Abstract
Disclosed herein is a cosmetic assembly. The cosmetic assembly includes: a hinge unit extending from a first lateral surface to a second lateral surface; and a leg unit being hinge-coupled to the hinge unit and elongated from an end to another end, the end of the leg unit being connected to the hinge unit, the other end of the leg unit having a cosmetic product. The leg unit includes: a first leg unit being hinge-coupled to the first lateral surface of the hinge unit; and a second leg unit being hinge-coupled to the second lateral surface of the hinge unit. An angle formed between the first leg unit and the second leg unit depends on rotation of the first leg unit and the second leg unit with respect to the hinge unit.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a double hinged cosmetic assembly, and more particularly, to a double hinged cosmetic assembly capable of adjusting an angle between two cosmetic products connected with each other by a hinge.


Background Art

When a user does make-up using a cosmetic container containing cosmetic ingredients or a makeup set, such as brushes, there may be inconvenience in use and keeping. For instance, a user who mainly do eye makeup and lip makeup has to individually carry an eyeliner and a lipstick. However, if the user does not carry one of the eyeliner and the lipstick, the user may feel inconvenient.


Therefore, a cosmetic product to which various cosmetic containers or makeup tools are connected may be considered. Because the cosmetic product having various cosmetic containers or makeup tools may increase user convenience, people demand development of such a cosmetic product.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a double hinged cosmetic assembly to which various cosmetic products are connected.


It is another object of the present invention to provide a double hinged cosmetic assembly, which can adjust an angle between the various cosmetic products.


It is a further object of the present invention to provide a double hinged cosmetic assembly which has a case accommodating and protecting the various cosmetic products.


The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is not limited to the technical problem as mentioned above, and another technical problem, which is not mentioned, could be clearly understood by those having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains based on the description below.


To accomplish the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a cosmetic assembly including: a hinge unit extending from a first lateral surface to a second lateral surface; and a leg unit being hinge-coupled to the hinge unit and elongated from an end to another end, the end of the leg unit being connected to the hinge unit, the other end of the leg unit having a cosmetic product, wherein the leg unit includes: a first leg unit being hinge-coupled to the first lateral surface of the hinge unit; and a second leg unit being hinge-coupled to the second lateral surface of the hinge unit, and an angle formed between the first leg unit and the second leg unit depends on rotation of the first leg unit and the second leg unit with respect to the hinge unit.


The double hinged cosmetic assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention may connect various cosmetic products with each other.


The double hinged cosmetic assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention may adjust an angle between the various cosmetic products.


The double hinged cosmetic assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention may have a case accommodating and protecting the various cosmetic products.


The effects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned effects and further effects derivable from the constitution of the invention described in the detailed description of the invention or in claims may be included in the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in several different forms and are not limited to the embodiments described herein. In addition, parts irrelevant to description are omitted in the drawings in order to clearly explain embodiments of the present invention. Similar parts are denoted by similar reference numerals throughout this specification.


Throughout this specification, when a part is referred to as being “connected” to another part, this includes “direct connection” and “indirect connection” via an intervening part. Also, when a certain part “includes” a certain component, other components are not excluded unless explicitly described otherwise, and other components may in fact be included.


It will be further understood that the words or terms used in the present invention are used to describe specific embodiments of the present invention and there is no intent to limit the present invention. The singular form of the components may be understood into the plural form unless otherwise specifically stated in the context. It should be also understood that the terms of ‘include’ or ‘have’ in the specification are used to mean that there are characteristics, numbers, steps, operations, components, parts, or combinations of the steps, operations, components and parts described in the specification and there is no intent to exclude existence or possibility of other characteristics, numbers, steps, operations, components, parts, or combinations of the steps, operations, components and parts.



FIG. 1 is a view showing a double hinged cosmetic assembly according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The double hinged cosmetic assembly 10 may be called a “cosmetic assembly”.


Referring to FIG. 1, the cosmetic assembly 10 may include a leg unit 100 and a hinge unit 200. The leg unit 100 may include a first leg unit 100a and a second leg unit 100b. The first leg unit 100a may substantially have the same structure as the second leg unit 100b. The leg unit 100 may be elongated from an end to another end.


An end portion of the first leg unit 100a may be hinge-coupled to the hinge unit 200. That is, the first leg unit 100a may be rotatably coupled to the hinge unit 200. The first leg unit 100a may be coupled to a first side of the hinge unit 200.


An end portion of the second leg unit 100b may be hinge-coupled with the hinge unit 200. That is, the second leg unit 100b may be rotatably coupled to the hinge unit 200. The second leg unit 100b may be coupled to a second side of the hinge unit 200. The second side of the hinge unit 200 may be located at the opposite side of the first of the hinge unit 200.


The first leg unit 100a may form an angle with respect to the hinge unit 200. The angle formed between the first leg unit 100a and the hinge unit 200 may be called a “first angle”. The second leg unit 100b may form an angle with respect to the hinge unit 200. The angle formed between the second leg unit 100b and the hinge unit 200 may be called a “second angle”.


The first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may form angles on the basis of the hinge unit 200. The angles formed by the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may be determined by the first angle and the second angle.


Referring to FIG. 1(a), the angles formed by the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may be 180 degrees in substance. For instance, the first leg unit 100a may be located at the opposite side of the second leg unit 100b. In this instance, the cosmetic assembly 10 may be in an unfolded state. Not shown in the drawings, but the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may be arranged side by side. In this instance, the cosmetic assembly 10 may be in a folded state.


