DISPOSABLE SYSTEM OF DOG AND PET EXCREMENT COLLECTION

Abstract

The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement is an invention for easy and intact way to collect dog and all pets excrements.

Description

The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement is an invention, which consists of a foldable and folding shovel with a single foldable and folding handle, which with two simple movements the user wraps it, crush the two sides of the handle and forms the final shovel. With a folding and collapsible cover (lid), which is connected to the perforator with the perforated method, i.e., cut intermittently, so that the user can detach and cut the cover (lid) from the shovel by a simple and easy way. The cover (lid) is used as a help to collect the dirt, as a scrubber, which, after entering the dirt into the shovel, covers the excrements within the shovel and seals it with the ends at its ends, right and left, entering the corresponding recesses of the shovel. Then, the user throws it away by making his debt to the environment and hygiene of all of us.

The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement is foldable to fit in pockets, bags, etc, and with a hole at the top of the handle to hang on the dog strap for easy transport.

The proposed dimensions are 10×15 cm without any size limitation, i.e. with the possibility of increasing or decreasing the size.

This easy system is designed to facilitate the collection of dog excrements and all other domestic animals by the owners by an intact, civilized and ecological way.

The material for its manufacture consists of double corrugated recyclable paper (recyclable and recycled paper), but it may consist of reinforced paper or plastic or polystyrene or aluminum, as well as biodegradable material.

Advantages of the invention are the intact way of collecting the excrements, the avoidance of transmission of microbes and diseases and the avoidance of disgusting spectacle on streets and parks, without the invention polluting the environment since it is manufactured by recycled and recyclable paper.

The invention is characterized of being disposable, intact, easily transported to the dog's stroll, whether folded in the pocket or hung on the dog strap.

It may have an artificial flavor of fruit or flower or to be odorless.

It can be in a variety of colors and drawings/sketches to be enjoyable both in appearance and in odor from the user.

It can be manufactured without the cover (lid), only the shovel for lower production costs.

It can also be built without the handle and in place of t it may have an overhang that is supported by the user's thumb, with a corresponding cover (lid).

The cover (lid) can be constructed with two recesses on the side of the handle which when the user closes and seals the shovel the two recesses will penetrate the recesses in the shovel for stronger grip.

FIG. 1, shows the entire invention opened and assembled, i.e. the shovel (1) with the cover (lid) (2), and the hole (3) for easy transfer to the strap, which are analyzed in the claims.

FIG. 2, illustrates the entire invention, foldable and unassembled, as will be initially provided to the user for ease of transportation and economy of capacity.

FIG. 3, refers to the shovel (1) with the cover (lid) (2), the dashed line (4) connecting these two parts, the extensions on the sides of the cover (lid), right (5) and left (6), the recesses on the shovel, right (7) and left (8) and to the two holes (3) on the handle (9) of the shovel and the handle (10) of the cover (lid).

FIG. 4, refers to the configuration of the handle (9) belonging to the shovel, with the two extensions, right (12) and left (13) of the sides (11) of the handle (9), the two recesses, right (14) and left (15) in the recesses of the back of the shovel, in order to be formed the entire shovel, but also to correctly hold and secure the handle to the rest of the system as shown in FIG. 5.

FIG. 5, refers to the assembled shovel (1) and its cut-off from the cover (lid) (2).

FIG. 6, refers to the cut-off cover (lid) (2), the sides (16) of the cover (lid) (10) which when it folds will form a handle for the collections of the excrements by a simple wipe and then, the excrement penetrate into the shove; (1) with the help of the cover (lid) (2) so that by a simple closure to have the result that is shown in FIG. 1.

Claims

1. The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement consists of a single handle with a hole at the top of it, a folding cover (lid), a pin that connects the two parts, and a plastic hook, it is manufactured by reinforced paper or plastic or polyethylene or disposable aluminum, it is characterized by a foldable and collapsible shovel (1) with a cover (lid) (2) without a pin, which are joined by a dashed line to be cut and the cover (lid) (2) is detached from the user which wipes the excrements into the shovel and seals them on it and has a hole (3) to hang the system on the dog strap for ease of transport and is characterized by a double corrugated recycled and recyclable paper.

The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement according to claim 1, it is characterized by a shovel, FIG. 4 (1) folding and collapsing, with a single handle (9) folding and collapsing, where the two extensions on the right (12) and left (13) (9) are inserted into the two recesses of the back that are in the shovel, right (14) and left (15), so that the shovel is formed, and that the handle is correctly held and locked in the rest of the system, FIG. 5 (9, 11).

The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement according to claims 1 and 2, is characterized by a foldable and detachable cover (lid), FIG. 3 (2), the handle FIG. 3(10) which is integral and foldable. The cover (lid) FIG. 3 (2) is connected to the shovel, FIG. 3 (1) with a dashed line, FIG. 3 (4) between the two main parts. The dashed line between the two main parts, FIGS. 5 (1 and 2) serves to be easily detached from the user and used as a scrubber for collecting the excrements, FIG. 6 and finally to be closed and sealed with the help of the two extensions, right and left, FIG. 6 (5, 6).

The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement according to claims 1, 2 and 3, is characterized that it is foldable and collapsible, FIG. 2 and has two identical holes in the handles of the two main parts, FIG. 3 (3) for easy transportation and either in pocket, bag, etc. or hung on the dog strap after the user has assembled the entire system.

5. The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement according to claims 1, 2, 3 and 4 is characterized by a variety of artificial fragrances or is odorless and has a variety of colors, designs and sketches.

6. The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 is characterized in that it is in the dimensions of 10×15 cm, without limiting size.

7. The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 is characterized by two extensions on the sides of the cover (lid) so as to penetrate into the recesses that are on the shovel and characterized also without the cover (lid) for lower production costs but also without a handle but with a small overhang for the thumb.

8. The disposable system/collector of dog and domestic pet excrement according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 is characterized by a semicircle engraved with a dotted line on the cover (lid) in order to be entered to the hole in the handle of the shovel for a stronger sealing of the system.
