This invention generally relates to the technical field of sun umbrellas, and more particularly, to a double-layer cloth structure of a sun umbrella.
An umbrella is an object capable of protecting a user from the hot sun, rain or snow.
Chinese patent 202021783957 discloses an anti-rust, cooling and heat-insulating double-layer hollow sun umbrella having a hidden frame, which comprises an outer umbrella surface, an umbrella top, umbrella beads, umbrella buckles, an inner umbrella surface, an umbrella rod, an umbrella handle, an umbrella frame, a fixing seat and a stabilizing seat. The fixing seat is fixedly connected to a top end of the umbrella handle, a stabilizer is fixedly connected to one end of the umbrella handle, the umbrella frame is movably connected to an outer side of the fixing seat and an outer side of the stabilizer, and the outer umbrella surface is installed at a top end of the umbrella frame. The umbrella frame is provided with umbrella beads fixedly connected to the outer umbrella surface, and a top end of the outer umbrella surface is provided with an umbrella top. The outer umbrella surface is in sewing connection with the umbrella beads, and the outer umbrella surface is provided with umbrella buckles. A bottom end of the umbrella frame is provided with an inner umbrella surface, the inner umbrella surface is in sewing connection with the umbrella beads, and the bottom end of the umbrella rod is provided with an umbrella handle.
The aforesaid patent is capable of improving the heat insulation effect to some extent compared with a single-layer sun umbrella, allowing the inner umbrella surface to protect the umbrella frame while achieving an appealing appearance due to the hidden frame, and protecting the umbrella frame from being rusted by preventing the fluid and impurities from entering. However, for this umbrella, the inner umbrella surface is fixed to the entire sun umbrella, failing to achieving simple disassembly, versatility of style and easy maintenance of the inner frame.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a double-layer cloth structure of a sun umbrella, which enables the inner umbrella surface to be detachably mounted such that an internal maintenance after disassembly is achieved and the update of style and function of the inner umbrella surface according to actual needs is realized.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: a double-layer cloth structure of a sun umbrella comprises a long umbrella rib, a short umbrella rib, an upper umbrella disc, a lower umbrella disc, an outer umbrella surface and an inner umbrella surface, wherein the outer umbrella surface is fixed to the outer side of the long umbrella rib, an edge of the inner umbrella surface is provided with a connecting member, the connecting member is detachably connected to an end portion of the long umbrella rib, a fixing ring is detachably connected to the lower umbrella disc, a mounting hole is formed in the center of the inner umbrella surface, and the middle portion of the inner umbrella surface where the mounting hole is located is fixed to the lower umbrella disc through the fixing ring.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member comprises a fixing hook, an end portion of the long umbrella rib is provided with an umbrella bead, and the fixing hook is hooked on the umbrella bead.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an end portion of the umbrella bead is provided with a groove extending in the axial direction, and the fixing hook is hooked in the groove.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an end portion of the umbrella bead is provided with a radially-extending hook hole, and the fixing hook is hooked in the hook hole.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an end portion of the long umbrella rib is provided with an umbrella bead, and the connecting member comprises plastic buckles arranged on the umbrella bead and the inner umbrella surface.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an end portion of the long umbrella rib is provided with an umbrella bead, and the connecting member comprises screws arranged on the umbrella bead and the inner umbrella surface.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a threaded post is arranged on the lower umbrella disc, the threaded post passes through the mounting hole, and the fixing ring is threadedly connected to the threaded post.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the position where the short umbrella rib and the long umbrella rib are connected is connected to the inner umbrella surface by using a sewing method.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an elastic clip is arranged above the inner umbrella surface, and the elastic clip is clipped on the long umbrella rib and/or the short umbrella rib.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a hook-and-loop fastener is arranged between the inner umbrella surface and the outer umbrella surface.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages: the connecting member arranged at an edge of the inner umbrella surface may be disassembled from an end of the long umbrella rib, and the middle of the inner umbrella surface may be disassembled by means of the fixing ring and the lower umbrella disc; in this way, the entire inner umbrella surface may be conveniently disassembled and assembled, achieving a convenient maintenance of the frame of the umbrella while allowing the inner umbrella surface to be replaced according to actual needs.

A double-layer cloth structure of a sun umbrella comprises a long umbrella rib 4, a short umbrella rib 5, an upper umbrella disc, a lower umbrella disc 6, an outer umbrella surface 1 and an inner umbrella surface 2, wherein the outer umbrella surface 1 is fixed to the outer side of the long umbrella rib 4, an edge of the inner umbrella surface 2 is provided with a connecting member, the connecting member is detachably connected to an end portion of the long umbrella rib 4, a fixing ring 7 is detachably connected to the lower umbrella disc 6, a mounting hole 22 is formed in the center of the inner umbrella surface 2, and the middle portion of the inner umbrella surface 2 where the mounting hole 22 is located is fixed to the lower umbrella disc 6 through the fixing ring 7.
In this embodiment, the connecting structure of the long umbrella rib 4, the short umbrella rib 5, the upper umbrella disc, the lower umbrella disc 6 and the outer umbrella surface 1 is the same as that of sun umbrellas in the prior art, and the outer umbrella surface 1 is capable of being folded or opened.
In this embodiment, the sun umbrella may be a hand-push umbrella. At this point, the sun umbrella comprises an umbrella rod 3, and the lower umbrella disc 6 slides on the umbrella rod. Alternatively, the sun umbrella may be a Roman umbrella, wherein one side of the umbrella is provided with a stand column. When the inner umbrella surface 2 is assembled and fixed, by means of the threaded connection between the fixing ring 7 and the threaded post 61, the center of the inner umbrella surface 2 is clamped and fixed between the fixing ring 7 and the threaded post 61. An edge of the inner umbrella surface 2 is capable of being fixed by using the fixing hook 21 or the connecting ring. During disassembly, the fixing ring 7 is unscrewed and removed from the threaded post 61, allowing the middle of the inner umbrella surface 2 to be separated. Further, after the fixing hook 21 or the connecting ring is separated from the long umbrella rib 4, the entire inner umbrella surface 2 is completely removed.

The inner umbrella surface 2 is connected to the short umbrella rib 5 by using the sewing method, so that the inner umbrella surface 2 is attached to the short umbrella rib 5 and the long umbrella rib 4. In this way, the span of the inner umbrella surface 2 is reduced, allowing the inner umbrella surface 2 to be conveniently opened or folded along with the entire frame of the umbrella. When the inner umbrella surface 2 needs to be replaced, the threads may be cut off.
Alternatively, instead of using a sewing method, a hook may be arranged on an upper side of the inner umbrella surface 2, and the hook is capable of hooking the position where the short umbrella rib 5 and the long umbrella rib 4 are connected.

The elastic clip 23 may be a plastic clip or a metal clip. The elastic clip 23 is provided with two elastic pieces, a clamping groove is formed between the two elastic pieces, and the inner umbrella surface is fixed on the long umbrella rib and/or the short umbrella rib by means of the clamping groove.
Alternatively, a hook-and-loop fastener is arranged between the inner umbrella surface and the outer umbrella surface.
The hook-and-loop fastener is also capable of realizing the separation and fixing between the inner umbrella surface and the outer umbrella surface.