Referring to FIG. 1(b), the angles formed by the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may be lower than 180 degrees or may be zero degree. In this instance, the cosmetic assembly 10 may be in an intermediate state.


A cosmetic product may be located on another end portion of the leg unit 100. The cosmetic product may include a cosmetic applicator and/or a makeup tool. The cosmetic product located on another end portion of the first leg unit 100a may differ from the cosmetic product located on another end portion of the second leg unit 100b. In this instance, the cosmetic assembly 10 may provide the user with convenience to use different cosmetic products.



FIG. 2 is a view showing the double hinged cosmetic assembly of FIG. 1(a) seen from another angle.


Referring to FIG. 2, the leg unit 100 may include a rod 110 and a hinge module 120. The hinge module 120 may be formed at the end portion of the leg unit 100. The hinge module 120 may be hinge-coupled with the hinge unit 200. The hinge module 120 may include a first hinge module 120a and a second hinge module 120b. The first leg unit 100a may include the first hinge module 120a. The second leg unit 100b may include the second hinge module 120b.


For instance, an end of the rod 110 may be connected to the hinge module 120. The rod 110 may be elongated from the hinge module 120 to another end. The rod 110 may include a first rod 110a and a second rod 110b. The first leg unit 100a may include the first rod 110a. The second leg unit 100b may include the second rod 110b.


The leg unit 100 may include a cosmetic module 130. The cosmetic module 130 may include a cosmetic product. Alternatively, the cosmetic module 130 may contain cosmetic ingredients. The cosmetic module 130 may be connected to the other end of the rod 110. For instance, the cosmetic module 130 may be elongated from the other end of the rod 110. The cosmetic module 130 may be coupled to the rod 110. For instance, the cosmetic module 130 is coupled to the rod 110 to be replaceable.


The cosmetic module 130 may include a first cosmetic module 130a and a second cosmetic module 130b. The first cosmetic module 130a may be coupled to the first rod 110a. The second cosmetic module 130b may be coupled to the second rod 110b. The first leg unit 100a may include the first cosmetic module 130a. The second leg unit 100b may include the second cosmetic module 130b.


The first cosmetic module 130a may include, for instance, a brush. The second cosmetic module 130b may include an eyebrow pencil (not shown). The brush and/or the eyebrow pencil may be replaceable.


The first cosmetic module 130a and the second cosmetic module 140b may functionally complement each other. Therefore, a user who carries the second cosmetic module 130b may demand or need the first cosmetic module 130a. So, if the cosmetic assembly 10 includes not only the first cosmetic module 130a but also the second cosmetic module 130b, it may increase the utility of the cosmetic assembly 10.


The user may do makeup using the cosmetic assembly 10 which is in the unfolded state. The cosmetic assembly 10 of the unfolded state has a shape for allowing the user to easily do makeup. The user may immediately use the first cosmetic module 130a after using the second cosmetic module 130b. After finishing makeup, the user can change the state of the cosmetic assembly 10 into the folded state. Because the cosmetic assembly 10 in the folded state is relatively small, it is relatively suitable for keeping and carrying.



FIG. 3 is a view showing a leg unit 100 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a view showing the leg unit of FIG. 3 seen from another angle.


Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the leg unit 100 may include a hinge module 120. The hinge module 120 may form an end portion of the leg unit 100. The hinge module 120 may be hinge-coupled to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2). For instance, the hinge module 120 may be hinge-coupled to one surface of the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2). The portion of the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2) which is coupled to the hinge module 120 will be called a “hinge-coupled portion”.


The hinge module 120 may include a hinge frame 121. The hinge frame 121 may form a frame of the hinge module 120. The hinge frame 121 may accommodate a part of the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2). For instance, the hinge frame 121 may accommodate the hinge-coupled portion of the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2).


The hinge frame 121 may have an inner space. The inner space formed in the hinge frame 121 may be opened partially. For instance, the inner space formed in the hinge frame 121 may be opened toward a front side and an upper side. A part of the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2) may be located in the inner space formed in the hinge frame 121.


The hinge-coupled portion located in the inner space of the hinge frame 121 may be elongated to the remaining portion of the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2) through the opened areas of the inner space of the hinge frame 121.


The hinge frame 121 may include a bottom panel 1214. The bottom panel 1214 may be connected to the rod 110. The bottom panel 1214 may form the bottom of the hinge frame 121.


The hinge frame 121 may include a first lateral surface panel 1211 and a second lateral surface panel 1212. The first lateral surface panel 1211 and the second lateral surface panel 1212 may be extended upwardly from both ends of the bottom panel 1214. The first lateral surface panel 1211 and the second lateral surface panel 1212 may be spaced apart from each other to face each other.


The hinge frame 121 may include a rear panel 1213. The rear panel 1213 may be extended upwardly from the bottom panel 1214. The rear panel 1213 may be extended from a rear end of the first lateral surface panel 1211 and extended to a rear end of the second lateral surface panel 1212. The first lateral surface panel 1211, the second lateral surface panel 1212, the rear panel 1213, and the bottom panel 1214 may form the space opened at the front and the top.


The hinge module 120 may include a first hinge coupling portion 123. The first hinge coupling portion 123 may be coupled to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2). The first hinge coupling portion 123 may be located on the hinge frame 121. For instance, the first hinge coupling portion 123 may be formed at the hinge frame 121. For instance, the first hinge coupling portion 123 may be dented on an inner surface of the hinge frame 121. The inner surface of the hinge frame 121 means a surface facing the inner space formed by the hinge frame 121.


