cut easily and receive the seat belts or straps of the car seat.
- 2. A liner according to claim 1 where said liner is shaped to fit into and conform with a child car seat.
- 3. A liner according to claim 2 wherein scored points are positioned on the liner so that they correspond with and cooperate with the belt or straps of a child car seat.
- 4. A liner according to claim 1 where said liner is shaped to fit around and conform with a protective arm of a child car seat.
- 5. A liner according to claim 4 wherein said scored points are positioned on the liner so that they correspond with and cooperate with the belt or strap of the protective arm of a child car seat.
- 6. A liner according to claim 1 where said liner is shaped to fit over and into a child booster seat.
- 7. A liner according to claim 6 where said scored points are positioned on the liner so that they correspond with and cooperate with the belt or straps of a child car booster seat.
- 8. A liner according to claim 1 with an elastic edging that causes the edge to contract around the edges of a child car seat.
- 9. A liner according to claim 8 whereas the elastic edging in a side central region of the liner causes the liner edge to stand up above the car seat edge.
- 10. A liner according to claim 1 with an intermediate absorbent layer between said first and second layers.
- 11. A liner according to claim 1 with a bottom side, and with adhesive on all or part of the bottom side.
- 12. A liner according to claim 1 with a security strap attached to the liner, said security strap comprising a first securement tab at a distal end of said strap, and said liner also having a second tab on the liner or attached to the liner for receiving first said securement tab.
- 13. A liner according to claim 1 made of disposable materials.
- 14. A liner according to claim 1 made of washable materials.
- 15. A liner according to claim 1 with a back surface, and with securement tabs on the back surface adapted to adhere to the car seat.
- 16. A liner according to claim 2 wherein pre-cut holes are positioned on the liner so that they correspond with and cooperate with the belt or strap of a child car seat according to a specific manufacturer design.