The first hinge coupling portion 123 may be located, for instance, on the first lateral surface panel 1211 and/or the second lateral surface panel 1212. The first hinge coupling portion 123 may include a first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1231 and a second lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1232.


The first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1231 may be located on the first lateral surface panel 1211. The second lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1232 may be located on the second lateral surface panel 1212. The first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1231 may be formed to be concave toward the second lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1232. The second lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1232 may be formed to be concave toward the first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1231.


The first hinge coupling portion 123 may form a rotation axis of the hinge module 120. The rotation axis of the hinge module 120 may be set on the basis of the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2). The rotation axis of the hinge module 120 may be a virtual axis. A contour of the first hinge coupling portion 123 may include at least a part of a circle. The hinge module 120 may rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2) on the basis of the first hinge coupling portion 123.


The hinge module 120 may include a first stopper module 125. The first stopper module 125 may be coupled to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2). The first stopper module 125 may restrain rotation with respect to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2) of the hinge module 120. For instance, if an external force less than a predetermined size is applied to the leg unit 100, rotation with respect to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2) of the hinge module 120 may be restrained by an action between the first stopper module 125 and the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2). Additionally, if an external force more than a predetermined size is applied to the leg unit 100, the hinge module 120 may rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2).


The first stopper module 125 may form the hinge frame 121. The first stopper module 125 may be formed, for instance, by protruding from the hinge frame 121. The first stopper module 125 may be formed, for instance, by protruding from the inner surface of the hinge frame 121.


The first stopper module 125 may include a first lateral surface first stopper module 1251 and a second lateral surface first stopper module 1252. The first lateral surface first stopper module 1251 is located on a lower end portion of the first lateral surface panel 1211. The second lateral surface first stopper module 1252 may be located on a lower end portion of the second lateral surface panel 1212.



FIG. 5 is a view showing the leg unit of FIG. 3 seen from another angle.


Referring to FIG. 5, the rod 110 may be elongated from the hinge module 120. For instance, the rod 110 may be connected to the bottom panel 1214. An end portion of the rod 110 may be connected to the hinge module 120. The rod 110 may be elongated from an end to another end. A longitudinal direction of the rod 110 may be aligned with a direction facing from the end to the other end of the rod 110.


The rod 110 may include a rod body 111. The rod body 111 may be elongated in the longitudinal direction. An end of the rod body 111 may be connected or coupled to the hinge module 120. For instance, the rod body 111 may be elongated from the hinge module 120. The rod body 111 may have a hollow portion formed therein. The cosmetic module 130 (See FIG. 2) may be inserted into the hollow portion formed in the rod body 111. In other words, a portion of the cosmetic module 130 (See FIG. 2) may be located in the hollow portion formed in the rod body 111.


The rod 110 may include an outer rod coupling portion 113. The outer rod coupling portion 113 may be located on an outer surface of the rod body 111. The outer surface of the rod body 111 means a surface which is observable from the outside of the rod body 111. The outer rod coupling portion 113 may be coupled to a cap, which will be described later. The outer rod coupling portion 113 may be adjacent to the end of the rod body 111.


The rod 110 may include a rod opening part 115. The rod opening part 115 may be formed at another end of the rod body 111. The rod opening part 115 may be connected to the hollow portion formed in the rod body 111. The cosmetic module 130 (See FIG. 2) may be inserted into the rod body 111 through the rod opening part 115.


The rod 110 may include an inner rod coupling portion 117. The inner rod coupling portion 117 may be adjacent to the rod opening part 115. The inner rod coupling portion 117 may be located on an inner surface of the rod body 111. The inner surface of the rod body 111 means a surface which gets in contact with the hollow portion formed in the rod body 111. The inner rod coupling portion 117 may be coupled to the cosmetic module 130 (See FIG. 2).



FIG. 6 is a view showing the hinge unit 200 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.


Referring to FIG. 6, the hinge unit 200 may be elongated from the first lateral surface to the second lateral surface. The first lateral surface of the hinge unit 200 may be coupled to the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2). The second lateral surface of the hinge unit 200 may be coupled to the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2).


The hinge unit 200 may include a hinge body 210. The hinge body 210 may form a frame of the hinge unit 200. The hinge body 210 may be in a cylindrical shape overall.


The hinge body 210 may include a hinge body first lateral surface 211 and a hinge body second lateral surface (not shown). The hinge body first lateral surface 211 and the hinge body second lateral surface (not shown) may form a part of an outer surface of the hinge body 210.


The hinge body second lateral surface (not shown) may be located at the opposite side of the hinge body first lateral surface 211. A direction that the hinge body second lateral surface (not shown) faces may be opposite to a direction that the hinge body first lateral surface 211 faces.


When the hinge unit 200 is coupled to the leg unit 100 (See FIGS. 3 to 5), the hinge body first lateral surface 211 may face the first lateral surface panel 1211 (See FIG. 3), and the hinge body second lateral surface (not shown) may face the second lateral surface panel 1212 (See FIG. 4).


The hinge body 210 may include a hinge body intermediate face 212. The hinge body intermediate face 212 may be formed between the hinge body first lateral surface 211 and the hinge body second lateral surface (not shown). For instance, the hinge body intermediate face 212 may be elongated from a contour of the hinge body first lateral surface 211 to a contour of the hinge body second lateral surface (not shown).


The hinge unit 200 may include a second hinge coupling portion 220. The second hinge coupling portion 220 may be located on the hinge body 210. The second hinge coupling portion 220 may be coupled to the first hinge coupling portion 123 (See FIGS. 3 and 4). A shape of the second hinge coupling portion 220 may correspond to the shape of the first hinge coupling portion 123 (See FIGS. 3 and 4). For instance, the first hinge coupling portion 123 (See FIGS. 3 and 4) may be formed to be concave and the second hinge coupling portion 220 may be formed to be convex. Not shown in the drawings, but the first hinge coupling portion 123 (See FIGS. 3 and 4) may be formed to be convex and the second hinge coupling portion 220 may be formed to be concave.


The second hinge coupling portion 220 may include a first side second hinge coupling portion 220a and a second side second hinge coupling portion 220b. The first side second hinge coupling portion 220a may be coupled to the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2). The second side second hinge coupling portion 220b may be coupled to the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2).


The second hinge coupling portion 220 may include a first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221. The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221 may be positioned at the hinge body first surface 211. For instance, the first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221 may protrude from the hinge body first lateral surface 211. The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221 may be coupled to the first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1231 (See FIG. 3). The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221 may include a first side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221a coupled to the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2). The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221 may include a second side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221b coupled to the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2).


The second hinge coupling portion 220 may include a second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222. The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221 may be located on the second lateral surface (not shown) of the hinge body. For instance, the second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222 may be formed to protrude from the hinge body second lateral surface (not shown). The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222 may be coupled to the second lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 1232 (See FIG. 4). The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222 may include a first side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222a coupled to the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2). The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222 may include a second side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222b coupled to the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2).


The first side second hinge coupling portion 220a may include a first side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221a and a first side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222a. The second side second hinge coupling portion 220b includes a second side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 221b and a second side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 222b.


The second hinge coupling portion 220 may form a rotation axis of the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) with respect to the hinge unit 200. For instance, the first side second hinge coupling portion 220a may form a rotation axis of the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2) with respect to the hinge unit 200. For instance, the second side second hinge coupling portion 220b may form a rotation axis of the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2) with respect to the hinge unit 200.


The hinge unit 200 may include a second stopper module 230. The second stopper module 230 may be formed at the hinge body 210. For instance, the second stopper module 230 may be formed at the hinge body intermediate face 212. The second stopper module 230 may be coupled to the first stopper module 125 (See FIGS. 3 and 4). A shape of the second stopper module 230 may correspond to the shape of the first stopper module 125 (See FIGS. 3 and 4).


When the first stopper module 125 (See FIGS. 3 and 4) and the second stopper module 230 are coupled to each other, rotation of the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) with respect to the hinge unit 200 may be restrained. For instance, if an external force less than a predetermined size is applied to the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2), rotation of the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) with respect to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 2) may be restrained.


Additionally, if an external force more than a predetermined size is applied to the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2), the first stopper module 125 (See FIGS. 3 and 4) may be separated from the second stopper module 230. When the first stopper module 125 (See FIGS. 3 and 4) is separated from the second stopper module 230, the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) may rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200.


The second stopper module 230 may include a first latera surface second stopper module 231. The first lateral surface second stopper module 231 may be adjacent to the hinge body first lateral surface 211. The first lateral surface second stopper module 231 may be coupled to the first lateral surface first stopper module 1251 (See FIG. 3).


The second stopper module 230 includes a second lateral surface second stopper module 232. The second lateral surface second stopper module 232 may be adjacent to the hinge body second lateral surface (not shown). The second lateral surface second stopper module 232 may be coupled to the second lateral surface first stopper module 1252 (See FIG. 4).


The second stopper module 230 may include a first side second stopper module 230a. The first side second stopper module 230a may include a first side first lateral surface second stopper module 231a and a first side second lateral surface second stopper module 231b. The first side second stopper module 230a may be coupled to the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2).


The second stopper module 230 may include a second side second stopper module 230b. The second side second stopper module 230b may include a second side first lateral surface second stopper module 231b and a second side second lateral surface second stopper module 232b. The second side second stopper module 230b may be coupled to the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2).


The first lateral surface second stopper module 231 may include a first side first lateral second stopper module 231a and a second side first lateral surface second stopper module 231b. A plurality of the first side first lateral surface second stopper modules 231a and a plurality of the second side first lateral surface second stopper modules 231b may be provided.


The second lateral surface second stopper module 232 may include a first side second lateral surface second stopper module 232a and a second side second lateral surface second stopper module 232b. A plurality of the first side second lateral surface second stopper modules 232a and a plurality of the second side second lateral surface second stopper modules 232b may be provided.


A plurality of the first side first lateral surface second stopper modules 231a may be provided. Therefore, the first side first lateral surface stopper module 1251 (See FIG. 3) disposed at the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2) may be coupled to any one among the first side first lateral surface second stopper modules 231a according to rotation of the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2). That is, the plurality of the first side first lateral surface second stopper modules 231a may discontinuously restrain rotation of the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2).


A plurality of the first side second lateral surface second stopper modules 232a may be also provided in the same way. That is, the second lateral surface first stopper module 1252 (See FIG. 4) disposed at the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2) may be coupled to any one among the first side second lateral surface second stopper modules 232a according to rotation of the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2).


The second stopper module 230b may be symmetrical with the first stopper module 230a. That is, the first stopper module 125 (See FIGS. 3 and 4) disposed at the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2) may be coupled to any one among the second stopper modules 230b according to rotation of the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2). Therefore, rotation of the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2) may be restrained discontinuously.



FIG. 7 is a view showing a first cosmetic module 300 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a view of the first cosmetic module 300 of FIG. 7 seen from another angle.


Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the cosmetic module 130 may include a first cosmetic module 300. The first cosmetic module 300 may be coupled to the rod body 111 (See FIGS. 3 and 4). The first cosmetic module 300 coupled to the rod body 111 (See FIGS. 3 and 4) may be separated from the rod body 111 (See FIGS. 3 and 4). The first cosmetic module 300 may be elongated from an end to another end.


The first cosmetic module 300 may include a coupling body 310. The coupling body 310 may form the end of the first cosmetic module 300. The coupling body 310 may be coupled to the rod body 111 (See FIGS. 3 to 5). For instance, the coupling body 310 may be inserted into the rod body 111 (See FIGS. 3 to 5) through the rod opening part 115 (See FIG. 5).


The coupling body 310 may have a hollow portion formed therein. The coupling body 310 may further include a coupled opening part 313 formed at an end of the coupling body 310. The coupled opening part 313 is connected to the hollow portion formed in the coupling body 310. The coupling body 310 has an inner coupling portion 315 formed on an inner surface of the coupling body 310. The inner surface of the coupling body 310 means a face to form the hollow portion of the coupling body 310. The inner coupling portion 315 is adjacent to the coupled opening part 313.


The first cosmetic module 300 may include an outer body 320. The outer body 320 may be extended from the coupling body 310. In a state where the first cosmetic module 300 may be coupled to the rod body 111 (See FIGS. 3 to 5), at least a part of the outer body 320 may be located outside the rod body 111 (See FIGS. 3 to 5).


The first cosmetic module 300 may include a body connection part 330. The body connection part 330 may connect the coupling body 310 with the outer body 320. The body connection part 330 may be located between the coupling body 310 and the outer body 320. The body connection part 330 may be coupled to the rod 110 (See FIGS. 3 to 5). For instance, the body connection part 330 may be coupled to the inner rod coupling portion 117 (See FIG. 5). A shape of the body connection part 330 may correspond to the shape of the inner rod coupling portion 117 (See FIG. 5). For instance, the inner rod coupling portion 117 (See FIG. 5) may be formed in a convex shape and the body connection part 330 may be formed in a concave shape. Alternatively, not shown in the drawings, but the inner rod coupling portion 117 (See FIG. 5) may be formed in a concave shape and the body connection part 330 may be formed in a convex shape. Additionally, not shown in the drawings, but the inner rod coupling portion 117 (See FIG. 5) and the body connection part 330 may be all formed in a convex shape to engage with each other.


The outer body 320 may an end connected to the body connection part 330. The outer body 320 may have a hollow portion formed therein. The outer body 320 may further include an outer opening part 323 formed at another end of the outer body 320. The outer opening part 323 may be connected to the hollow portion formed in the outer body 320.


A cosmetic product may be inserted into the outer body 320 through the outer opening part 323. For instance, an eyebrow pencil may be inserted into the outer body 320 through the outer opening part 323. In addition, liquid cosmetic ingredients may be discharged from the outer body 320 through the outer opening part 323.



FIG. 9 is a view showing a second cosmetic module 400 according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention.


Referring to FIG. 9, the second cosmetic module 400 may include a shaft 410. The shaft 410 may be elongated from an end to another end. The shaft 410 may be inserted into the first cosmetic module 300 (See FIGS. 7 and 8). The shaft 410 may be connected to the hinge module 120 (See FIGS. 3 to 5). For instance, an end portion of the shaft 410 may be adjacent to the hinge module 120 (See FIGS. 3 to 5). The shaft 410 may have a screw thread 415 formed on an outer surface thereof. The screw thread 415 may be coupled to the inside of the rod 110 (See FIGS. 3 to 5) together with a ring member.


The second cosmetic module 400 may include a holder 420. The holder 420 may include a holder body 421. The holder body 421 extends from the shaft 410. The holder body 421 may have a hollow portion formed therein. The holder body 421 may have a holder opening part 423 located on an end portion of the holder body 421. The holder opening part 423 may be connected with an opening part formed in the holder body 421. The holder 420 may contain cosmetic ingredients and/or makeup tools. The makeup tools contained in the holder body 421 may be exposed to the outside through the holder opening part 423. Alternatively, the cosmetic ingredients contained in the holder body 421 may be discharged to the outside through the holder opening part 423.



FIG. 10 is a view showing a first cosmetic module 300 according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention.


Referring to FIG. 10, the first cosmetic module 300 according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention may have a structure similar to the structure of the first cosmetic module 300 (See FIGS. 7 and 8) according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The first cosmetic module 300 according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention may be shorter than the first cosmetic module 300 (See FIGS. 7 and 8) according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The first cosmetic module 300 according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention may be useful to couple the cosmetic products, for instance, brushes.


The coupling body 310 may be inserted into the rod body 111 (See FIG. 5) through the rod opening part 115 (See FIG. 5). At least a portion of the outer body 320 may be located outside the rod body 111 (See FIG. 5). The outer body 320 may be extended from the coupling body 310. The body connection part 330 may be located between the coupling body 310 and the outer body 320. The body connection part 330 may be coupled to the inner rod coupling portion 117 (See FIG. 5).



FIG. 11 is a view showing a second cosmetic module 400 according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention.


Referring to FIG. 11, the second cosmetic module 400 according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention may be a makeup tool. For instance, the second cosmetic module 400 may be a brush. The second cosmetic module 400 may be inserted into the first cosmetic module 300 (See FIG. 10).



FIG. 12 is a view showing a cap unit 500 according to the embodiment of the present invention.


Referring to FIG. 12, the cosmetic assembly 10 (See FIG. 2) may include a cap unit 500. The cap unit 500 may include a cap body 510. The cap body 510 may be elongated from an end to another end. The cap body 510 may have a hollow portion formed therein. The hollow portion formed in the cap body 510 may be stopped at the other end of the cap body 510. The hollow portion formed in the cap body 510 may be opened at the end of the cap body 510. For instance, an opening part may be formed at the end of the cap body 510.


The cap body 510 may contain the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2). For instance, the cap body 510 may accommodate the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) of the folded state. The user can change the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) of the folded state into the unfolded state after separating the cap body 510 from the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2). The user can do makeup using the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) of the unfolded state. The cap body 510 may be useful for the user to carry the cosmetic assembly 10.


The cap unit 500 may include an internal panel 520. The internal panel 520 may be located inside the cap body 510. The internal panel 520 coupled to the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 2) in the state where the cap unit 500 is folded is located between the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2) and the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2). The internal panel 520 may restrain interference between the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 2) and the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 2).


The cap unit 500 may include a cap coupling portion 530. The cap coupling portion 530 may be located on an inner surface of the cap body 510. The inner surface of the cap body 510 means a surface to form the hollow portion of the cap body 510. The cap coupling portion 530 may be adjacent to an end of the cap body 510.


The cap coupling portion 530 may be coupled to the outer rod coupling portion 113 (See FIG. 5). A shape of the cap coupling portion 530 may correspond to the shape of the outer rod coupling portion 113 (See FIG. 5). For instance, the outer rod coupling portion 113 (See FIG. 5) may be formed in a convex shape and the cap coupling portion 530 may be formed in a concave shape. Alternatively, not shown in the drawings, but the outer rod coupling portion 113 (See FIG. 5) may be formed in a concave shape and the cap coupling portion 530 may be formed in a convex shape. Additionally, not shown in the drawings, but the outer rod coupling portion 113 (See FIG. 5) and the cap coupling portion 530 may be all formed in a convex shape to engage with each other.



FIG. 13 is a view showing a double hinged cosmetic assembly 10 according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention.


Referring to FIG. 13, the double hinged cosmetic assembly 10 may include a leg unit 100 and a hinge unit 200. The hinge unit 200 may be hinge-coupled to the leg unit 100. The hinge unit 200 may be formed to surround an end portion of the leg unit 100.


The leg unit 100 may include a first leg unit 100a and a second leg unit 100b. A structure of the second leg unit 100b may be substantially the same as the first leg unit 100a.


The leg unit 100 may include a rod 100 and a cosmetic module 130. For instance, the first leg unit 100a may include a first rod 110a and a first cosmetic module 130a. For instance, the second leg unit 100b may include a second rod 110b and a second cosmetic module 130b.


The first rod 110a and the second rod 110b may be hinge-coupled to the hinge unit 200. For example, an end of the first rod 110a may be hinge-coupled to the hinge unit 200, and another end of the first rod 110a may be coupled to the first cosmetic module 130a. The first rod 110a may rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200. The rotation of the first rod 110a with respect to the hinge unit 200 may be called a “first rotation”.


For instance, an end of the second rod 110b may be hinge-coupled to the hinge unit 200, and another end of the second rod 110b may be coupled to the second cosmetic module 130b. The second rod 110b may rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200. The rotation of the second rod 110b with respect to the hinge unit 200 may be called a “second rotation”.


The first rod 110a and the second rod 110b may be coupled with each other. For instance, the end of the first rod 110a and the end of the second rod 110b may engage with each other. Therefore, the first rotation of the first rod 110a may influence on and may be influenced by the second rotation of the second rod 110b. For example, a rotating amount of the first rotation may be equal with a rotating amount of the second rotation.



FIG. 14 is a view showing the leg unit 100 illustrated in FIG. 13. In FIG. 14, for the convenience of description, the cosmetic module 130 (See FIG. 13) will be omitted.


Referring to FIG. 14, the leg unit 100 may include the rod 110 and the hinge module 120. The hinge module 120 may form the end of the leg unit 100. The rod may be elongated from the hinge module 120.


The hinge module 120 may include a hinge frame 121. The hinge frame 121 may form a frame of the hinge module 120. The hinge frame 120 may rotate in a state where the hinge frame 120 is accommodated in the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 13).


The hinge module 120 may include a first hinge coupling portion 123. The first hinge coupling portion 123 may be located on the hinge frame 121. For instance, the first hinge coupling portion 123 may protrude from the hinge frame 121. The first hinge coupling portion 123 illustrated in FIG. 14 may be a first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 123. That is, the first hinge coupling portion 123 illustrated in FIG. 14 may form a first lateral surface. Not shown in FIG. 14, but a second lateral surface first hinge coupling portion may be located on the opposite side of the first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 123. The first hinge coupling portion 123 may be hinge-coupled to the hinge unit 200 (See FIG. 13).


The hinge module 120 may include a gear coupling portion 127. The gear coupling portion 127 may be formed on the hinge frame 121. The gear coupling portion 127 disposed at the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 13) may engage with the gear coupling portion 127 disposed at the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 13).


The gear coupling portion 127 disposed at the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 13) may be called a “first gear coupling portion”. The gear coupling portion 127 disposed at the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 13) may be called a “second gear coupling portion”.



FIG. 15 is a view showing the hinge unit 200 illustrated in FIG. 13.


Referring to FIG. 15, the hinge unit 200 may be elongated from the first side to the second side. The hinge unit 200 may include a first lateral surface hinge plate 250, a second lateral surface hinge plate 260, and a connection plate 270. The first lateral surface hinge plate 250 may face the second lateral surface hinge plate 260. The end portion of the leg unit 100 may be located between the first lateral surface hinge plate 250 and the second lateral surface hinge plate 260.


The first lateral surface hinge plate 250 may face the first lateral surface of the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 13). For instance, the second lateral surface hinge plate 260 may face the second lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 123 (not shown).


The hinge unit 200 may include second hinge coupling portions 251, 252, 261 and 262. The second hinge coupling portions 251, 252, 261 and 262 may include first lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 251 and 252 and second lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 261 and 262.


The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 251 and 252 may be formed on the first lateral surface hinge plate 250. The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 251 and 252 may face the second lateral surface hinge plate 260. The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 251 and 252 may be formed in such a way as to be dented from the first lateral surface hinge plate 250.


The first lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 251 and 252 may mean at least one among the first side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 251 and the second side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 252.


The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 261 and 262 may be formed on the second lateral surface hinge plate 260. The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 261 and 262 may face the first lateral surface hinge plate 250. The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 261 and 262 may be formed in such a way as to be dented from the second lateral surface hinge plate 260.


The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 261 and 262 may mean at least one among the first side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 261 and the second side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 262.


The first side second hinge coupling portions 251 and 261 may mean at least one among the first side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 251 and the first side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 261. The first side second hinge coupling portions 251 and 261 may be coupled to the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 13).


The second side second hinge coupling portions 252 and 262 may mean at least one among the second side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 252 and the second side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 262. The second side second hinge coupling portions 252 and 262 may be coupled to the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 13).


The connection plate 270 of the hinge unit 200 may connect the first lateral surface plate 250 and the second lateral surface plate 260 with each other. The first lateral surface plate 250, the connection plate 270, and the second lateral surface plate 260 may be connected in order. The first lateral surface plate 250, the connection plate 270, and the second lateral surface plate 260 may form a space opened toward the leg unit 100 (See FIG. 13).


A first side first lateral surface round 255 may be formed on the first lateral surface plate 250. The first side first lateral surface round 255 may be adjacent to the first side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 251.


A first side second lateral surface round 265 may be formed on the second lateral surface plate 260. The first side second lateral surface round 265 may be adjacent to the first side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 261.


The first side rounds 255 and 265 may mean at least one among the first side first lateral surface round 255 and the first side second lateral surface round 265. The first side rounds 255 and 265 may face the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 13) according to rotation of the first leg unit 100a (See FIG. 13).


The second side first lateral surface round 256 may be formed on the first lateral surface plate 250. The second side first lateral surface round 256 may be adjacent to the second side first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 252.


The second side second lateral surface round 266 may be formed on the second lateral surface plate 260. The second side second lateral surface round 266 may be adjacent to the second side second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion 262.


The second side rounds 256 and 266 may mean at least one among the second side first lateral surface round 256 and the second side second lateral surface round 266. The second side rounds 256 and 266 may face the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 13) according to rotation of the second leg unit 100b (See FIG. 13).



FIG. 16 is a view showing an operation of the cosmetic assembly 10 illustrated in FIG. 13. In FIG. 16, for convenience of description, the cosmetic module 130 (See FIG. 13) will be omitted. FIG. 16(a) illustrates a folded state of the cosmetic assembly 10. FIG. 16(b) illustrates an unfolded state of the cosmetic assembly 10. In FIG. 16, the hinge unit 200 may be shown transparently or translucently for convenience of description.


Referring to FIG. 16, a first gear coupling portion 127a of a first hinge module 120a may be coupled to a second gear coupling portion 127b of a second hinge module 120b. If one among the first hinge module 120a and the second hinge module 120b rotates in the hinge unit 200, it may influence on the other one by the gear coupling portion 127.


For instance, when the first hinge module 120a rotates in the hinge unit 200, the first gear coupling portion 127a may transfer rotating power to the second gear coupling portion 127b. When the second gear coupling portion 127b receives the rotating power, the second hinge module 120a may rotate in the hinge unit 200. That is, when the first hinge module 120a rotates in the hinge unit 200, the second hinge module 120a may rotate in the hinge unit 200. For another example, when the second hinge module 120b rotates in the hinge unit 200, the first hinge module 120a may rotate in the hinge unit 200.


The first gear coupling portion 127a and the second gear coupling portion 127b may be gear-coupled with each other. Therefore, a rotation direction of the first gear coupling portion 127a may be in the opposite direction to a rotation direction of the second gear coupling portion 127b. That is, the rotation directions of the first gear coupling portion 127a and the second gear coupling portion 127b may be a direction that the first rod 110a and the second rod 110b are extended or retract.


Referring to FIGS. 13 to 16, the first lateral surface first hinge coupling portion 123 of the leg unit 100 may be hinge-coupled to the first lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 251 and 252 of the hinge unit 200. The second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion (not shown) of the leg unit 100 may be hinge-coupled to the second lateral surface second hinge coupling portions 261 and 262 of the hinge unit 200.


The gear coupling portion 127 of the leg unit 100 may be located between the first lateral surface plate 250 and the second lateral surface plate 260. The first gear coupling portion 127a may engage with the second gear coupling portion 127b to be coupled with each other.


Now rotation of the leg unit 100 with respect to the hinge unit 200 will be described. The leg unit 100 may rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200. For instance, the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may respectively rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200.


The first gear coupling portion 127a may be coupled to the second gear coupling portion 127b. A gear ratio of the second gear coupling portion 126b to the first gear coupling portion 127a may be, for example, one. The rotating amount of the first rotation may be the same as the second rotation.


For instance, if the rotating amount of the first rotation is 90 degrees, the rotating amount of the second rotation may be 90 degrees. In this instance, the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may be in the unfolded state. For another example, if the rotating amount of the first rotation is zero degree, the rotating amount of the second rotation may be zero degree. In this instance, the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may be in the folded state. Therefore, the first leg unit 100a and the second leg unit 100b may rotate with respect to the hinge unit 200 stably.

Claims
  • 1. A cosmetic assembly comprising: a hinge unit extending from a first lateral surface to a second lateral surface; anda leg unit being hinge-coupled to the hinge unit and elongated from an end to another end, the end of the leg unit being connected to the hinge unit, the another end of the leg unit having a cosmetic product,wherein the leg unit comprises:a first leg unit being hinge-coupled to the first lateral surface of the hinge unit; anda second leg unit being hinge-coupled to the second lateral surface of the hinge unit, andwherein an angle formed between the first leg unit and the second leg unit depends on rotation of the first leg unit and the second leg unit with respect to the hinge unit.
  • 2. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 1, wherein the leg unit comprises: a hinge module being hinge-coupled to the hinge unit;a rod being elongated from an end to another end, the rod being extended from the hinge module to the another end of the rod; anda cosmetic module being coupled to the another end of the rod, andwherein the cosmetic module is the cosmetic product.
  • 3. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 2, wherein the hinge module comprises: a hinge frame having an inner space opened partially and accommodating a part of the hinge unit; anda first hinge coupling portion being formed at the hinge frame and being rotatably coupled to the hinge unit.
  • 4. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 3, wherein the hinge frame comprises: a bottom panel being connected to the rod;a first lateral surface panel and a second lateral surface panel, extending upwardly from the bottom panel, being spaced apart from each other and facing each other; anda rear panel extending upwardly from the bottom panel and extending from a rear end of the first lateral surface panel to the second lateral surface panel.
  • 5. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first hinge coupling portion is located on an inner surface of the hinge frame and forms a rotation axis of the leg unit with respect to the hinge unit.
  • 6. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 3, wherein the hinge module further comprises: a first stopper module, being located on an inner surface of the hinge frame, being coupled to the hinge unit, and restraining rotation of the leg unit with respect to the hinge unit.
  • 7. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 2, wherein the rod comprises: a rod body, wherein an end of the rod body is coupled to the hinge module, the rod body having a hollow portion formed therein; anda rod opening part being formed at another end of the rod body and being connected to the hollow portion of the rod body.
  • 8. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 7, wherein the cosmetic module comprises: a first cosmetic module, being inserted into the rod body through the rod opening part and being coupled to the rod body; anda second cosmetic module being coupled to the first cosmetic module to be used for makeup.
  • 9. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 8, wherein the second cosmetic module comprises: an eyebrow pencil being disposed at the first leg unit; anda brush being disposed at the second leg unit.
  • 10. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 3, wherein the hinge unit comprises: a hinge body being elongated from the first lateral surface to the second lateral surface; anda second hinge coupling portion being formed at the hinge body and being coupled to the first hinge coupling portion.
  • 11. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 10, wherein the hinge body comprises: a hinge body first lateral surface, being located on an outer surface of the hinge body;a hinge body second lateral surface, being located on the outer surface of the hinge body, and being located at the opposite side of the hinge body first lateral surface; anda hinge body intermediate surface being located on the outer surface of the hinge body and extending from the hinge body first lateral surface to the hinge body second lateral surface, andwherein the second hinge coupling portion is located on at least one of the hinge body first lateral surface and the hinge body second lateral surface.
  • 12. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 11, wherein the first hinge coupling portion is formed to be dented on the hinge frame, and Wherein the second hinge coupling portion is formed to protrude from the hinge body.
  • 13. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 11, wherein the hinge module further comprises a first stopper module located on an inner surface of the hinge frame and being coupled to the hinge unit, wherein the hinge unit further comprises a second stopper module located on the hinge body intermediate surface and coupled to the first stopper module, andwherein the first and second stopper modules, restrain rotation of the leg unit with respect to the hinge unit, when the first and second stopper modules are coupled to each other.
  • 14. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 13, wherein a plurality of the second stopper modules discontinuously restrain rotation of the leg unit with respect to the hinge unit.
  • 15. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 13, wherein the first stopper module is formed to protrude from the hinge frame, and wherein the second stopper module is formed to be dented on the hinge body intermediate surface.
  • 16. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 2, wherein the hinge module comprises: a hinge frame accommodated in the hinge unit; anda first hinge coupling portion being formed on the hinge frame and rotatably coupled to the hinge unit.
  • 17. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 16, wherein the hinge module comprises: a first gear coupling portion being formed on the hinge frame of the first leg unit; anda second gear coupling portion being formed on the hinge frame of the second leg unit, andwherein the first gear coupling portion engages with the second gear coupling portion to be coupled with the second gear coupling portion.
  • 18. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 16, wherein the hinge unit comprises: a first lateral surface hinge plate facing the first lateral surface of the leg unit;a second lateral surface hinge plate facing the second lateral surface of the leg unit; anda connection plate being elongated from the first lateral surface hinge plate to the second lateral surface hinge plate.
  • 19. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 18, wherein the first lateral surface hinge plate, the connection plate and the second lateral surface hinge plate are connected in order and form a space for accommodating the leg unit therein.
  • 20. The cosmetic assembly according to claim 19, wherein the hinge unit comprises: a first lateral surface second hinge coupling portion being formed on the first lateral surface hinge plate and coupled to the first lateral surface of the leg unit; anda second lateral surface second hinge coupling portion being formed on the second lateral surface hinge plate and coupled to the second lateral surface of the leg unit.
